一种以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,它包括医用级TPE、PU薄膜d等材质作为基材,所述的基材上面通过丝网印刷技术丝印有导电银浆层,并在所述导电银浆层的上面相距一定距离固定有外凸的、可获取人体心电信号的接触电极;它具有能够满足不同用户,不同场景的应用需求,可进行长时间的动态监护,且能提高对监护病人的舒适性,制作简单,适合工业化生产,加工成本低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,属于可穿戴式医疗器械领域。
背景技术
现有市面上进行心电测量的设备,使用的多为可重复利用的心电导联线和与之相匹配的一次性电极片,体积大,携带不方便,佩戴不舒适且不适合长时间佩戴,小幅度活动便容易造成测量偏差;在一些无医护人员看护的场合下病人容易误操作或者在活动中脱落,亦不适合进行长时间的动态监护。在快速发展的社会环境下,人们在舒适便携的需求上面越来越重视,而现有的导联线已经无法满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有心电导联线的不足,提供一种能够满足了不同用户,不同场景的应用需求,可进行长时间的动态监护,且能提高对监护病人的舒适性,制作简单,适合工业化生产,加工成本低的以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种以导电银浆为载体的医用柔性电极片,它包括医用级TPE、PU薄膜等同类材质作为基材,所述的基材上面通过丝网印刷技术丝印有导电银浆层,并在所述导电银浆层的上面相距一定距离固定有外凸的、可获取人体心电信号的接触电极。
作为优选:所述的基材为医用级TPE薄膜,该薄膜的厚度为0.08-0.20mm,折径为120mm-750mm,硬度为邵氏65A,纵向拉伸力30牛顿,横向拉伸力18牛顿,具有良好的透气性、延展性、柔韧性、无静电等特性;所述的导电银浆为浅灰色液体状形态,重量比颗粒<15μm,浆料方阻<15MΩ,固体含量65±5%;可广泛用于柔性电路的印刷,具有良好的印刷性、导电性、抗氧化性、和极强的附着能力。
作为优选:所述的基材被制成条形状、弧形状或弓形状中的至少一种,所述的接触电极至少固定在所述基材的两个端点上,所述的基材为上下两层并胶结在一起,导电银浆层夹于两层基材之间,且所述的接触电极外露于上层基材的上面。
本发明是将导电银浆通过丝网印刷的技术丝印在厚度为0.08-0.20mm的TPE、PU等的医用级薄膜材质上面,通过特制的接触电极接触人体获取人体心电信号,其导电银浆具有良好的导电性,以液态的方式丝印之后经过冷却具有良好的韧性和附着能力,不易脱落。经测试实验在人体做轻微活动的时候不会导致电极线路断开而使测量失败,相较于心电导联线由于其贴合人体使在活动中对测量心电所产生的干扰也大大减小,同时使用的导电银浆还具有很高的抗氧化性,在跟人体长时间的接触或暴露在空气中也具有很好的稳定性。根据这一系列的特性可制成适合各种人体及形状的导联电极片,使用范围广;并且在一次长时间的动态监护之后即可替换,安全卫生。
一次性穿戴式多导联医用心电电极片使用导电性好的银浆以打印的方式打印在超薄的TPE、PU膜等柔性材质上,在不影响测量数据采集的情况下具有柔性好,透气性高,打印成本低,易操作等优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1、2所示,本发明所述的一种以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,它包括医用级TPE、PU薄膜等材质作为基材2,所述的基材2上面通过丝网印刷技术丝印有导电银浆层1,并在所述导电银浆层1的上面相距一定距离固定有外凸的、可获取人体心电信号的接触电极3。
作为一种实施例:本发明所述的基材2为医用级TPE薄膜,该薄膜的厚度为0.08-0.20mm,折径为120mm-750mm,硬度为邵氏65A,纵向拉伸力30牛顿,横向拉伸力18牛顿;所述的导电银浆为浅灰色液体状形态,重量比颗粒<15μm,浆料方阻<15MΩ,固体含量65±5%。
本发明所述的基材2被制成条形状、弧形状或弓形状等中的至少一种,所述的接触电极3至少固定在所述基材2的两个端点上,所述的基材2为上下两层并胶结在一起,导电银浆层1夹于两层基材2之间,且所述的接触电极3外露于上层基材2的上面。
实施例:图3-6所示,本发明可以将柔性电极片根据不同的功能设计成不同的形状,在根据需要的场合下选取使用,图3-5中所示的是:根据导电银浆易打印加工的特性将柔性电极片设计成便于携带的不同功能的三种形状,当单独使用图3所示的1号电极片时可测量心电二导,同时使用图3、4所示1、2号电极片时可进行测量心电一导、二导、三导与V1导。同时使用图3、4、5所示的1、2、3号电极片时可进行12导的专业心电数据测量,如图6所示。
本发明以此模式设计的心电电极片满足了不同用户不同场景的测量需求,充分发挥了一次性导电银浆柔性电极片的优点。

1.一种以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,它包括医用级TPE、PU薄膜等材质作为基材,其特征在于:所述的基材上面通过丝网印刷技术丝印有导电银浆层,并在所述导电银浆层的上面相距一定距离固定有外凸的、可获取人体心电信号的接触电极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,其特征在于所述的基材为医用级TPE薄膜,该薄膜的厚度为0.08-0.20mm,折径为120mm-750mm,硬度为邵氏65A,纵向拉伸力30牛顿,横向拉伸力18牛顿;所述的导电银浆为浅灰色液体状形态,重量比颗粒<15μm,浆料方阻<15MΩ,固体含量65±5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的以导电银浆为载体的多导联医用柔性电极片,其特征在于所述的基材被制成条形状、弧形状或弓形状中的至少一种,所述的接触电极至少固定在所述基材的两个端点上,所述的基材为上下两层并胶结在一起,导电银浆层夹于两层基材之间,且所述的接触电极外露于上层基材的上面。
