Abstract

本发明公开了一种风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,属于建筑材料领域。它由基料与面料构成,其中基料由如下重量分数比组分构成:钢渣:85‑93%;粘结剂:5‑10%;造孔剂:1.5‑5%;其中面料如下重量份数比的组分构成:钢渣:85‑93%;粘结剂:5‑10%;造孔剂:1.5‑5%;色料:1‑2%;其中粘结剂由如下组份比组成:水玻璃0‑40%;硅溶胶0‑40%;粘土粉5‑50%;氧化铝粉5‑50%;铝酸盐水泥5‑60%。该透水砖制备按照普通的二次布料工艺,即基料和面料分别搅拌,二次布料,成型后经1000‑1150℃烧结而得产品。本发明得到的透水砖具有透水性优异、抗压强度、耐磨性、耐候性强等优点。

Description

一种风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖
技术领域
本领域属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种利用风淬钢渣烧结的道路透水砖。
背景技术
目前铺设路面的透水砖有水泥基路面免烧透水砖和陶瓷烧结透水砖。水泥基透水砖虽然生产成本低,但其抗压强度低、耐磨性差且抗冻性差等特点,其应用被限制。钢渣是冶金企业排放的工业废料,随着冶炼生产规模的不断扩大,每年将产生大量的钢渣,如不经过加工再利用,则会占用土地,造成环境污染,同时也给排放企业带来巨大经济负担,严重制约了企业的良性发展。因此,利用钢渣为原料生产烧结透水砖,解决钢渣的大宗量应用,实现节能环保,具有巨大的经济意义和社会意义。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,以期实现钢渣废物再利用,同时提高该钢渣透水砖透水性以及抗压强度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的。
本发明一种风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,其由基料与面料构成;其中基料由如下重量份数比组分构成:
风淬钢渣:85-93%
粘结剂:5-10%
造孔剂:1.5-5%;
其中面料由如下重量份数比组分构成:
所述基料与面料重量比为6-10:1;
所述的粘结剂由如下重量份数比组分构成:
作为一种优化,所述的基料风淬钢渣粒径为3-5毫米,所述的面料风淬钢渣粒径为1-1.5毫米。
作为一种优化,所述的造孔剂为酚醛树脂或甲基纤维素。
作为一种优化,所述的面料与基料中的粘土粉粒径小于75微米,氧化铝粉粒径小于10微米。
作为一种优化,所述的色料为无机颜料。
本发明同时提供上述风淬钢渣烧结透水砖的制备方法,具体是:按照普通的二次布料工艺,即基料和面料分别搅拌,二次布料,成型后经1000-1150℃烧结而得产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、本发明得到的风淬钢渣烧结透水砖具有透水性优异,抗压强度、耐磨性、耐候性强等优点。
2、本发明风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,采用钢渣代替砂石原料,充分实现了资源的再利用,减少矿山的开采,从而保护了环境。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例详述本发明,但本发明不局限于下述实施例。
实施例1
一、基料组分重量百分比如下:
粒径4-5mm的钢渣:85%,粘结剂10%,造孔剂甲基纤维素5%
其中基料粘结剂组分重量百分比如下:
水玻璃40%,粘土粉45%,氧化铝粉5%,铝酸盐水泥10%
粘土粉颗粒小于75微米,氧化铝粉小于10微米。
二、面料组分重量百分比如下:
粒径为1-1.5mm的钢渣85%,粘结剂10%,甲基纤维素3%,无机色料2%
其中面料粘结剂组分重量百分比如下:
水玻璃40%,粘土粉45%,氧化铝粉5%,铝酸盐水泥10%
粘土粉颗粒小于75微米,氧化铝粉小于10微米。
烧结透水砖制备方法按照普通的二次布料工艺,即基料和面料分别搅拌,二次布料,成型后经1000℃烧结而得产品。产品按照GB/T25993-2010“透水路面砖和透水路面板”测试,测试结果见表1。
实施例2

粒径3-4mm的钢渣:90%,粘结剂8%,造孔剂酚醛树脂2%
其中基料粘结剂组分重量百分比如下:
硅溶胶40%,粘土粉5%,氧化铝粉50%,铝酸盐水泥5%
粘土粉颗粒小于75微米,氧化铝粉小于10微米。
二、面料组分重量百分比如下:
粒径1-1.5mm的钢渣90%,粘结剂8%,酚醛树脂1%,无机色料1%
其中面料粘结剂组分重量分数比如下:
硅溶胶40%,粘土粉5%,氧化铝粉50%,铝酸盐水泥5%
粘土粉颗粒小于75微米,氧化铝粉小于10微米。
烧结透水砖制备方法按照普通的二次布料工艺,即基料和面料分别搅拌,二次布料,成型后经1050℃烧结而得产品。产品按照GB/T25993-2010“透水路面砖和透水路面板”测试,测试结果见表1。

所述基料与面料重量比为6-10:1;
所述的粘结剂由如下重量份数比组分构成:

3.根据权利要求1所述的风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,其特征在于,所述的造孔剂为酚醛树脂或甲基纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,其特征在于,所述的面料与基料中的粘土粉粒径小于75微米,氧化铝粉粒径小于10微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的风淬钢渣烧结的透水砖,其特征在于,所述的色料为无机颜料。
