Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于功能性营养食品领域,具体涉及一种为视网膜黄斑区提供营养、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓“眼保健食品”是西方国家在上世纪90年代开发生产的新一代功能食品。顾名思义,眼保健食品是指具有保护眼睛、防止眼球发生病变的特殊功能食品。对于“电脑族”来说,最容易出现的症状是“干眼症”。对于中老年人来说,视网膜黄斑退化、白内障、青光眼等眼病则更为常见。
医学研究表明:上述眼病均为发病时间较长的眼科疾病,其发病时间可长达数年乃至几十年之久。而且一旦发病,难以用药物进行治疗。如果人们平时能经常吃一些对眼睛有益的食品,不仅能延缓眼病发生,对已有症状还有缓解作用。
国外市场“百花齐放”:
进入21世纪以来,欧美日等国外的眼保健食品获得前所未有的长足发展,而在我国,眼保健食品市场则发展比较缓慢,故眼保健食品在国内、国外市场上呈现出“冰火两重天”的景象。如据国外媒体报道,2006年,美国的眼保健食品销售额已占该国功能食品市场总销售额的75%,日本的眼保健食品销售额亦占该国保健食品市场总销售额的49%左右。目前欧美市场上销售的眼保健食品大体可分为两大类:一是维生素类眼保健食品,其代表为VC+VE胶丸、VC+β-胡萝卜素胶丸和VA胶丸等;二是在上世纪90年代异军突起的以蓝莓为主的浆果类植物提取物的新型眼保健食品。
开发应用最早、销量最大的产品首推蓝莓。因为早在二次世界大战期间,英国军方即已将蓝莓果汁列为军需物品之一。据欧洲民间流传已久的说法,喝蓝莓果汁能使人看得更清楚。所以英国战斗机飞行员在升空作战之前都要喝一大杯蓝莓果汁。科学分析表明:蓝莓果汁含异常丰富的花青素。它对视网膜黄斑以及“视紫质”(眼睛产生视觉的最基本物质,可加强适应对黑暗弱光的敏感度)等有很强的保护作用。据了解,目前欧洲与美国市场上以蓝莓为基础的护目食品数量多达上百种,最主要的蓝莓类护目食品有:蓝莓+叶黄素、蓝莓+葡萄籽提取物、蓝莓+VC(VA)等。
除蓝莓外,“类胡萝卜素”是应用较多的第二大类植物性护目食品原料,主要有:叶黄素、番茄红素、隐黄质、玉米黄质、辣椒红素和虾青素等。类胡萝卜素的国际市场销量高达数千吨,其中大多用做眼保健食品。日本和美国分别报道说,经常服用虾青素(从海藻中提取所得的一种类胡萝卜素物质)可防止眼底出血和视网膜黄斑退化(引起老年人视力下降的一主要原因)。此外,经常服虾青素类眼保健食品还可防治白内障。
其它具有显著改善视力作用的眼保健食品原料还有:1、黑豆(以原产于中国陕西省的“丹波”黑豆为最佳),日本学者研究表明:黑豆含18种以上花青素类物质,尤其“矢车菊素”的含量最高,能有效改善黄斑退化症状,故常吃黑豆对老年人来说非常有益;2、小米草,它是北美洲特有的植物,当地居民称小米草为“明目草”,在美国至少有数十种以小米草为主要成分的护目食品,销路均不错;3、葡萄籽提取物,其主要成分也是花青素类物质。
国内市场寥寥无几:
值得关注的是,日本市场上也有蓝莓提取物,但日本本国并无蓝莓资源,所需蓝莓全部从海外进口。据悉,我国东北种植的蓝莓鲜果90%出口至日本市场。目前我国已形成数万公顷的蓝莓种植基地,年产蓝莓鲜果数千吨,蓝莓提取物大多出口日本等海外市场,内销较少。虽然我国近年来蓝莓人工栽培发展较快,但迄今尚未形成国内的蓝莓下游产品市场(尤其眼保健食品市场)。截至2006年,国内只有深圳海王药业的“眼之宝”、天津“尤维斯爱眼保健套餐”和其他一些小生产商生产的“蓝莓素”之类的几种以蓝莓为主要原料的护目食品。这些产品大多销路平平,在国内市场知名度不高。这一情况表明,想要打开国内眼保健食品市场,我国生产商还需要做大量的工作。
