本发明实施例公开了数据指示方法及相关产品,包括:终端接收来自网络侧设备的下行控制信令,所述下行控制信令包括第一信息域和第二信息域,所述第一信息域用于指示所述下行控制信令调度的传输块是否是新的传输块,所述第二信息域用于指示所述下行控制信令调度的编码块组;所述终端根据所述第一信息域和所述第二信息域确定所述新的传输块中所包含的编码块组的数量。本发明实施例有利于确定反馈的上行控制信令的比特数量,降低上行控制信令开销。
