Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable mechanism for checking the front and back surfaces of a piston body, which comprises a checking needle, an adjusting knob, a frame body, a sliding block and a spring, wherein the sliding block is horizontally and slidably connected with the frame body, and the spring is arranged in a groove formed by the frame body and the sliding block; the large outer diameter of the adjusting knob is inserted into a groove formed by the frame body and the sliding block, the detecting needle is in threaded connection with the adjusting knob, and the needle tip width of the detecting needle is in clearance fit with the opening width of the frame body; the small outer diameter of the adjusting knob is a rotating part, and drives the needle to move up and down in the groove; the frame body is of a flat plate structure, an inner-outer transparent opening is formed in the middle of the flat plate in the vertical direction, an L-shaped protruding block is arranged on one side of the opening at the bottom of the flat plate, and a dovetail groove is formed in the other side of the opening at the bottom of the flat plate in the horizontal direction. According to the invention, the front and back inspection mechanism is added on the side wall of the conveyor belt, so that the piston body with the front face facing upwards can be forbidden to pass through the conveyor belt, the abnormal condition of the front and back sides of the piston body can be intuitively reflected, and the front face facing upwards caused by the omission of the manual discharging part can be avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an inspection error-proofing fixture, in particular to an adjustable mechanism for inspecting the front and back surfaces of a piston body.
Background
The piston in the automobile shock absorber is composed of a piston body 1 and a piston film 2, wherein the piston film 2 is wrapped outside an outer diameter groove of the piston body 1, as shown in fig. 1. Before the piston is encapsulated, the front and back faces of all the piston bodies 1 (shown in fig. 2) are required to be consistent, otherwise, the piston film 2 cannot be ensured to be positioned correctly, and the usability of the piston is affected.
In the prior art, the piston body 1 is manually placed on the object stage of the automatic encapsulation machine, and then the piston body 1 is sent to the encapsulation machine through the conveyor belt for encapsulation, so that the front and back faces of the piston body 1 which is required to be sent to the encapsulation machine are consistent, the reverse faces are generally upward, namely, the sides of the larger grooves are at the upper part, but because the two sides of the piston body 1 are extremely similar, whether the front and back faces are reversely put or not is manually judged through the positions of the larger grooves, the situation that individual parts are leaked and reversely put is avoided, and the encapsulation size is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the piston of the automobile shock absorber is easy to generate omission and the like when the rubber coating is manually judged on the front side and the back side in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the adjustable mechanism for checking the front side and the back side of the piston body rubber coating, which can effectively avoid manual judgment errors.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The frame body is of a flat plate structure, an inner-outer transparent opening is formed in the middle of the flat plate in the vertical direction, an L-shaped protruding block is arranged on one side of the opening at the bottom of the flat plate, and a dovetail groove is formed in the other side of the opening at the bottom of the flat plate in the horizontal direction.
The sliding block is provided with an L-shaped section, two ends of one side of the L-shaped section outwards extend to form a dovetail shape matched with the dovetail groove of the frame body, and the other side of the L-shaped section is matched with the L-shaped protruding block of the frame body to form a groove.
The adjusting knob is provided with a large outer diameter and a small outer diameter which are coaxially arranged, the large outer diameter and the small outer diameter are of an integrated structure, and the small outer diameter is provided with an internal thread which is meshed with the external thread of the needle; the large outer diameter is clamped in a groove formed by the frame body and the sliding block.
The needle comprises a needle handle and a needle head, wherein the needle handle is provided with external threads, the needle head is pen-shaped, and the needle point is flat.
The number of the springs is two, and the springs are arranged at two ends of the opening of the frame body in parallel.
The invention has the following beneficial effects and advantages:
1. according to the invention, the front and back inspection mechanism is added on the side wall of the conveyor belt structure, so that the piston body with the front face upwards can be forbidden to pass through the conveyor belt, the abnormal situation on the front and back sides of the piston body can be intuitively reflected, and the front face upwards caused by the omission of the manual discharging part can be avoided.
2. The invention solves the difficulty that the front and back surfaces of the piston body are easy to put wrong and difficult to find out, and the structure can meet the inspection work of the front and back surfaces of the piston body with different sizes (height and outer diameter), and has strong practicability. The piston rubber coating size is ensured to be correct, and the process of manually checking whether the front side and the back side of the piston body are correct is reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is further elucidated below in connection with the drawings of the specification.
As shown in fig. 3, the adjustable mechanism for checking the front and back of the piston body comprises a checking needle 3, an adjusting knob 4, a frame 5, a sliding block 6 and a spring 7, wherein the sliding block 6 is horizontally and slidably connected with the frame 5, and the spring 7 is arranged in a groove formed by the frame 5 and the sliding block 6; the large outer diameter of the adjusting knob 4 is inserted into a groove formed by the frame 5 and the sliding block 6, and the needle 3 is in threaded connection with the adjusting knob 4; the width of the needle tip of the detecting needle 3 is in clearance fit with the width of the notch 501 of the frame body 5; the small outer diameter of the adjusting knob 4 is a rotating part, and drives the needle 3 to move up and down in the groove.
The notch 501 is used for the inspection needle 3 to extend from the outside to the inside.
As shown in fig. 4A to 4C, the frame 5 has a flat plate structure, an opening 501 with inner and outer permeability is provided in the middle of the flat plate in the vertical direction, an L-shaped bump 502 is provided on one side of the opening 501, and a dovetail groove 503 in the horizontal direction is provided on the other side of the opening, that is, a slide block slideway shown in fig. 4C.
As shown in fig. 5A to 5D, the slider 6 has an L-shaped cross section, and both ends of one side of the L-shaped cross section extend outward to form a dovetail shape that mates with the dovetail groove of the frame, and the other side mates with the L-shaped projection 502 of the frame to form a groove. The dovetail-shaped lower sharp corner part is matched with the dovetail-groove-shaped slide rail of the slide block, so that the slide block can slide left and right in the range of the slide rail. The sliding block is connected with the frame through two extension springs, the connection mode is shown in fig. 6A-6B, and the two springs are arranged at two ends of the opening of the frame body in parallel.
As shown in fig. 7A to 7C, the adjusting knob 4 has a large outer diameter and a small outer diameter which are coaxially arranged, and are of an integrated structure, and the small outer diameter is provided with an internal thread which is meshed with an external thread of the needle; the large outer diameter is clamped in a groove formed by the frame body 5 and the sliding block 6.
As shown in fig. 8A to 8B, the needle 3 comprises a handle and a needle head, wherein the handle is provided with external threads, the needle head is pen-shaped, and the needle tip is flat.
The external thread of the detecting needle 3 is matched with the internal thread of the adjusting knob 4, the tip part width H of the detecting needle 3 is in clearance fit with the opening width H of the frame body 501, and the detecting needle 3 does not rotate relative to the frame body 5. The large outer diameter part of the adjusting knob 4 is inserted into a groove between the frame 5 and the sliding block 6, the adjusting knob 4 can drive the needle 3 to move up and down in the groove, and the adjusting knob 4 clamped in the groove can be kept fixed at a certain height position through the tensioning action of the stretching spring 7 between the frame 5 and the sliding block 6. When the adjusting knob 4 rotates, the detecting needle 3 can only axially move relative to the adjusting knob 4 due to the limiting effect of the frame opening 501 on the rotation of the detecting needle 3, so that the extending amount of the detecting needle 3 can be adjusted.