事实上,我国并不缺乏花青素类眼保健食品资源,如原产欧美国家的蓝莓现国内已大规模引种成功。此外,我国北方地区普遍种植葡萄,而葡萄籽也是花青素的主要来源。我国黑豆产量居世界第一。其他眼保健食品原料除小米草外基本上都有国产,所以,我国发展眼保健食品生产不存在原料供应的“瓶颈问题”。那么,为何在发达国家眼保健食品市场能做大,而我国眼保健食品市场却至今举步维艰?关键在于没有一家公司能在这方面做开拓性工作。我国拥有极其庞大的用眼过度人群(如广大中小学生以及以电脑为主要操作工具的工作人员等),这些人最需要服用护眼食品。中老年人则是另一大需要服用护眼食品的人群。故理论上我国应有数亿人需要经常服用眼保健食品,其终端销量应在数百亿元人民币。但现在这一市场尚未真正启动。
我国开发眼保健食品还有他国所没有的中药优势。据了解,至少有一二十种中药材具有“清肝明目”的作用(中医理论认为,肝主目,故平肝熄风的中药材均有明目作用)。这类药材包括:白菊花、草决明子、桔梗、细茶、灯心草、山栀子、白芷等等。其实国内不少眼科药物均为中成药制剂,故利用中药材开发眼保健食品应为我国厂商可走的一条捷径。总之,我国有13亿人口的巨大市场,开发新型眼保健食品无疑具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决我国用眼人群较多,青少年近视及中老年眼病频发、现有产品生产过程中组成成分易氧化,功效成分含量低,功效成分不全面,原料不是纯天然等不足,提供一种纯天然原料组方,配比全面科学合理、剂量定性定量有效、功效稳定安全、服用方便、吸收快等特点的营养视网膜黄斑区,改善视力,预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂及其制备方法。该产品由天然绿色植物提取物组合制备而成。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂,所述的颗粒冲剂按照重量份数由1.5份蓝莓提取物、5份越橘提取物、2.5份杜氏盐藻提取物、0.5份玉米黄质、0.2份叶黄素酯、6.5份茶叶茶氨酸、10份枸杞提取物、5份雨生红球藻提取物、5份 DHA藻油微囊粉、10份针叶樱桃果粉、0.15份牛磺酸、0.15份葡萄糖酸锌、0.15份钙、 0.15份有机硒、0.15份维生素B2、0.15份维生素E、0.15份酪蛋白磷酸肽、50份木糖醇制备而成。
一种上述的营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
步骤一:配料:将所有原料混合均匀,然后用低温超微粉碎机以底筛200目,温度-10℃粉碎6~10min;
步骤二:用离心造粒机制成直径为0.5~1mm微球型的颗粒;
步骤三:烘干,包装,灭菌。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的组合物颗粒冲剂可为视网膜黄斑区提供营养,快速消除视疲劳,预防青少年近视,延缓青少年近视度数增长,辅助治疗婴幼儿弱视,延缓中老年人老花眼的发生,预防中老年人的眼病,辅助治疗中老年人眼病。
(2)本发明组合物组方科学、优选原料、优化工艺,最大限度的保证有效成分含量,满足青少年儿童每日对视营素的需求,延缓中老年人老花眼的发生,预防中老年人的眼病,辅助治疗中老年人眼病效果显著。

具体实施方式一:本实施方式记载的是一种营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂,所述的颗粒冲剂按照重量份数由1.5份蓝莓提取物(原花青素)、5 份越橘提取物(花青素和花色甙)、2.5份杜氏盐藻提取物(天β胡萝卜素(维生素A前体))、0.5份玉米黄质、0.2份叶黄素酯、6.5份茶叶茶氨酸、10份枸杞提取物、5份雨生红球藻提取物(虾青素)、5份DHA藻油微囊粉、10份针叶樱桃果粉、0.15份牛磺酸、 0.15份葡萄糖酸锌、0.15份钙、0.15份有机硒、0.15份维生素B2、0.15份维生素E、0.15 份酪蛋白磷酸肽、50份木糖醇制备而成。
