本发明公开了一种高效药材干燥装置,包括上料装置、水平输送装置、烘干装置以及收料箱,所述上料装置包括上料平台、弹簧、料斗、第二驱动电机、偏心轮;所述料斗出口的下方设置有水平输送装置,所述水平输送装置包括输送平台、第一驱动电机、驱动链条、驱动链轮、传输链条、从动链轮,所述烘干装置包括外固定桶、内旋转桶、滚动轮、进风孔、第三驱动电机、热风出口、热风进口。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为,自动化程度较高,设置旋转的烘干部和自然通风部,干燥效果好,便于在产业上推广和应用。

一种高效药材干燥装置
技术领域
本发明涉属于中药材加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效药材干燥装置。
背景技术
在保存中药材时,为了防止中药材发霉变质,需要在保证药性的前提下对中药材进行烘干,去除其中的水份。传统技术对中药材进行烘干主要是采用日晒烘干的方法,但是,由于日晒烘干法受到天气影响较大,尤其对于中国南方多雨地区而言,受到的限制更大。
因而有人设计了利用烘干设备对中药材进行烘干,现有的技术中的烘干设备烘干效果较差,自动化程度较低,无法满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的提供一种高效药材干燥装置。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种高效药材干燥装置,包括上料装置、水平输送装置、烘干装置以及收料箱,所述上料装置包括上料平台、弹簧、料斗、第二驱动电机、偏心轮,所述上料平台上方设置有料斗,所述料斗下端通过弹簧与上料平台相连接,所述料斗上连接有第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机的输出轴上连接有偏心轮,且带动所述偏心轮旋转;所述料斗出口的下方设置有水平输送装置,所述水平输送装置包括输送平台、第一驱动电机、驱动链条、驱动链轮、传输链条、从动链轮,所述输送平台两端的两侧均设置有驱动链轮和从动链轮,每侧的所述驱动链轮和驱动链轮各通过一条输送链条传动连接,所述第一驱动电机设置于输送平台上,第一驱动电机通过驱动链条带动驱动链轮旋转,两侧的输送链条连接有传送带,且带动传送带旋转;药材经过水平输送装置后,进入烘干装置,所述烘干装置包括外固定桶、内旋转桶、滚动轮、进风孔、第三驱动电机、热风出口、热风进口,所述外固定桶套在内旋转桶上,两者通过滚动轮连接,所述外固定桶下端连接有支撑架,所述第三驱动电机设置于支撑架上,其通过链条与内旋转桶外壁传动连接,带动内旋转桶旋转,所述外固定桶和内旋转桶之间密封腔体,密封腔体设置有热风出口、热风进口,所述内旋转桶包括烘干部和自然通风部,所述外固定桶套接在烘干部外侧,所述自然通风部上设置有进风孔,收料箱设置于自然通风部下方。
其中,所述烘干部内侧壁上设置有螺旋片。
其中,所述热风进口通过管道依次连接抽风机、加热器与热风出口连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为,自动化程度较高,设置旋转的烘干部和自然通风部,干燥效果好,便于在产业上推广和应用。

如图1所示,本申请公开了一种高效药材干燥装置,包括上料装置、水平输送装置、烘干装置以及收料箱15,所述上料装置包括上料平台6、弹簧7、料斗10、第二驱动电机8、偏心轮9,所述上料平台6上方设置有料斗10,所述料斗10下端通过弹簧7与上料平台6相连接,所述料斗10上连接有第二驱动电机8,所述第二驱动电机8的输出轴上连接有偏心轮9,且带动所述偏心轮9旋转;所述料斗10出口的下方设置有水平输送装置,所述水平输送装置包括输送平台、第一驱动电机1、驱动链条2、驱动链条3、传输链条4、从动链轮5,所述输送平台两端的两侧均设置有驱动链条3和从动链轮5,每侧的所述驱动链条3和驱动链条3各通过一条输送链条传动连接,所述第一驱动电机1设置于输送平台上,第一驱动电机1通过驱动链条2带动驱动链条3旋转,两侧的输送链条连接有传送带,且带动传送带旋转;药材经过水平输送装置后,进入烘干装置,所述烘干装置包括外固定桶11、内旋转桶12、滚动轮13、进风孔14、第三驱动电机16、热风出口17、热风进口18,所述外固定桶11套在内旋转桶12上,两者通过滚动轮13连接,所述外固定桶11下端连接有支撑架,所述第三驱动电机16设置于支撑架上,其通过链条与内旋转桶12外壁传动连接,带动内旋转桶12旋转,所述外固定桶11和内旋转桶12之间密封腔体,密封腔体设置有热风出口17、热风进口18,所述内旋转桶12包括烘干部和自然通风部,所述外固定桶11套接在烘干部外侧,所述自然通风部上设置有进风孔14,收料箱15设置于自然通风部下方。
其中,所述烘干部内侧壁上设置有螺旋片。

使用的时候,将中药材放置在料斗内,通过第二驱动电机带动偏心轮旋转使得料斗摇晃,中药材在摇晃的作用下,向下掉落,不会出现物料堵塞的情况,通过水平输送装置将中药材输送到烘干装置内,使得进料比较均匀,烘干效果较好;内旋转桶在第一驱动电机的带动下旋转,由于内部设置有螺旋片,使得物料在旋转的同时,向前移动,通过密封腔体的加热作用,对中药材进行加热,中药材滚动,加热效果好,不会过热,另外,在加热后,通过自然通风部,使得湿气尽快排出,中药材温度下降。

1.一种高效药材干燥装置,其特征在于,包括上料装置、水平输送装置、烘干装置以及收料箱,所述上料装置包括上料平台、弹簧、料斗、第二驱动电机、偏心轮,所述上料平台上方设置有料斗,所述料斗下端通过弹簧与上料平台相连接,所述料斗上连接有第二驱动电机,所述第二驱动电机的输出轴上连接有偏心轮,且带动所述偏心轮旋转;所述料斗出口的下方设置有水平输送装置,所述水平输送装置包括输送平台、第一驱动电机、驱动链条、驱动链轮、传输链条、从动链轮,所述输送平台两端的两侧均设置有驱动链轮和从动链轮,每侧的所述驱动链轮和驱动链轮各通过一条输送链条传动连接,所述第一驱动电机设置于输送平台上,第一驱动电机通过驱动链条带动驱动链轮旋转,两侧的输送链条连接有传送带,且带动传送带旋转;药材经过水平输送装置后,进入烘干装置,所述烘干装置包括外固定桶、内旋转桶、滚动轮、进风孔、第三驱动电机、热风出口、热风进口,所述外固定桶套在内旋转桶上,两者通过滚动轮连接,所述外固定桶下端连接有支撑架,所述第三驱动电机设置于支撑架上,其通过链条与内旋转桶外壁传动连接,带动内旋转桶旋转,所述外固定桶和内旋转桶之间密封腔体,密封腔体设置有热风出口、热风进口,所述内旋转桶包括烘干部和自然通风部,所述外固定桶套接在烘干部外侧,所述自然通风部上设置有进风孔,收料箱设置于自然通风部下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效药材干燥装置,其特征在于,所述烘干部内侧壁上设置有螺旋片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效药材干燥装置,其特征在于,所述热风进口通过管道依次连接抽风机、加热器与热风出口连通。
