Because first strutting arrangement 2 is including first spring 201 and first backup pad 202, many first springs 201 respectively with wash 1 interior bottom welded connection all around, first spring 201 top welding has first backup pad 202, opens on the first backup pad 202 and has opening 203. The operator opens the agricultural machine on the top of the first supporting plate 202, the wheel on the agricultural machine is located in the opening 203, then along with the self gravity of the agricultural machine, the first supporting plate 202 moves downwards, the first spring 201 is compressed, when the wheel on the agricultural machine moves downwards to contact with the top of the first cleaning device 4, the first supporting plate 202 just stops moving downwards, and at the moment, the bottom of the agricultural machine contacts with the top of the cleaning box 1.
Because the first cleaning device 4 comprises a first bearing seat 401, a first rotating shaft 402, a protective cover 403, a second bearing seat 404, a second rotating shaft 405, a first motor 406, a pinion 407, a gearwheel 408, a first belt pulley 409, a second belt pulley 410, a flat belt 411 and first brushes 412, the four first bearing seats 401 are respectively connected with the inner wall of the periphery of the lower part in the cleaning box 1 through bolts, the first rotating shaft 402 is arranged in the first bearing seat 401 opposite to the rear side and the first bearing seat 401 corresponding to the front side, the protective cover 403 is welded on the rear side in the cleaning box 1, the second bearing seat 404 is connected on the left side of the protective cover 403 through bolts, the second rotating shaft 405 is arranged in the second bearing seat 404, the first motor 406 is connected on the right end in the protective cover 403 through bolts, the output shaft of the first motor 406 is connected with the right end of the second rotating shaft 405, and the pinion 407 is connected at the left end of the second rotating shaft 405 through a key connection manner, the right side of the first rotating shaft 402 at the rear side is connected with a large gear 408 in a key connection mode, the large gear 408 is meshed with a small gear 407, the left side and the right side of the first rotating shaft 402 at the rear side are connected with a first belt pulley 409 in a key connection mode, the left side and the right side of the first rotating shaft 402 at the front side are connected with a second belt pulley 410 in a key connection mode, a flat belt 411 is connected between the first belt pulley 409 and the second belt pulley 410, a first brush 412 is arranged on the flat belt 411, and the first brush 412 is located under the opening 203. When the bottom of the wheel contacts with the top of the first brush 412, the first motor 406 is started to rotate, the small gear 407 is driven to rotate, the large gear 408 is driven to rotate, the first rotating shaft 402 on the rear side is driven to rotate, the first belt pulley 409 is driven to rotate, the first brush 412 and the first rotating shaft 402 on the front side are driven to rotate through the flat belt 411, and therefore the wheel is cleaned. After the cleaning is completed, the first motor 406 is turned off.
Because still including second strutting arrangement 5, wash 1 middle second strutting arrangement 5 that is equipped with in top of case, second strutting arrangement 5 is including dead lever 501, pneumatic cylinder 502, oil tank 503, oil pump 504, drain pipe 505, feed liquor pipe 506, relief valve 507 and U type backup pad 508, two dead levers 501 respectively with wash 1 middle left and right sides welded connection in top of case, there is pneumatic cylinder 502 through bolted connection on the dead lever 501, the welding of the telescopic link tail end of pneumatic cylinder 502 has U type backup pad 508, wash 1 top right side welding of case has oil tank 503, be equipped with oil pump 504 in the oil tank 503, oil pump 504 top is connected with drain pipe 505, oil tank 503 left side lower part is equipped with feed liquor pipe 506, drain pipe 505 and feed liquor pipe 506 right side intercommunication, feed liquor pipe 506 right side is equipped with 507, relief valve 507 is located drain pipe 505 lower part right side. When the agricultural machine is going to move upwards, the oil pump 504 is controlled to work, oil in the oil tank 503 flows into the hydraulic cylinder 502, the U-shaped supporting plate 508 is made to move upwards, when the U-shaped supporting plate 508 moves upwards to be in contact with the bottom of the agricultural machine, the oil pump 504 is controlled to stop working, and then the first cleaning device 4 is started to clean the wheels of the agricultural machine. When the wheel of agricultural machine needs to make U-shaped supporting plate 508 reset after finishing washing, open relief valve 507, in the oil flow return oil tank 503 in the pneumatic cylinder 502, at this moment, U-shaped supporting plate 508 moves downwards and resets, after U-shaped supporting plate 508 resets, close relief valve 507 can.