具体实施方式二:一种具体实施方式一所述的营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
步骤一:配料:将所有原料混合均匀,然后用低温超微粉碎机以底筛200目,温度-10℃粉碎6~10min;低温的目的保证原料的功效成分不流失;原料超微粉碎的目的提高原料的溶出度;提高原料的生物利用率;增强原料的功效;减少剂量,节省原料,提高效率,降低成本;提高原料的造粒性能,服用口感好;有利于保留生物活性成分;
步骤二:用离心造粒机制成直径为0.5~1mm微球型的颗粒;
步骤三:烘干,包装,灭菌。

本发明组合物中的维生素A
维生素A的主要活性成分“视黄醛”,是视觉色素“视紫质”的组成成分。这就是为什么维生素A与视力的关系密切。视紫质是什么呢?它就像照相底片上的感光物质,负责执行在微弱灯光下的视觉反应;缺乏视紫质时,眼睛就会出现夜间视线模糊(即夜盲症)、对光敏感等现象。
还有,在泪器中的最内层有一个黏液结构,负责将泪水均匀分布在眼球上,让结膜及角膜能得到充分的滋润;而这层黏液主要靠维生素A与胡萝卜素的供给才能正常分泌。如果身体缺乏维生素A和胡萝卜素时,眼睛就容易疲劳干涩,造成干眼症、角膜软化,或感染眼睑炎、角膜炎。此外,六个月至六岁大的儿童和哺乳期及妊娠期的妇女,往往因维生素A缺乏而患上各种眼疾,可以说他们是维生素A缺乏的高危人群,需要多加注意与补充。
本发明组合物中的维生素B群
维生素B群包括维生素B1、B2(核黄素)、B3(烟碱酸)、B5(泛酸)、B6(吡哆酸)、B12、维生素M(叶酸)、维生素H(生物素、辅脢R)等,每一种都有其特定的营养作用。要特别注意的是,维生素B群中的维生素不能单独完成任务,一定需要B 群的其他成员协助才能完成。因为它们互相作为彼此的催化剂及辅助剂。所以我们在摄取时,应尽可能全面摄取才对。
维生素B群在肝脏、酵母、麦胚芽、糙米、米糠中含量最多,经过精致加工过的谷物则含量不多。维生素B群可以预防及治疗视神经病变,尤其是B1、B2、B12。所以,凡是会引起视神经萎缩的眼疾,包括青光眼、糖尿病视网膜病变、视神经炎及病变、弱视等,都应该均衡摄取B群。
如果维生素B群缺乏,轻者将出现体内代谢功能紊乱,眼睛容易充血、流泪、感觉有异物有灼热感、视力减退、水晶体混浊等症状;长期以往,身体将出现各种慢性病,眼睛则可能导致弱视、各种视神经病变等问题。
本发明组合物中的维生素C
在维生素家族中最具知名度也是最为大家熟悉的,莫过于维生素C了。维生素C可以说是爱美女性的最佳“闺蜜”。因为它不但是美白圣品,更具有良好的抗氧化、抗老化作用,能增加皮肤、眼睛组织对紫外线的抵抗力。
所以,多摄取维生素C可以降低患白内障的概率,预防眼睛组织的老化。此外,有研究发现,白内障患者的房水及水晶体中,维生素C有减少的趋势。维生素C的主要作用是保持细胞间的完整性,参与母细胞形成胶原纤维,是制造红血球的必要物质,可以预防坏血病,维生素C能加速伤口的愈合及增强微血管的韧性。
眼睛中布满微血管组织,如果缺乏维生素C,就可能导致微血管韧性不足,容易受压而破裂出血,如反复性结膜下出血、眼睑皮下血肿、前房虹膜出血、视网膜出血、眼窝出血等,还会造成眼球突出。维生素C是非常容易摄取得到的,它普遍存在于蔬菜水果当中,尤其是深绿、黄红色水果,其中番石榴、奇异果、柠檬、柑橘的维生素C含量最为丰富。不过,维生素C容易遭到外在环境的破坏,如遇热、遇光会呈现不稳定状态,就连泡在水中也会流失,所以最好生食摄取。
