背景技术
一般而言,在使用圆柱滚子、滚珠等卡合件的离合器单元中,在输入构件与输出构件之间配置有离合器部。该离合器部构成为,通过在输入构件与输出构件之间使圆柱滚子、滚珠等卡合件卡合以及脱离,从而控制旋转力矩的传递及隔断。
本申请人之前提出了组装于通过杆操作而对座椅进行上下调整的机动车用座椅升降部的离合器单元(例如,参照专利文献1)。
该专利文献1所公开的离合器单元具备通过杆操作而被输入旋转力矩的杆侧离合器部、以及将从该杆侧离合器部输入的旋转力矩向输出侧传递并且隔断从输出侧反向输入的旋转力矩的制动侧离合器部。

于是,本发明是鉴于上述的改善点而提出的,其目的在于提供即使连续地向输出轴反向输入正反方向的旋转力矩也不会导致操作性的恶化而能够将输出轴可靠地锁定的离合器单元。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的离合器单元具备由杆侧离合器部和制动侧离合器部构成的结构,该杆侧离合器部设置于输入侧,并控制通过杆操作而输入的旋转力矩的传递及隔断,该制动侧离合器部设置于输出侧,将来自所述杆侧离合器部的旋转力矩向输出侧传递,并且隔断从输出侧反向输入的旋转力矩。
作为前提,本发明的制动侧离合器部具备:输入构件,其被输入旋转力矩;静止构件,其具有凹凸部,且旋转被约束;输出构件,其输出旋转力矩;卡合件,其具有能够与静止构件的凹凸部啮合的凹凸部,且配设于输出构件;以及控制机构,其在隔断旋转力矩时通过卡合件的凹凸部与静止构件的凹凸部的啮合而使卡合件卡合于静止构件,在传递旋转力矩时通过卡合件的凹凸部与静止构件的凹凸部的啮合解除而使卡合件从静止构件脱离。
作为用于实现上述目的的技术手段,本发明的特征在于,控制机构具备支承部,该支承部设置在卡合件与输入构件之间,在隔断旋转力矩时保持卡合件与静止构件的卡合状态。
在本发明中,通过在卡合件与输入构件之间设置有保持卡合件与静止构件的卡合状态的支承部,从而即使在输出构件锁定时,正方向的旋转力矩和相反方向的旋转力矩以交替连续的状态向输出构件反向输入,也能够通过支承部来保持卡合件的位置。因此,能够防止由于凹凸部的啮合产生的反作用力而使卡合件从静止构件脱离,因此能够避免输出构件缓慢旋转,能够将输出构件可靠地锁定。
在本发明中,优选为,支承部具备分别形成于卡合件以及输入构件的突起,卡合件的突起与输入构件的突起沿卡合件与静止构件的卡合以及脱离方向对置配置且能够抵接。
若采用这种结构,则在输出构件锁定时,即使正方向的旋转力矩和相反方向的旋转力矩以交替连续的状态向输出构件反向输入,也能够通过支承部而容易地保持卡合件的位置。
在本发明中,优选为,所述控制机构包括弹性构件和凸轮部,该弹性构件设置于卡合件与输出构件之间,朝向使卡合件与静止构件卡合的方向对该卡合件弹性地施力,该凸轮部设置于卡合件与输入构件之间,朝向使卡合件从静止构件脱离的方向使该卡合件克服弹性构件的弹力而位移。
若采用这种结构,则不会增大弹性构件的载荷,在输出构件锁定时,即使正方向的旋转力矩和反方向的旋转力矩以交替连续的状态向输出构件反向输入,也能够通过支承部而容易地保持卡合件的位置。
在本发明中,优选为,制动侧离合器部具备制动构件,该制动构件安装于静止构件,在输入来自杆侧离合器部的旋转力矩时对输出构件施加旋转阻力。
若采用这种结构,在通过杆操作而输入旋转力矩时而卡合件的凹凸部与静止构件的凹凸部的啮合被解除时,通过制动构件而使输出构件从静止构件受到旋转阻力,因此能够防止输出构件急剧地旋转。
本发明所涉及的离合器单元通过将杆侧离合器部以及制动侧离合器部组装于机动车用座椅升降部而适用于机动车用途。
发明效果
根据本发明,通过在卡合件与输入构件之间设置有保持卡合件与静止构件的卡合状态的支承部,从而即使在输出构件锁定时,正方向的旋转力矩和相反方向的旋转力矩以交替连续的状态向输出构件反向输入,也能够通过支承部来保持卡合件的位置。因此,能够防止由于凹凸部的啮合产生的反作用力而使卡合件从静止构件脱离,因此能够避免输出构件缓慢旋转,能够将输出构件可靠地锁定。
