本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种节能型耐磨透水砖,节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料按其重量份包括:改性粘土3份~7份、陶瓷颗粒5份~10份、玄武岩纤维0.2份~1.2份、水泥3份~9份;制备透水基层的原料按其重量份包括:页岩30份、膨胀蛭石20份~35份、秸秆粉5份~15份、羟乙基甲基纤维素5份~12份、水泥8份~16份;制备节能层的原料按其重量份包括:粉煤灰10份~20份、煤渣5份~10份、粘结剂0.5份~1.5份。
其中,耐磨吸水层采用陶瓷颗粒和改性粘土为主要原料,并通过添加玄武岩纤维来提高砖体表层的强度;膨胀蛭石和秸秆粉具有丰富的比表面积,吸水透水性强,可及时将水吸附、排送,提高砖体的透水效果,秸秆粉经高温煅烧会在透水基层形成较多、较大的孔隙结构,提高了排水、导水能力。

步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在40℃~60℃下压制6分钟~10分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
其中,依次将三层浆料倒入到模具中,一次压制成型,不仅节约了加工成本和加工时间,还可以提高三层浆料间的粘结性,让两个连接面自然的重合在一起,牢固性更佳,砖体不易分层断裂。
进一步的,步骤S50中,烧结成型的温度为1300℃~1400℃,烧结时间为3小时~5小时。
本发明的优点是:
(1)本发明制备的节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层,在透水基层上部设有耐磨吸水层,增加了砖体的表面强度,延长了透水砖的使用寿命;在透水基层下方设置有节能层,节能层因在最下方,直接与土地接触,直接采用廉价的粉煤灰和煤渣为原料,通过粘结剂将粘结成型,起到降低加工成本的作用;
(2)本发明制备的节能型耐磨透水砖的透水基层采用页岩、膨胀蛭石和秸秆粉为主要原料,并配以羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥来提高原料间的结合力和强度,大大提高了透水基层的吸水排水性,将耐磨吸水层吸收的水及时往下排送,提高了透水砖的透水效率,透水效果好;
(3)本发明制备的节能型耐磨透水砖的磨坑长度小于24mm,透水系数在0.46mm/s~0.56mm/s之间,经50次冻融循环后,外观质量符合规定,且抗压强度损失率小于15%,并且制备工艺简单,制备原料以固体废弃物为主,实现了工业废物的回收循环利用,减少了资源消耗,具有良好的经济效益。
除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外,本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。下面将对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法
节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料包括:改性粘土5kg、陶瓷颗粒7.5kg、玄武岩纤维0.7kg、水泥6kg;制备透水基层的原料包括:页岩30kg、膨胀蛭石28kg、秸秆粉10kg、羟乙基甲基纤维素8.5kg、水泥12kg;制备节能层的原料包括:粉煤灰15kg、煤渣7.5kg、粘结剂1.0kg;其中,粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:3:2混合;陶瓷颗粒包括10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
其中,改性粘土的制备方法包括:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入粘土重量1.6%的三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于260℃的环境下加热20分钟,得到改性粘土。
节能型耐磨透水砖,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在50℃下压制8分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,烧结成型的温度为1350℃,烧结时间为4小时,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
实施例2
一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法
节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料包括:改性粘土3kg、陶瓷颗粒6kg、玄武岩纤维1.0kg、水泥3kg;制备透水基层的原料包括:页岩30kg、膨胀蛭石20kg、秸秆粉15kg、羟乙基甲基纤维素7kg、水泥16kg;制备节能层的原料包括:粉煤灰10kg、煤渣10kg、粘结剂0.5kg,其中,粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:4:1混合;陶瓷颗粒包括10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
其中,改性粘土的制备方法包括:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入粘土重量1.2%的三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于250℃的环境下加热25分钟,得到改性粘土。
节能型耐磨透水砖,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在40℃下压制10分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,烧结成型的温度为1300℃,烧结时间为5小时,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
实施例3
一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法
节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料包括:改性粘土4kg、陶瓷颗粒9kg、玄武岩纤维1.2kg、水泥9kg;制备透水基层的原料包括:页岩30kg、膨胀蛭石25kg、秸秆粉12kg、羟乙基甲基纤维素5kg、水泥8kg;制备节能层的原料包括:粉煤灰12kg、煤渣9kg、粘结剂0.7kg,其中,粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:2.5:3混合;陶瓷颗粒包括10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
其中,改性粘土的制备方法包括:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入粘土重量2.0%的三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于265℃的环境下加热15分钟,得到改性粘土。
节能型耐磨透水砖,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在60℃下压制6分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,烧结成型的温度为1400℃,烧结时间为3小时,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
实施例4
一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法
节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料包括:改性粘土6kg、陶瓷颗粒10kg、玄武岩纤维0.2kg、水泥5kg;制备透水基层的原料包括:页岩30kg、膨胀蛭石30kg、秸秆粉7kg、羟乙基甲基纤维素12kg、水泥12kg;制备节能层的原料包括:粉煤灰18kg、煤渣6kg、粘结剂1.5kg,其中,粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:4:3混合;陶瓷颗粒包括10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
其中,改性粘土的制备方法包括:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入粘土重量1.5%的三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于255℃的环境下加热20分钟,得到改性粘土。
节能型耐磨透水砖,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在45℃下压制8分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,烧结成型的温度为135℃,烧结时间为3小时,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
实施例5
一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法
节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次包括耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备耐磨吸水层的原料包括:改性粘土7kg、陶瓷颗粒5kg、玄武岩纤维0.5kg、水泥7kg;制备透水基层的原料包括:页岩30kg、膨胀蛭石35kg、秸秆粉5kg、羟乙基甲基纤维素10kg、水泥10kg;制备节能层的原料包括:粉煤灰20kg、煤渣5kg、粘结剂1.2kg,其中,粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:2.5:1混合;陶瓷颗粒包括10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
其中,改性粘土的制备方法包括:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入粘土重量18%的三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于260℃的环境下加热20分钟,得到改性粘土。
节能型耐磨透水砖,通过以下方法制备:
步骤S10,按上述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向上述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入上述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按上述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将上述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入上述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按上述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在55℃下压制8分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,烧结成型的温度为1400℃,烧结时间为5小时,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。