本发明组合物中的维生素E
想保持青春活力、延缓老化、预防白内障等眼疾,你就不能不认识维生素E,它被称为“血管清道夫”,是预防心血管疾病效果显著的营养素。维生素E的主要任务之一就是参与细胞膜的抗氧化作用,因此它不但具有很强的抗氧化作用,更具有延缓老化,保持青春活力的功效。所以对于组织老化所引起的眼疾,可通过补充维生素E来预防或减缓症状的发生。维生素E,主要存在于坚果类及小麦胚芽中,所以一般常见于植物油中;与维生素 C一样,生吃效果最好,如拌在色拉中。
本发明组合物中的类胡萝卜素
我们常常听说类胡萝卜素,但对它的了解没有对维生素的了解多,还弄不清楚它到底是什么东西。事实上,类胡萝卜素的种类之多远远高于维生素家族。植物中包含各种色素,这些色素的大部分为绿、蓝、红、黄或紫色;其中类胡萝卜素主要由红、黄、紫色组成,为碳水化合物的衍生物质。研究人员曾经从深色蔬菜中鉴定出700多种类胡萝卜素,成员众多,包括我们最常听说的橙色β-胡萝卜素及叶黄素、玉米黄素、西红柿红素等。基本上说,类胡萝卜素具有抗氧化作用,其各个组成色素对人体各有不同的帮助。以眼睛来说,类胡萝卜素自然是不可缺乏的营养素,尤其是对视网膜老年性黄斑部病变,可通过类胡萝卜素的补充,于黄斑部形成黄色色素中吸收蓝光,防止视网膜最敏感的区域受到光线伤害。
β-胡萝卜素与维生素A关系亲密,可以说是“直系亲属”,它是维生素A的前驱物质,经人体吸收代谢后会转化成维生素A。因此,长期以来大家都把“β-胡萝卜素”当做维生素 A看待,而忽略了其“抗氧化”的重要特色。近年来,随着自由基对身体的破坏之说日趋盛行,抗氧化理论随之崛起,β-胡萝卜素终于摆脱了维生素A,自成一格,成为抗氧化理论的主角之一。
根据研究,β-胡萝卜素是一种天然的抗氧化剂,具有解毒作用,为脂溶性化合物,因此具有良好的脂质亲和力。在人体内,它能捕捉并且中和那些会破坏身体细胞膜、蛋白质、维生素、脂质的自由基,预防细胞被自由基侵袭而坏死。
因此,在预防心血管疾病、癌症、白内障、视网膜病变,抗老化及促进生长与成长方面有不错的效果。β-胡萝卜素是橘黄色的脂溶性化合物,是胡萝卜素中活性最强的,也是自然界中最普遍存在也是最稳定的天然色素。
此外,由于β-胡萝卜素的颜色浓度差异几乎能够涵盖红色至黄色的色系,因此被食品界广泛应用于食品和饮料制造中,成为天然色素。在天然食物中,橘黄(红)和深绿色的蔬果都含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素,如枸杞、红萝卜、木瓜、地瓜、红西红柿、芒果以及菠菜、茼蒿、韭菜、油菜等。
本发明组合物中的叶黄素
叶黄素又称为“植物黄体素”,是一种广泛存在于蔬果、花卉与某些藻类生物中的天然色素。
早在20年前,西方医学研究人员发现,植物所含的天然叶黄素能与体内的自由基结合,从而产生抗氧化的功能,是一种良好的抗氧化剂。此外,将一定量的叶黄素加入到食品中,可预防并减缓人体因器官衰老所引起的一些疾病。因此,近年来,叶黄素被广泛运用于健康食品中。
根据1994年美国哈佛大学医学院和许多研究中心合作的研究结果显示,摄取大量的叶黄素和玉米黄素,能够降低约43%罹患老年黄斑部病变的机率。2002年10月份的《眼科学》期刊也指出,高量的叶黄素及玉米黄素能降低和年龄有关的眼睛退化疾病的发生率。叶黄素不仅是视网膜上黄斑部的抗氧化物质,更是唯一可一存在于眼睛水晶体的类胡萝卜素。它可以抵抗紫外线与自由基的伤害,预防并延缓白内障的发生,并可保护眼睛的微血管,维持良好的血液循环。平时该如何摄取叶黄素呢?根据研究,它存在于深绿色、深黄色的蔬果和花卉中,如甘蓝、菠菜、绿花椰菜、玉米、南瓜、辣椒、芒果、金盏花、万寿花等都富含叶黄素。而金盏花则是目前发现的含叶黄素最高的植物,它耐热性良好,营养又无害,因此被广泛运用于保护眼睛的食品上。
