The embodiment provides a medicine for treating traumatic injury, which is prepared from the following raw materials of 70g of pseudo-ginseng, 25g of cortex acanthopanacis, 35g of eucommia ulmoides, 25g of lycopodium clavatum, 30g of frankincense, 30g of myrrh, 30g of dragon blood, 10g of rhizoma cibotii, 15g of centipede, 200g of caulis spatholobi, 40g of earthworm, 5g of saffron crocus, 5g of scorpion, 20g of cape jasmine, 10g of rhizoma drynariae, 10g of dipsacus root, 15g of ground beetle and 10g of click beetle.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a medicine for treating traumatic injury, which is prepared from the following raw materials of 55g of pseudo-ginseng, 28g of cortex acanthopanacis, 32g of eucommia ulmoides, 26g of lycopodium clavatum, 22g of frankincense, 24g of myrrh, 28g of dragon blood, 16g of rhizoma cibotii, 8g of centipede, 170g of caulis spatholobi, 20g of earthworm, 15g of saffron crocus, 15g of scorpion, 10g of cape jasmine, 20g of rhizoma drynariae, 20g of dipsacus root, 5g of ground beetle and 20g of click beetle.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a medicine for treating traumatic injury, which is prepared from raw materials of 60g of pseudo-ginseng, 30g of cortex acanthopanacis, 30g of eucommia ulmoides, 30g of lycopodium clavatum, 25g of frankincense, 25g of myrrh, 25g of dragon blood, 15g of cibotium barometz, 10g of centipede, 180g of caulis spatholobi, 30g of earthworm, 10g of saffron crocus, 10g of scorpion, 15g of cape jasmine, 15g of rhizoma drynariae, 15g of dipsacus root, 10g of ground beetle and 15g of click beetle.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a medicine for treating traumatic injury, which is prepared from raw materials of 60g of pseudo-ginseng, 30g of processed cortex acanthopanacis, 30g of processed eucommia ulmoides, 30g of processed lycopodium clavatum, 25g of processed frankincense, 25g of processed myrrh, 25g of dragon's blood, 15g of salted cibotium barometz, 10g of centipede, 180g of caulis spatholobi, 30g of processed earthworm, 10g of saffron crocus, 10g of scorpion, 15g of salted gardenia, 15g of salted rhizoma drynariae, 15g of processed radix dipsaci from Sichuan of China, 10g of fried ground beetle and 15g of salted click beetle.
Example 6
This embodiment provides a method for preparing a traumatic injury drug, which is suitable for preparing the traumatic injury drugs in embodiments 1 to 5, and comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio, crushing, sieving with a 200-mesh sieve, uniformly mixing, adding 200-300g of whey, blending, and naturally fermenting into a paste medicament in an environment with the temperature of 28-32 ℃ and the humidity of 65-75%.
The traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention is an external preparation, and a paste medicament is applied to an affected part and fixed by a splint, and the medicine is replaced once a week. The medication time is selected according to the actual condition of the patient. The actual use of the patient proves that: the mild patient can be cured in three weeks, and the severe patient can be cured in five weeks.
Example 7
In this example, the safety of the traumatic injury drug provided by the present invention was verified, and a basis for the safety of the preparation was provided.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: (1) toxicology experiments and skin mucosa irritation experiments were performed according to the methods provided in the treatises of Ling Chi et al (Ling Chi, Chen kang Yuan, Zhoujunde, et al. externally applied Chinese medicine refute yellow hydrology research [ J ]. Chinese medicine guidance, 2008,5(33): 5-7.). The microbial colony number is detected by a microbial limit detection method provided in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 edition. As can be seen from Table 1, the traumatic injury drug provided by the invention is safe and nontoxic, has no skin irritation, and completely meets the requirement of drug safety.
Example 8
The embodiment verifies the effectiveness of the traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention and provides a further basis for the clinical application of the preparation.
In order to verify the curative effect of the traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention, clinical observation and regular inspection are carried out on 100 fracture patients, 50 cases are respectively carried out on a control group and a test group, the control group adopts conventional therapy to treat, and the test group adopts the traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention to treat. The Chinese medicinal composition is effective in relieving symptoms (fracture, blood stasis and swelling and pain), and can be cured by eliminating symptoms (fracture, blood stasis and swelling and pain) and moving without pain.
Wherein, the control group has 28 men and 22 women with the age of 40-78 years, and the curative effect is shown in Table 2; the experimental group comprises 24 men and 26 women, the age is 45-83 years, and the curative effect is shown in Table 3.