其结果是,在将制动侧离合器部组装于机动车用座椅升降部的情况下,即使在就坐于座椅的就坐状态下,车辆在恶劣道路等行驶时产生上下振动,也能够防止座椅略微下降的现象的产生。另外,杆侧离合器部中的杆操作力不会变大,能够确保良好的操作性。

具体实施方式
根据附图对本发明所涉及的离合器单元的实施方式进行详细说明。
图1是示出本实施方式的离合器单元的整体结构的剖视图,图2是沿着图1的P-P线的剖视图,图3是沿着图1的Q-Q线的剖视图,图4是沿着图1的R-R线的剖视图,图5是从输入侧观察离合器单元时的组装分解立体图,图6是从输出侧观察离合器单元时的组装分解立体图。
如图1所示,本实施方式的离合器单元10具备将设置于输入侧的杆侧离合器部11、以及设置于输出侧的制动侧离合器部12单元化而成的结构。杆侧离合器部11控制通过杆操作而输入的旋转力矩的传递以及隔断。制动侧离合器部12具有将从杆侧离合器部11输入的旋转力矩向输出侧传递并且隔断从输出侧反向输入的旋转力矩的反向输入隔断功能。
如图1以及图2所示,杆侧离合器部11的主要部分包括:侧板13以及外圈14,其通过杆操作而被输入旋转力矩;内圈15,其将从外圈14输入的旋转力矩向制动侧离合器部12传递;多个圆柱滚子16,其通过在外圈14与内圈15之间的卡合以及脱离来控制来自外圈14的旋转力矩的传递以及隔断;保持器17,其在圆周方向上等间隔地保持各圆柱滚子16;内侧定中弹簧18,其用于使保持器17恢复中立状态;以及外侧定中弹簧19,其用于使外圈14恢复中立状态。
在杆侧离合器部11中,通过将在侧板13的外周缘部形成的爪部13a插入在外圈14的外周缘部形成的切口凹部14a而紧固,从而将侧板13固定于外圈14。由此,侧板13以及外圈14作为输入构件而被一体化。在外圈14的内周在圆周方向上等间隔地形成有多个凸轮面14b。通过利用螺纹紧固等安装于侧板13的能够上下方向摆动的操作杆43(参照图8)来进行旋转力矩向外圈14的输入。
内圈15包括供输出轴22贯穿的小径筒部15a、以及使该小径筒部15a向径向外侧延伸并向轴向弯曲的大径筒部15b。在内圈15的小径筒部15a的外周面15c与在外圈14的内周形成的凸轮面14b之间形成有楔形间隙20,圆柱滚子16通过保持器17圆周方向等间隔地配设于该楔形间隙20。
内侧定中弹簧18是配设在保持器17与制动侧离合器部12的罩24之间的剖面圆形的C字状弹性构件,将两端部卡止于保持器17以及罩24的一部分。在通过杆操作而作用有从外圈14输入的旋转力矩时,相对于处于静止状态的罩24,内侧定中弹簧18随着追随于外圈14的保持器17的旋转被扩展而蓄积弹力,在从外圈14输入的旋转力矩释放时,通过该内侧定中弹簧18的弹力而使保持器17恢复至中立状态。
位于内侧定中弹簧18的径向外侧的外侧定中弹簧19是配置在外圈14与罩24之间的C字状带板弹性构,将两端部卡止于外圈14以及罩24的一部分。在通过杆操作而作用有从外圈14输入的旋转力矩时,相对于处于静止状态的罩24,该外侧定中弹簧19随着外圈14的旋转被扩展而蓄积弹力,在从外圈14输入的旋转力矩释放时,通过该外侧定中弹簧19的弹力而使外圈14恢复至中立状态。
保持器17是圆周方向等间隔地形成有收纳圆柱滚子16的多个凹槽17a的树脂制的圆筒状构件。使内侧定中弹簧18的两端部卡止于保持器17的一方的轴向端部、即制动侧离合器部12的罩24侧的轴向端部。保持器17配置在外圈14与内圈15之间。
如图1以及图3所示,被称为锁定型的制动侧离合器部12的主要部分包括:作为输入构件的内圈15,其被输入旋转力矩;作为静止构件的外圈23,其具有凹凸部23a,且旋转被约束;作为输出构件的输出轴22,其输出旋转力矩;多个卡合件27,其具有能够与外圈23的凹凸部23a啮合的凹凸部27a,且配设于输出轴22;控制机构33,其在隔断旋转力矩时通过卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合而使卡合件27卡合于外圈23,在传递旋转力矩时通过卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合解除而使卡合件27从外圈23脱离;以及作为制动构件的摩擦环28,其对输出轴22施加旋转阻力。