本发明组合物中的玉米黄素
玉米黄素,顾名思义,在玉米中含量最为丰富。玉米黄素总是和叶黄素在一起,因为它们都可以预防老年性黄斑部病变、抵抗自由基。事实上,玉米还含有叶黄素、锌、磷、镁、钾等营养素,可以说是眼睛抗老化极佳的营养食品。美国康乃尔大学曾经做过实验,结果刊登在《农业与食品化学期刊》上。研究人员在115℃下,将甜玉米分别加热10、20、 30分钟后发现,玉米的抗自由基的活性依次升高了22%、44%、53%。因为玉米所含的胡萝卜素、叶黄素、玉米黄素为脂溶性维生素,加油烹煮有帮助吸收的效果,更能发挥功能。当然,玉米黄素不仅存在于玉米中,其他黄色蔬果、花卉中也含量丰富,如橘黄色胡椒和金盏花中的含量也都很丰富。
本发明组合物中的花青素
花青素是“生物类黄酮”这个庞大家族中的一个小家庭,它是高等植物中红色、紫色、紫红色与蓝色所需的植物色来源。花青素是蓝红色的黄酮化合物。特别需要指出的是,花青素具有油溶及水溶的双重特性,能协助其他抗氧化剂一同发挥抗氧化作用,而且能及时修补被自由基伤害的胶原纤维与弹力蛋白纤维,并能有效抑制破坏眼部细胞的酵素。
事实上,花青素是自然界中非常优异的天然美白抗氧物质,跟它比起来,连维生素C、 E都要靠边站了。究竟它的抗氧化功能有多强呢?它的抗氧化效率是维生素E的50倍、维生素C的18倍,它能加强皮肤的新陈代谢并防止黑色素的囤积,让皮肤维持光滑与透明,所以对爱美人士来说花青素是不可或缺的。在欧洲,花青素被运用于强化微血管、增强胶质、改善脑功能等方面;作为体内的抗氧化物,花青素自然对眼睛的老化、疲劳和视力的改善有许多益处。如何摄取花青素呢?山桑子、蓝莓、蔓越莓、洛神花、玫瑰花、茄子及紫色葡萄皮等都含有大量的花青素,尤其是山桑子,含量尤其丰富。
本发明组合物中的OPC(聚合前花青素)
聚合前花青素,为花青素的前趋物质,在酵素作用下发生聚合反应后即转变为花青素,它的英文全名为OligomericProanthocyanidins,一般简称OPC。由于Proanthocyanidins称为“前花青素”(或“原花青素”),与生物类黄酮flavonoid含有相同的核心化学结构,因而也被归为类黄酮。而事实上,proanthocyanidins属于flavanol,是一种无色的物质,会因为温度的变化及酵素的作用而转变为红色,但不会变成黄色,在许多特性上完全与类黄酮不同。
谈起OPC的历史,可以追溯到数百年前,当时有一位法国学者率领一支远征队在圣劳伦斯河上游执行科学考察工作,但因天气非常恶劣,任务延后了。最后因为食物不足,只能靠配给的咸肉和饼干维持生存,许多人因此得了严重的维生素C缺乏症,开始出现坏血病症状,不少人因而死去。幸好,他们遇见了一位美国印地安人,他告诉他们可以用松树皮和松针煮茶喝,结果许多人喝了这种茶后真的活了下来。后来,一法国教授马思凯利尔读到了关于那次远征的详细记载,他推论:松树皮不仅含有维生素C,而且很显然是一种很好的类黄酮资源,其效用高于维生素C。于是他进一步研究,发现松树皮中含有一种原花青素聚合物,而且许多其他植物也有相同的物质,包括葡萄籽、越橘、花生皮、柠檬树皮和陈皮等,他把它取名为浓缩基因(Pycnogenols),这就是今天科学界所讲的原花青素低聚物——OPC。不过,一直到1947年OPC才正式从花生皮中分离出来,它被运用在血管保护药中。很快大家就知道它是一种用来保护血管系统健康的物质了。
不仅如此,后来还有许多研究发现OPC具有良好的抗氧化功能,可以减少其他疾病的发生。对眼睛来说,OPC可增强夜间视力并预防眼睛的老化疾病,对于视网膜疾病也有改善作用。
本发明组合物中的DHA
