Abstract
本发明涉及机械零件领域。本发明提供了一种永磁减载径向滚子轴承。它由外圈、内圈、滚子和4个环形永久磁钢组成。其特征在于内、外圈之间安装有滚子,如同常用径向滚子轴承一样;永久磁钢是四个圆环,均轴向充磁,磁极方向相同,其中一对大、小环形磁钢位于滚子左侧,上、下对齐,分别紧固在内圈和外圈,另外一对大、小环形磁钢位于滚子右侧,上、下对齐,也分别紧固在内圈和外圈。这种结构利用磁环之间的排斥力,局部抵消内、外圈对滚子的挤压力,减小滚子承受的载荷,降低振动及噪声,延长滚子轴承的使用寿命。
Description
本发明涉及机械零件领域,主要利用永磁体同极相斥原理为径向滚子轴承减载。
目前,滚子轴承被广泛应用子机械装置,它的寿命决定整个装置的寿命。滚子轴承的寿命,与其承受的载荷有直接关系,如果减小滚子轴承的载荷,则轴承的寿命就能延长。
径向滚子轴承的载荷,主要是内、外圈挤压滚子的机械力,减小这个力就能为径向滚子轴承减载。
本发明的目的提供了一种永磁减载径向滚子轴承,它利用永磁体同极相斥原理为径向滚子轴承减载。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:如附图所示,内圈和外圈之间像常用径向滚子轴承一样安装有滚子,滚子的左侧和右侧分别装有两个大、小永磁体圆环,圆环之间的排斥力抵消一部分内、外圈对滚子的挤压力,为滚子提供减载的效果。图1是本发明的结构示意图。
如图1所示,内圈和外圈之间像常用径向滚子轴承一样安装有滚子,四个环形永久磁钢轴向长度和径向厚度相同,均轴向充磁,其中一对大、小环形磁钢位于滚子左侧,上、下对齐,磁极方向相同,分别紧固在内圈和外圈,另外一对大、小环形磁钢位于滚子右侧,上、下对齐,磁极方向相同,也分别紧固在内圈和外圈。由于磁环之间的排斥力,内圈与外圈挤压滚子的力就被部分抵消,滚子承受的载荷得到减小,从而降低系统的振动及噪声,延长滚子轴承的使用寿命。
本发明的优点,用永磁轴承减载径向滚动机械轴承,降低滚子与内、外圈之间的磨损,从而可以提高轴承的转速,减小振动和噪音,延长使用寿命。
Claims (1)
1.一种永磁减载径向滚子轴承,由内圈、外圈、滚子及2个大环形永久磁钢和2个小环形永久磁钢组成,其特征是,1个大磁环与1个小磁环组成一组,两组大、小磁环轴向长度和径向厚度相同,上、下对齐,分别位于滚子的左、右两侧;大、小磁环都轴向充磁,方向相同,大磁环固定在外圈,小磁环固定在内圈。
