Abstract

本发明专利公开了圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,该轴承包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈以及圆柱永磁体滚子;所述圆柱永磁体滚子的磁感线分布方向具有关于滚子轴线对称的性质,在同一轴承中的所有圆柱永磁体滚子均按照相互排斥的方向安装;所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈均由不可导磁材料制成。解决圆柱滚子轴承中滚子与保持架、相邻滚子之间的磨损问题,简化了圆柱滚子轴承的结构,提高了圆柱滚子轴承的寿命。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及轴承领域,具体为一种滚子为圆柱永磁体材料,内圈与外圈均为非磁性材料的无保持架的圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承在生活与生产中应用广泛,在其在运动过程中,采用保持架的轴承,滚子与保持架将产生摩擦,如果不用保持架滚动体之间将产生碰撞,这些均会对轴承的性能和寿命产生很大影响。目前,仅存在通过改变滚道结构的滚珠运转状态下的自动分散轴承。因此,本发明专利设计一种圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,能够实现圆柱滚子轴承在静态与运转两种情况下的圆柱滚子之间的自分散功能。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是:提供了一种圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,以解决圆柱滚子轴承无保持架状态下轴承滚子间的摩擦问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明专利采用的技术方案如下:
圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,该轴承包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈以及圆柱永磁体滚子;所述圆柱永磁体滚子的磁感线分布方向具有关于滚子轴线对称的性质,在同一轴承中的所有圆柱永磁体滚子均按照相互排斥的方向安装;所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈均由不可导磁材料制成。
本发明专利的有益效果为:提供了一种圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,解决圆柱滚子轴承中滚子与保持架、相邻滚子之间的磨损问题,简化了圆柱滚子的结构,提高了圆柱滚子轴承的寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,其特征在于:同一轴承中的圆柱永磁体滚子(2)由于自身所带磁场作用,在圆周方向上相互排斥;轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(3)由非磁导材料制作,为圆柱永磁体滚子(2)提供滚道与自由度的约束;圆柱永磁体滚子(2)在轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)的约束下,使得多个圆柱永磁体滚子(2)之间通过磁作用互相排斥。

1.圆柱永磁体滚子自分散轴承,其特征在于:同一轴承中的圆柱永磁体滚子(2)由于自身所带磁场作用,彼此之间在圆周方向上相互排斥;轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(3)由非磁导材料制作,为圆柱永磁体滚子(2)提供滚道与自由度的约束,无保持架。
