Abstract
The invention discloses a medicine for treating traumatic injury and a preparation method thereof, relating to the field of traditional Chinese medicines. The traumatic injury medicine provided by the invention is prepared by selecting more than ten Chinese medicinal materials of pseudo-ginseng, cortex acanthopanacis, eucommia bark, lycopodium clavatum, frankincense, myrrh, dragon's blood, rhizoma cibotii, centipede, caulis spatholobi and the like as raw materials, reasonably mixing, scientifically processing and then externally applying to an affected part, thereby achieving the effects of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain, reuniting bones and muscles and clearing and activating channels and collaterals; the microcirculation of the affected part is improved by mobilizing the regeneration capacity of the tissues of the human body, so that the aims of promoting the formation of callus, accelerating the healing of wounds and recovering skills are fulfilled. Compared with the traditional treatment method, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of good curative effect, low cost, short recovery time and no sequelae after recovery, and has outstanding curative effect on elderly patients with big age, weak constitution and complex basic diseases.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a medicine for treating traumatic injury and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fracture is a multiple surgical disease, and is particularly common in the middle-aged and the elderly. Incomplete/complete fracture of bone and even comminuted change are mostly caused by serious trauma such as traumatic injury, impact injury, and smashing injury. The main symptoms are pain, blood stasis/bleeding, swelling, malposition, deformity, functional disorder, abnormal movement and grating bone sound. Long course of disease, slow recovery, great pain and more sequelae.
The traditional western medicine treatment method comprises operation reduction, plaster fixation and natural recovery. Especially for middle-aged and elderly people, due to calcium loss and osteoporosis, local microcirculation is poor, bone regeneration ability is weak, disease course is long, recovery is slow, and sequelae are many. The recovery period is as long as several months, the bone growth period is 1-3 years, the treatment uncertainty of secondary operation and secondary injury exists, and the risk and economic burden of patients are increased.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the fracture injury part is subjected to blood stasis and swelling, meridian blockage and qi and blood blockage, and the treatment principle mainly comprises the functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and promoting qi circulation to dissipate. The treatment of fracture healing is the primary treatment of detumescence and stasis dissipation. Further, the purposes of relieving pain, removing blood stasis, promoting tissue regeneration, strengthening bones and muscles and reuniting bones and muscles are achieved by dredging qi and blood and improving blood circulation of the affected part, and the formation of callus is promoted. And the muscles and joints are relaxed and the collaterals are activated, so that the adjacent tissues and joints of the fracture part can freely and flexibly move, and the function of the fracture part in the next day is recovered.
Disclosure of Invention
The first invention of the invention is that: aiming at the existing problems, the traumatic injury medicine is an external pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation, can quickly reduce swelling and remove blood stasis, strengthen blood circulation, improve microcirculation, promote the quick recovery of tissue injury around fracture and the quick formation of callus, does not leave sequelae after recovery, has short time and low cost, and is particularly suitable for middle-aged and old patients.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the traumatic injury drug described above, which promotes better efficacy.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a medicine for treating traumatic injury comprises, by mass, 50-70 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 25-35 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 25-35 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 25-35 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 20-30 parts of frankincense, 20-30 parts of myrrh, 20-30 parts of dragon's blood, 10-20 parts of rhizoma cibotii, 5-15 parts of centipede and 200 parts of caulis spatholobi.
The traumatic injury medicine of the invention also comprises 20-40 parts of earthworm, 5-15 parts of saffron, 5-15 parts of scorpion, 10-20 parts of cape jasmine, 10-20 parts of drynaria rhizome, 10-20 parts of dipsacus root, 5-15 parts of ground beetle and 10-20 parts of click beetle by mass.
