Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a live working cleaning agent with low cooling gradient and application thereof.
Background
In the long-term continuous operation process of the electric power equipment, due to various comprehensive pollutants such as dust, salt, oil and the like floating in the atmosphere and water films with electrolytes such as salt and the like dissolved in the water films formed by condensation, the serious pollution of the electric power equipment is caused by the adsorption action of machinery, the adsorption action of intermolecular force and the adsorption action of electrostatic force, so that the heat dissipation capacity of the precise electronic equipment is reduced, and the operation quality and the reliability of the precise electronic equipment are influenced. These contaminants also contribute to the "microcircuit effect" and "corrosion inhibition" of the circuitry within the device. The fault rates of the electrical equipment, such as the error rate, the obstacle rate, the failure rate and the like, are increased to different degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly perform cleaning and maintenance on the electric power equipment which is continuously operated for a long period of time.
The cleaning agent for live working is initiated in 90 s of 20 th century in China, is mainly applied to online maintenance of communication equipment such as a program controlled switch and the like, and is gradually popularized and applied in the field of electric power in 2000 years. The cleaning agent is high-insulation, non-combustible, volatile and environment-friendly, and special tools and instruments such as a high-voltage-resistant insulation cleaning spray gun are used.
Because the cleaning agent can take away a large amount of heat when volatilizing, the 'condensed water' and the 'ice crystal field effect' are easily generated, the 'condensed water' and the 'ice crystal field effect' are different states of water deposited on a circuit, and the water is combined with salt, alkali and acid in 'harmful substances' deposited on the circuit and soluble acidic and alkaline oxides to form a 'strong and weak electrolyte solution' conductor, thereby easily causing short circuit, breakdown (board burning) and strong corrosion action of the circuit. The cooling gradient, the boiling point and the latent heat of evaporation affect the cooling gradient together, and when the cooling gradient is too large, the electronic element with a smaller expansion coefficient is broken, the strength and the electrical property of the material of the electronic element are changed, and an unknown communication fault or a major accident is caused.
Therefore, in summary, the present invention provides a cleaning agent for hot-line work, which can reduce the temperature gradient.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, one objective of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature gradient cleaner for hot-line work, which has a low temperature gradient and prevents the occurrence of "condensed water" and "ice crystal field effect".
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following scheme:
a low-cooling-gradient cleaner for live working comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of dichloromethane, 5-10 parts of HFE7100 (methoxy nonafluorobutane), 4-6 parts of tetrachloroethylene, 10-13 parts of C11-C17 high-boiling alkane, 20-25 parts of ODS substitute, 1-2.5 parts of stabilizer and 5-7 parts of surfactant.
Preferably, the cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of dichloromethane, 71007 parts of HFE, 4 parts of tetrachloroethylene, 10 parts of C11-C17 high-boiling alkane, 20 parts of ODS substitute, 1.5 parts of stabilizer and 5 parts of surfactant.
Further, the ODS substitute is one or more of propane, perfluoropropane, HFC-365 mfc.
The ODS substance is actually the eliminated ozone-depleting substance specified in the Montreal protocol, and contains five kinds of chlorofluorocarbons such as CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC-113, CFC-114 and CFC-115, and the affected industries comprise electron optical cleaning agents, air conditioners, foaming agents, spraying agents, fire extinguishers, etc. Among 94 ODS substances, there are 10 that are currently mainly produced and used in our country: CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC-113, Halon-1301, carbon tetrachloride, 1,1, 1-trichloroethylene, HCFC-22, HCFC-141b, HFCC-142b and methyl bromide. Among them, trichloroethylene is widely used in the industry of industrial cleaning agents, and many cleaning agents for cleaning metal parts contain trichloroethylene, and moreover, the long-term use of the trichloroethylene can also produce paralysis on the central nervous system. Can be used for treating liver, kidney, heart, and trigeminal nerve injury.
The cleaning agent used as an environment-friendly dotted cleaning agent does not contain ODS (ozone depleting substance), does not contain a phosphate auxiliary agent, and is easy to degrade.
Preferably, the stabilizer is a foam stabilizer.
Preferably, the surfactant is an artificially synthesized surfactant.
The cleaning agent with low surface tension can penetrate into the tiny gaps of the cleaned object, and the effects of deep cleaning and thorough cleaning are achieved. Meanwhile, the surface tension is high or low, and the drainage of the cleaning agent is not good.
Further, the artificial synthetic surfactant is one or more of sodium stearate, sodium octadecyl sulfate and alkyl dimethyl betaine.
The invention also aims to provide an application of the cleaning agent, in particular an application of the cleaning agent for the hot-line work with low cooling gradient in the process of reducing the cooling gradient.
The invention also aims to provide another application of the cleaning agent, in particular to an application of the cleaning agent for the hot-line work with low cooling gradient in the hot-line cleaning work.
In addition, some charged detergents can meet the requirement of cleaning, but contain CFC-113, which is an ozone-depleting substance that is banned by environmental program administration of United nations, and can destroy the ecological environment and bring serious harm to human beings and other living beings in the world.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the hot-line work cleaning agent with low cooling gradient provided by the invention has the characteristic of low cooling gradient, and avoids 'condensed water' and 'ice crystal field effect' caused by high cooling gradient, thereby reducing the phenomena of short circuit, plate burning and corrosion of a circuit;
2) the hot-line work cleaning agent has the characteristics of high insulation, no combustion and environmental protection;
3) the hot-line work cleaning agent belongs to a low surface tension cleaning agent, can deeply clean an electric power system and electric power facility equipment, and has good drainage property.