Because still including second belt cleaning device 6, be equipped with second belt cleaning device 6 on the U type backup pad 508, second belt cleaning device 6 is including slider 602, second brush 603, second spring 604, electronic reel 605 and stay cord 606, it has spout 601 to open on the U type backup pad 508, the slidingtype slider 602 that is equipped with in spout 601, behind the slider 602 and the spout 601 in the welding have second spring 604 between the rear side, there is electronic reel 605 front side through bolted connection in the spout 601, around having stay cord 606 on the electronic reel 605, the tail end of stay cord 606 is connected with slider 602 front end through the couple, the welding of slider 602 top has second brush 603. The electric reel 605 is started to pull the pull rope 606, the second brush 603 is moved forward and backward, and the second spring 604 expands and contracts, thereby brushing the bottom of the agricultural machine. After the brushing is completed, the electric reel 605 is closed.
Because still including first strengthening rib 7 and second strengthening rib 8, wash 1 front end lower part horizontal welding of case has first strengthening rib 7, and 7 front ends of first strengthening rib and 3 bottom welded connections of swash plate, the slope welding of 7 tops of first strengthening rib has second strengthening rib 8, 8 tops of second strengthening rib and wash 1 bottom upside welded connection of case. The first 7 and second 8 reinforcing ribs can make the device more reliable.
Because the inclined plate comprises the bulges 9, the bulges 9 are welded on the top of the inclined plate 3 at uniform intervals, and the bulges 9 are provided with the grooves 10. The protrusion 9 and the groove 10 can prevent the agricultural machine from slipping, and the safety is improved.
Because the material of washing case 1 is stainless steel, the height of washing case 1 is 1 meter at least, and the length of washing case 1 is 1.5 meters at least. The service life of the invention can be increased.
Because first support plate 202 and U-shaped support plate 508 are both Q235 steel, first support plate 202 is rectangular in shape and first support plate 202 and U-shaped support plate 508 are equal in length. The first supporting plate 202 and the U-shaped supporting plate 508 have high bearing strength, are not easy to wear and have long service life.

the first cleaning device (4) comprises a first bearing seat (401), a first rotating shaft (402), a protective cover (403), a second bearing seat (404), a second rotating shaft (405), a first motor (406), a pinion (407), a gearwheel (408), a first belt pulley (409), a second belt pulley (410), a flat belt (411) and a first brush (412), wherein the first bearing seat (401) is respectively connected with the inner wall of the periphery in the cleaning box (1) through bolts, the first rotating shaft (402) is arranged in the first bearing seat (401), the protective cover (403) is welded on the rear side in the cleaning box (1), one side of the protective cover (403) is connected with the second shaft (404) through bolts, the second rotating shaft (405) is arranged in the second bearing seat (404), one end in the protective cover (403) is connected with the first motor (406) through bolts, an output shaft of the first motor (406) is connected with the right end of the second rotating shaft (405), the left end of the second rotating shaft (405) is connected with a pinion (407) in a key connection mode, the right side of the first rotating shaft (402) on the rear side is connected with a gearwheel (408) in a key connection mode, the gearwheel (408) is meshed with the pinion (407), two sides of the first rotating shaft (402) on the rear side are connected with a first belt pulley (409) in a key connection mode, two sides of the first rotating shaft (402) on the front side are connected with a second belt pulley (410) in a key connection mode, a flat belt (411) is connected between the first belt pulley (409) and the second belt pulley (410), a first brush (412) is arranged on the flat belt (411), and the first brush (412) is located right below the opening (203);
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning box body and is characterized by further comprising a second supporting device (5), the second supporting device (5) is arranged at the top of the cleaning box body (1), the second supporting device (5) comprises fixing rods (501), a hydraulic cylinder (502), an oil tank (503), an oil pump (504), a liquid outlet pipe (505), a liquid inlet pipe (506), a pressure release valve (507) and a U-shaped supporting plate (508), the two fixing rods (501) are respectively connected with two sides of the top of the cleaning box body (1) in a welding mode, the hydraulic cylinder (502) is connected onto the fixing rods (501) through bolts, the U-shaped supporting plate (508) is connected to the tail end of the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder (502) in a welding mode, the oil tank (503) is connected to one side of the top of the cleaning box body (1) in a welding mode, the oil pump (504) is arranged in the oil tank (503), the liquid outlet pipe (505) is communicated with the right side of the liquid inlet pipe (506), a pressure release valve (507) is arranged on the right side of the liquid inlet pipe (506), and the pressure release valve (507) is positioned on the right side of the lower part of the liquid outlet pipe (505).

4. The wheel cleaning device for the agricultural machine according to claim 3, further comprising a protrusion (9), wherein the protrusion (9) is welded on the top of the inclined plate (3) at regular intervals, and the protrusion (9) is provided with a groove (10).
5. A wheel washing device for agricultural machinery, according to claim 4, characterized in that the washing tank (1) is made of stainless steel, the height of the washing tank (1) is at least 1 m, and the length of the washing tank (1) is at least 1.5 m.