As shown in Table 2, the effect of treating various subtypes of traumatic injuries by using the conventional treatment method is very poor, and the effective rate in 3 weeks and the cure rate in 5 weeks are zero. As can be seen from Table 3, the traumatic injury treatment medicine provided by the invention has a remarkable effect, the effective rate reaches 100%, and the cure rate reaches 96%. Therefore, the traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention can effectively shorten the treatment time and relieve the pain of patients.
Example 9
This example provides 2 specific examples of treatment with the traumatic injury drug provided by the present invention.
1. Patient Luo Zhi, female, 83 years old.
Traumatic injury and femoral fracture in 2018, 8,5 and 5 days. The medical history includes artificial replacement of femoral head. Symptoms are: fracture, thigh pain, swelling, limited leg movement. Through DR examination image, fracture of femur. The DR image is shown in FIG. 1.
The bone setting position is not fixed by gypsum after the operation of 2018, 8, 6 and 6 days. The DR image is shown in fig. 2.
After operation, the traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention has obvious effect, is fully cured after 6 weeks, and can freely walk out of the bed. A review of the DR image is shown in FIG. 3.
2. Patient Wangzhi, female, 58 years old.
If the ankle joint is accidentally sprained in 2018, 8 and 20 months, the right ankle joint feels pain and swelling immediately, and the right ankle joint is restricted in movement and is pressed and painful. The bone fracture of right ankle bone avulsion is detected by DR image. The DR image is shown in fig. 4.
After the bone-knitting pill is used for 33 days and is rechecked by DR images, the avulsed bone fracture of the right ankle bone is healed, the swelling is reduced, the walking is painless, and no abnormality is found. The DR image is shown in FIG. 5.

Claims (6)

The traumatic injury medicine is characterized by comprising, by mass, 50-70 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 25-35 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 25-35 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 25-35 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 20-30 parts of frankincense, 20-30 parts of myrrh, 20-30 parts of dragon blood, 10-20 parts of rhizoma cibotii, 5-15 parts of centipede, 200 parts of caulis spatholobi 160, 20-40 parts of lumbricus, 5-15 parts of saffron crocus, 5-15 parts of scorpion, 10-20 parts of fructus gardeniae, 10-20 parts of rhizoma drynariae, 10-20 parts of dipsacus root, 5-15 parts of ground beeltle and 10-20 parts of click beetle.
2. The traumatic injury drug according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, by mass, 60 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 30 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 30 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 30 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 25 parts of frankincense, 25 parts of myrrh, 25 parts of dragon's blood, 15 parts of cibotium barometz, 10 parts of centipede, 180 parts of caulis spatholobi, 30 parts of earthworm, 10 parts of saffron crocus, 10 parts of scorpion, 15 parts of cape jasmine, 15 parts of rhizoma drynariae, 15 parts of dipsacus root, 10 parts of ground beetle and 15 parts of click beetle.

The traumatic injury medicine of claim 2, wherein cortex acanthopanacis, cortex eucommiae, lycopodium clavatum and radix dipsaci from Sichuan of China are processed and used; the rhizoma Cibotii, fructus Gardeniae, rhizoma Drynariae, and click beetle are processed with salt; the Olibanum, Myrrha, and Lumbricus can be processed; the Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga is parched for use.
4. A preparation method of a medicine for treating traumatic injury is characterized by comprising the following steps: the traumatic injury medicine of any one of claims 1-3 is prepared by pulverizing raw materials, mixing, adding whey, concocting, and naturally fermenting to obtain paste.
5. The process for preparing a medicine for traumatic injury according to claim 4, wherein the medicine is prepared by pulverizing, sieving with 200 mesh sieve; 200 portions and 300 portions of the milk powder are added by mass.