DHA全名是二十二碳六稀酸(Docosahexaenic Acid),是Omega-3系列的一种多元不饱和脂肪酸,也是婴幼儿成长发育期间非常重要的营养素。虽然人体可以自行制造 DHA,但是量很少,还需要从饮食中摄取。对视觉来说,DHA可以促进脑部中枢神经系统的发育,促进视网膜的发育健全,进而起到预防视网膜病变的功能。
所以,孕妇及哺乳期的母亲若能加强补充DHA,对宝宝的视力发育会有良好的影响。根据美国和欧洲的研究指出,在怀孕及哺乳期间,母体中Omega-3系列的多元不饱和脂肪酸会减少,这表示母体在怀孕期间需要更多量的Omega-3系列多元不饱和脂肪酸,这其中就包括DHA。许多学者针对婴儿做的研究显示,就视觉功能的发育来说,喂母乳和鱼油的婴儿比喂奶粉的婴儿好。DHA主要存在于深海鱼类,如鲔鱼、鲭鱼、秋刀鱼中,因此,它们常被制成鱼肝油食用;母乳中的含量也不少,其他如蛋、海藻及肉类中也含有少量的DHA。
本发明组合物中的锌
眼球的视网膜、脉络膜是人体内含锌最高的部分。
锌参与肝脏与视网膜内维生素还原酶组成,合成视黄醛,影响视力及对明暗的适应。锌还能增强视神经的敏感度,缺锌会影响视黄醇在体内的吸收。
视力差者宜补锌:因锌参与了维生素A和视黄色醇结合蛋白的合成,并动员肝脏内的维生素A到血浆中,以维持血浆中维生素A的正常含量,有保持视力的作用,眼球中的锌可使夜间视力增强。
本发明组合物中的牛磺酸
氨基乙磺酸(也叫牛磺酸)占视网膜中氨基酸总量的50%,是光感受发育的重要营养因子。如果缺乏会引起光感受退化,使光传导功能受到抑制。
牛磺酸是1827年首先在牛的胆汁中发现的一种特殊的氨基酸,普遍存在于自然界的生物体内。从受精卵细胞分裂开始,牛磺酸就一直起着重要的作用,伴随人的一生。一个体重60公斤的人,体内所含的牛磺酸约为60克,占体重的0.1%。
喜欢动物的人都知道,猫的眼睛总是那么炯炯有神。其实,这和猫的食物有着很大的关系。众所周知,猫最爱吃的东西就是鱼和老鼠。通过专家研究表明,动物体中都含有牛磺酸,其中鱼贝类的含量最为丰富。同时,老鼠体内也含有大量的牛磺酸。另外,即使是超市中出售的猫粮,其中也大量添加了牛磺酸。
通过日常的食物,猫补充了大量的牛磺酸,而牛磺酸对猫眼视网膜中的感光细胞有促进作用,所以猫的眼睛总是那么炯炯有神。在另外一项实验中,用不含牛磺酸的猫粮喂养小猫,小猫的视网膜就出现了病变,乃至完全失明。
不仅是猫科动物,人类的眼睛视网膜中也存在大量牛磺酸,因此补充牛磺酸对于人的眼睛也至关重要。眼睛的角膜有自我修复能力,即当角膜受到某些伤害时,可以自我修复。眼药中大都含有牛磺酸,就是为了强化角膜的自我修复能力,对抗眼疾。由此可见,日常补充牛磺酸可以增进眼睛角膜的自我修复能力,预防眼科疾病。

1.一种营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂,其特征在于:所述的颗粒冲剂按照重量份数由1.5份蓝莓提取物、5份越橘提取物、2.5份杜氏盐藻提取物、0.5份玉米黄质、0.2份叶黄素酯、6.5份茶叶茶氨酸、10份枸杞提取物、5份雨生红球藻提取物、5份DHA藻油微囊粉、10份针叶樱桃果粉、0.15份牛磺酸、0.15份葡萄糖酸锌、0.15份钙、0.15份有机硒、0.15份维生素B2、0.15份维生素E、0.15份酪蛋白磷酸肽、50份木糖醇制备而成。
2.一种权利要求1所述的营养视网膜黄斑区、改善视力、预防眼病的组合物颗粒冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤如下:
步骤一:配料:将所有原料混合均匀,然后用低温超微粉碎机以底筛200目,温度-10℃粉碎6~10min;
步骤二:用离心造粒机制成直径为0.5~1mm微球型的颗粒;
