步骤1:取上述重量份数的环保皮革染料、渗透剂、溶剂于容器内,进行分散搅拌均匀,该环保皮革染料是指对皮革有亲和力,可用于皮革着色的染料,皮革制品着色可以使用酸性、媒介、直接和碱性染料等,采用喷涂着色时最常用的是中性染料,要求染料微溶于水,易溶于乙二醉、乙醚、乙醇或二甲基甲酞胺等有机溶剂中,渗透剂为非离子渗透剂,优选渗透剂JFC、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇醚的一种或几种;
步骤2:随后加入上述重量份数的活性剂、防霉剂和调节剂,混合搅拌,活性剂优脂肪酸甘油酯、聚丙烯酸钠盐、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯的一种;防霉剂优选纳米氧化银皮革防霉剂、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、1,2-苯并异噻碄-3-酮中的一种或几种;调节剂为PH调节剂,无机碱或者有机胺的一种;溶剂为一种有机溶剂,分子量不大,常温下呈液态;
步骤3:最后将缓慢加入上述重量份数的水,一起混合搅拌均匀制得成品;
步骤4:静置5分钟后检验合格后灌装到包装容器中。
通过以上的实施例制作的雾化分散皮革染料雾化丽莎风格效果展示如图1-3。
综上所述,本发明提出的雾化分散皮革染料及其制备方法,采用本发明的组分及制备方法制备的雾化分散皮革染料,解决现在市场上皮革涂饰风格单一、刻板等问题,这种创意个性化的染料,具有普通染料的通性,且能够让皮革具有雾化的自然纹理,极富表现力解决开发的瓶颈及响应市场强烈的创作需求,可以给皮革涂饰更多展示及想象空间,提升皮革及定制皮具的附加值,同时也大幅降低了生产制作的成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,其组成及组分的重量百分比为:环保皮革染料8~14%、渗透剂5~8%、活性剂7~28%、去离子水35~60%、防霉剂0.2~0.5%、调节剂0.6~1%、溶剂0~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的环保皮革染料是指对皮革有亲和力,可用于皮革着色的染料,皮革制品着色可以使用酸性、媒介、直接和碱性染料,采用喷涂着色时最常用的是中性染料,要求染料微溶于水,易溶于乙二醉、乙醚、乙醇或二甲基甲酞胺等有机溶剂中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为非离子渗透剂,优选脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、渗透剂JFC、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇醚的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的活性剂优选脂肪酸甘油酯、聚丙烯酸钠盐、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的防霉剂优选纳米氧化银皮革防霉剂、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、1,2-苯并异噻碄-3-酮中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的调节剂为PH调节剂,无机碱或者有机胺的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种雾化分散皮革染料,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为一种有机溶剂,常温下呈液态。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的雾化分散皮革染料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1:取上述重量份数的环保皮革染料、渗透剂、溶剂于容器内,进行分散搅拌均匀;
S2:随后加入上述重量份数的活性剂、防霉剂和调节剂,混合搅拌;
S3:最后将缓慢加入上述重量份数的水,一起混合搅拌均匀制得成品;
S4:静置5分钟后检验合格后灌装到包装容器中。