一种节能型耐磨透水砖及其制备方法

实验例
为了进一步说明本发明的技术进步性,现采用实验进一步说明。
实验方法:采用本发明实施例制备得到的节能型耐磨透水砖的长宽高均为40×30×30,按照JC/T945-2005的要求进行性能测定,检测结果如表1所示。

实验结果表明,本发明实施例1~5制备的节能型耐磨透水砖的抗拉强度大于16MPa,磨坑长度小于24mm,透水系数在0.46mm/s~0.56mm/s之间,经50次冻融循环后,外观质量符合规定,且抗压强度损失率小于15%。

Claims (6)

1.一种节能型耐磨透水砖,其特征在于,所述节能型耐磨透水砖自上而下依次为耐磨吸水层、透水基层和节能层;制备所述耐磨吸水层的原料按其重量份为:改性粘土3份~7份、陶瓷颗粒5份~10份、玄武岩纤维0.2份~1.2份、水泥3份~9份;制备所述透水基层的原料按其重量份为:页岩30份、膨胀蛭石20份~35份、秸秆粉5份~15份、羟乙基甲基纤维素5份~12份、水泥8份~16份;制备所述节能层的原料按其重量份为:粉煤灰10份~20份、煤渣5份~10份、粘结剂0.5份~1.5份;所述粘结剂为膨润土、脱硫石膏、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚以重量比2:2.5~4:1~3混合;所述改性粘土的制备方法为:将粘土粉碎至20目~40目,加入三磷酸钠,搅拌均匀,再置于250℃~265℃的环境下加热15分钟~25分钟,得到改性粘土;所述三磷酸钠的加入量为粘土重量的1.2%~2.0%;所述陶瓷颗粒为10%粒径在5目~10目的陶瓷颗粒,50%粒径在10目~20目的陶瓷颗粒和40%粒径在20目~40目的陶瓷颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型耐磨透水砖,其特征在于,制备所述耐磨吸水层的原料按其重量份为:改性粘土5份、陶瓷颗粒7.5份、玄武岩纤维0.7份、水泥6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能型耐磨透水砖,其特征在于,制备所述透水基层的原料按其重量份为:页岩30份、膨胀蛭石28份、秸秆粉10份、羟乙基甲基纤维素8.5份、水泥12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能型耐磨透水砖,其特征在于,制备所述节能层的原料按其重量份为:粉煤灰15份、煤渣7.5份、粘结剂1.0份。
5.一种根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的节能型耐磨透水砖的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备:
步骤S10,按所述重量份称取制备耐磨吸水层的原料,向所述重量份的改性粘土中加水,搅拌混合均匀后加入所述重量份的陶瓷颗粒、玄武岩纤维和水泥,利用搅拌机混合均匀,得到耐磨吸水层浆料;
步骤S20,按所述重量份称取制备透水基层的原料,将所述重量份的页岩和膨胀蛭石放到振捣机中震碎,再加入所述重量份的秸秆粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素和水泥,搅拌混合均匀,加入水后,利用搅拌机进行搅拌均匀,得到透水基层浆料;
步骤S30,按所述重量份称取制备节能层的原料,将粉煤灰、煤渣和粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后加入水,得到节能层浆料;
步骤S40,依次将节能层浆料、透水基层浆料和耐磨吸水层浆料倒入到模具中,使用加热设备在40℃~60℃下压制6分钟~10分钟,得到半成品;
步骤S50,将步骤S40得到的半成品置于阴凉处自然晾干,再置于烧结炉中,烧结成型,得到节能型耐磨透水砖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S50中,所述烧结成型的温度为1300℃~1400℃,烧结时间为3小时~5小时。
