Abstract
本发明公开了易洗白洗衣粉,包括LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉,其中LAS钠盐重量份组成为3‑5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为8‑12份,过氧化物重量份组成为1.5‑4份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1‑0.4份,碳酸钠重量份组成为10‑18份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为30‑50份,抗再沉淀剂0.8‑1.3份,元明粉重量份组成为2‑5份。本发明中通过LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉的成分设置,使洗衣粉,除正常洗涤功能外,可以消除钙镁离子产生的结垢,恢复织物色泽,附加灭菌消毒功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗材料技术领域,尤其涉及易洗白洗衣粉。
背景技术
洗衣粉是人们日常生活中不可缺少的日用品。目前,市场上销售的洗衣粉通常是由几种表面活性剂,并加入助洗剂加工而成。这类洗衣粉通常只有洗涤的效果,不能对衣物上的细菌,进行有效的杀灭。目前,在家庭、宾馆、铁路、机场、学校等处,洗衣机得到了广泛的应用。洗衣机容易滋生细菌,如果不对其进行消毒处理,则容易造成人们的感染,对人们的健康带来威胁。
但是现有的洗衣粉组成成分较为简单,不能有效去除钙镁离子中所产生的结垢,且功能单一,具有一定的缺陷性。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题:
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中易洗白洗衣粉组成成分较为简单,功能过于单一,缺乏一定的市场竞争力,而提出的易洗白洗衣粉。
2.技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
易洗白洗衣粉,包括LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉,其中LAS钠盐重量份组成为3-5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为8-12份,过氧化物重量份组成为1.5-4份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1-0.4份,碳酸钠重量份组成为10-18份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为30-50份,抗再沉淀剂0.8-1.3份,元明粉重量份组成为2-5份。
优选地,LAS钠盐重量份组成为5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为10份,过氧化物重量份组成为2份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1份,碳酸钠重量份组成为15份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为40份,抗再沉淀剂1份,元明粉重量份组成为4份。
优选地,所述抗再沉淀剂为马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、疏水改性丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸钠盐均聚物其中一种。
优选地,所述生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶及纤维素酶中的一种。
优选地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AE09脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述过氧化物为过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠中的一种。
易洗白洗衣粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先按照原料重量份组成进行配比;
步骤2:然后把粉剂原料LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉加入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
步骤3:搅拌均匀后用喷雾法喷淋生物酶,然后进行自动筛选;
步骤4:筛选后在温控65℃的烘干装置中进行烘干,烘干后再进行筛选,最后定量包装即可。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:本发明中通过LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉的成分设置,使洗衣粉,除正常洗涤功能外,可以消除钙镁离子产生的结垢,恢复织物色泽,附加灭菌消毒功能。
以下是易洗白洗衣粉的原料的特点或作用:
LAS钠盐:分子结构中含有酰胺基团,使之乳化、润湿、分散性能加强。 它是在酸性和碱性介。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:分子中的醚键不易被酸、碱破坏,所以稳定性较高,水溶性较好,耐电解质,易于生物降解,泡沫小。
过氧化物:过氧化物在一定温度的水中,会释放出能协助洗衣粉去除多种污垢的新生态氧,大大提高了洗衣粉的去污效果,然而对衣物的色泽却没有明显的脱色/褪色作用,。
生物酶:可以将织物中的污迹如:血迹、尿迹、奶迹等污渍中的主要成分蛋白质起到催化作用,把一些污迹分解掉,就具有良好的去污效果。
碳酸钠:增强洗涤效果,尤其针对油脂类污渍,纯碱可以使油脂皂化,使污渍转变为活性物,在洗掉污渍的同时还增加了活性物的含量,使洗涤效果大大增强。
EDTA四钠:提高所染织物的色泽和亮度,用于液体洗涤剂中,提高洗涤质量,增强洗涤效果。
抗再沉淀剂:防止已经乳化或剥离分散的污垢再次沉积到织物上。
元明粉:减少物流成本增加节能环保能力。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:
本发明提出的易洗白洗衣粉,包括LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉,其中LAS钠盐重量份组成为3-5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为8-12份,过氧化物重量份组成为1.5-4份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1-0.4份,碳酸钠重量份组成为10-18份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为30-50份,抗再沉淀剂0.8-1.3份,元明粉重量份组成为2-5份,抗再沉淀剂为马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、疏水改性丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸钠盐均聚物其中一种。

步骤1:首先按照原料重量份组成进行配比;
步骤2:然后把粉剂原料LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉加入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
步骤3:搅拌均匀后用喷雾法喷淋生物酶,然后进行自动筛选;步骤4:筛选后在温控65℃的烘干装置中进行烘干,烘干后再进行筛选,最后定量包装即可。
实施例二:

易洗白洗衣粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先按照原料重量份组成进行配比;
步骤2:然后把粉剂原料LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉加入搅拌器中进行搅拌;

1.易洗白洗衣粉,包括LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、生物酶、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉,其中LAS钠盐重量份组成为3-5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为8-12份,过氧化物重量份组成为1.5-4份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1-0.4份,碳酸钠重量份组成为10-18份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为30-50份,抗再沉淀剂0.8-1.3份,元明粉重量份组成为2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1的易洗白洗衣粉,其特征在于,LAS钠盐重量份组成为5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量份组成为10份,过氧化物重量份组成为2份,生物酶重量份组成为0.1份,碳酸钠重量份组成为15份,EDTA四钠重量份组成为40份,抗再沉淀剂1份,元明粉重量份组成为4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易洗白洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述抗再沉淀剂为马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、疏水改性丙烯酸聚合物、丙烯酸钠盐均聚物其中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易洗白洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶及纤维素酶中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易洗白洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AE09脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易洗白洗衣粉,其特征在于:所述过氧化物为过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠中的一种。
7.易洗白洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先按照原料重量份组成进行配比;
步骤2:然后把粉剂原料LAS钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、过氧化物、碳酸钠、EDTA四钠、抗再沉淀剂以及元明粉加入搅拌器中进行搅拌;
步骤3:搅拌均匀后用喷雾法喷淋生物酶,然后进行自动筛选;
步骤4:筛选后在温控65℃的烘干装置中进行烘干,烘干后再进行筛选,最后定量包装即可。
