本发明公开了一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,包括三明治型凉席结构,三明治型凉席结构包括上表层、下表层和连接上表层和下表层的立体间隔层,上表面是通过凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成纸线,然后采用编织床编织而成的凉席面,下表面通过聚酯纤维经编织床编织而成,立体间隔层为MOLO纱立体编织层,上表层、下表层和立体间隔层之间通过纸线进行缝合或编制织连接,纸线为通过所述凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成线而成,凉席专用纸采用100%进口漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆作为原料,浆板白度大于85%。本发明结构简单实用,通风透气吸汗且能回收再利用,环保不污染环境。

一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席
技术领域
本发明涉及一种凉席,具体为一种通风透气吸汗且能回收再利用,环保不污染环境的基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席。
背景技术
夏季温度高,席子自然成为人们消暑纳凉不可或缺的一种生活用品,然而席子的种类也有很多,如,冰丝凉席、水冷凉席、竹席或多功能席等,虽其宗旨都是在为人们提供休息时消暑纳凉、通风驱蚊的舒适感受,但也都存在如有毛刺、易变形、易黏身、用胶粘结、不健康、不环保等问题。
三明治结构由上、中、下三个面组成。表面通常为网孔设计,中间一层为连接表面与底面的MOLO纱,底面通常为密织的平版面,俗称"三明治"。面料底下有层密网,使得表面的网不至于变形太大,加强了面料的牢度及色彩度。网状效果使得面料更有现代感和运动感网状效果。它采用高分子合成纤维由精密机台一次性编织而成,经久耐用,属于经编针织布里面的精品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,结合三明治面料结构的启发,本发明提供了一种结构简单实用,通风透气吸汗且能回收再利用,环保不污染环境的基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,包括三明治型凉席结构,三明治型凉席结构包括上表层、下表层和连接上表层和下表层的立体间隔层,上表面是通过凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成纸线,然后采用编织床编织而成的凉席面,下表面通过聚酯纤维经编织床编织而成,立体间隔层为MOLO纱立体编织层,上表层、下表层和立体间隔层之间通过纸线进行缝合或编制织连接,纸线为通过所述凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成线而成。
进一步的,凉席专用纸采用100%进口漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆作为原料,浆板白度大于85%,经配料、打浆、调浆、除渣、压榨、干燥、卷纸、复卷、打包、入库工序进行制造。
进一步的,凉席专用纸裁剪小块,并捻搓成的纸线直径为0.2~0.9mm。
进一步的,纸线直径为0.4~0.5mm。
进一步的,上表面的凉席专用纸采用直接染色工艺进行调配染色。
进一步的,立体间隔层为采用MOLO纱编织成的纵向“X”字型结构。
进一步的,上表面和所下表面采用并排设置的两台编织床同步编织进行,立体间隔层采用设置于两台编织床之间放线机同步放线,并参与上表面和下表面的编织,形成编织连接的立体间隔层。
进一步的,上表面内侧通过纸线与立体间隔层上部缝合连接,下表面内侧面通过纸线与立体间隔层下部缝合连接。
进一步的,纸线浸渍甲壳糖或壳聚糖聚合物。
进一步的,立体间隔层中间设置支撑层,所述MOLO纱往来穿过支撑层编织。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.相对其他平板席子而言,立体纵向“X”字型结构的三明治型凉席透气性更强,并且通过空气流通,表面维持舒适干爽。
2.三明治型凉席结构的纵向“X”字型结构,当受到外力时,能够顺着力的方向延伸,当拉力减小撤走时,网孔又能恢复到原来的形状,凉席既能在横、纵向保持一定的延伸率,又不会松弛变形。
3.人体接触部分的上表面是通过凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成纸线,然后采用编织床编织而成的凉席面,经过防霉抗菌处理,能够抑制细菌的滋生,环保、透气、养生、无污染。
4.各层面之间的连接不采用胶水进行复合,采用凉席专用纸制成的纸线进行缝合或者编织,无对人体有害物质,健康、环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,包括三明治型凉席结构,三明治型凉席结构包括上表层1、下表层2和连接上表层1和下表层2的立体间隔层3,上表面1是通过凉席专用纸裁剪小块,并捻搓成直径为0.45mm的纸线,然后采用编织床编织而成的凉席面,凉席专用纸采用100%进口漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆作为原料,浆板白度大于85%,经配料、打浆、调浆、除渣、压榨、干燥、卷纸、复卷、打包、入库工序进行制造,纸线浸渍甲壳糖或壳聚糖聚合物。上表面1的凉席专用纸采用直接染色工艺进行调配染色,直接染色对纤维素的亲和力好,最适宜对不施胶纸浆进行染色,色牢度、不脱色。下表面2通过聚酯纤维经编织床编织而成,立体间隔层3为MOLO纱立体编织层,MOLO纱编织成的纵向“X”字型结构,人躺在凉席上对凉席进行施压时,立体间隔层3的“X”字型结构变形成为上下两个三角形中空结构,并能根据施压点和压力大小不同,形成不同变形度的三角形,整体使凉席结构稳固不变形,同时形成弹性结构,且中空结构能更好的通风透气,提高使用舒适度。上表面1内侧通过直径为0.4mm的纸线与立体间隔层3上部缝合连接,下表面2内侧面也通过直径为0.4mm的纸线纸线与立体间隔层3下部缝合连接。立体间隔层3中间设置支撑层4,MOLO纱往来穿过支撑层4编织。

1.一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,包括三明治型凉席结构,所述三明治型凉席结构包括上表层、下表层和连接所述上表层和所述下表层的立体间隔层,所述上表面是通过凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成纸线,然后采用编织床编织而成的凉席面,所述下表面通过聚酯纤维经编织床编织而成,所述立体间隔层为MOLO纱立体编织层,所述上表层、下表层和所述立体间隔层之间通过纸线进行缝合或编制织连接,所述纸线为通过所述凉席专用纸裁剪成条,并捻搓成线而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述凉席专用纸采用100%进口漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆作为原料,浆板白度大于85%,经配料、打浆、调浆、除渣、压榨、干燥、卷纸、复卷、打包、入库工序进行制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述凉席专用纸裁剪小块,并捻搓成的纸线直径为0.2~0.9mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述纸线直径为0.4~0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述上表面的凉席专用纸采用直接染色工艺进行调配染色。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述立体间隔层为采用MOLO纱编织成的纵向“X”字型结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述上表面和所述下表面采用并排设置的两台编织床同步编织进行,所述立体间隔层采用设置于两台所述编织床之间放线机同步放线,并参与上表面和下表面的编织,形成编织连接的立体间隔层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述上表面内侧通过所述纸线与所述立体间隔层上部缝合连接,所述下表面内侧面通过所述纸线与所述立体间隔层下部缝合连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述纸线浸渍甲壳糖或壳聚糖聚合物。
10.根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种基于凉席专用纸的三明治型凉席,其特征在于,所述立体间隔层中间设置支撑层,所述MOLO纱往来穿过所述支撑层编织。