输出轴22在轴部22a的轴向中央部位一体地形成有大径部22b,在该大径部22b的输出侧一体地形成有凸缘部22c。在轴部22a的输出侧端部同轴地形成有用于与座椅升降部41(参照图8)连结的小齿轮22d。通过经由防松垫圈29将垫圈30压入轴部22a的输入侧端部,从而防止杆侧离合器部11的构成构件脱出。
内圈15的大径筒部15b的内周面与输出轴22的大径部22b的外周面滑动接触。在内圈15的大径筒部15b的圆周方向多个部位设置有凸部15d(参照图5以及图6)。凸部15d以具有圆周方向的缝隙的方式插入在输出轴22的大径部22b的圆周方向多个部位形成的凹槽22e。通过凸部15d与凹槽22e的周向上的卡合,从而能够将来自内圈15的旋转力矩向输出轴22传递。
在制动侧离合器部12中,通过将在侧板25的外周缘部形成的爪部25a插入在厚壁板状的外圈23的外周缘部形成的切口凹部23b、在罩24的外周缘部形成的切口凹部24a并紧固,从而将外圈23以及罩24固定于侧板25。由此,外圈23、罩24以及侧板25作为静止构件而被一体化。
在外圈23的内周面遍及整周而形成有齿状的凹凸部23a。外圈23的内周面滑动自如地与内圈15的大径筒部15b的外周面抵接。卡合件27呈块状,在其外周面以能够与外圈23的凹凸部23a啮合的方式形成有齿状的凹凸部27a。在本实施方式中,三个卡合件27在圆周方向等间隔配置,但其数量是任意的。
在卡合件27的内周侧端面向轴向一侧(杆侧离合器部11的侧板13侧)突出设置有凸轮部31(参照图5)。卡合件27以沿径向退入自如的方式收容于在输出轴22的凸缘部22c的外周面形成的凹坑22f。在凹坑22f的底面与卡合件27的底面之间夹设有螺旋弹簧、弹性体等弹性构件32。弹性构件32朝向使卡合件27卡合于外圈23的方向、即径向外侧施加弹力。
输出轴22的凸缘部22c的凹坑22f在轴向开口,因此卡合件27的凸轮部31配置为从该凸缘部22c的端面向轴向突出。卡合件27的凸轮部31具有凸状的凸轮面27d,该凸轮面27d包括位于其圆周方向中央的顶部27b、以及从顶部27b向圆周方向两侧延伸的倾斜部27c(参照图3)。
相对于此,在内圈15的大径筒部15b的端部内周面也设置有凸轮部31。该内圈15的凸轮部31具有凹状的凸轮面15g,该凸轮面15g包括位于其圆周方向中央的谷部15e、以及从谷部15e向圆周方向两侧延伸的倾斜部15f(参照图3以及图6)。
这样,通过卡合件27的凸轮面27d与内圈15的大径筒部15b的凸轮面15g,构成使卡合件27克服弹性构件32的弹力而向从外圈23脱离的方向位移的凸轮部31。另外,通过该凸轮部31和弹性构件32构成控制机构33。
另一方面,在卡合件27的凸轮部31的底面形成有突起27e,该突起27e沿着卡合件27与外圈23的卡合以及脱离方向突出。相对于此,在内圈15的大径筒部15b的端面形成有突起15h,该突起15h沿着卡合件27与外圈23的卡合方向以及脱离方向突出(参照图6)。
通过该卡合件27的突起27e与内圈15的突起15h沿着卡合件27与外圈23的卡合以及脱离方向对置配置且能够抵接,从而构成支承部34。需要说明的是,内圈15的突起15h以向轴向一侧(制动侧离合器部12侧)突出的方式设置于大径筒部15b的端面,以能够与卡合件27的突起27e抵接。
摩擦环28是例如通过对树脂材料进行注射成形等而形成为环状的构件。摩擦环28通过将在圆周方向多个部位设置的突起28a插入侧板25的孔25b,从而固接于侧板25(参照图5以及图6)。
如图1以及图4所示,摩擦环28以具有过盈量的方式压入在输出轴22的凸缘部22c形成的环状凹部22g的内周面22h。通过在摩擦环28的外周面28b与输出轴22的环状凹部22g的内周面22h之间产生的摩擦力,从而在杆操作时对输出轴22施加旋转阻力。
以下,对由以上的结构构成的杆侧离合器部11以及制动侧离合器部12的动作例进行说明。
在杆侧离合器部11中,当通过杆操作而向外圈14输入旋转力矩时,圆柱滚子16卡合于外圈14的凸轮面14b与内圈15的外周面15c之间的楔形间隙20。通过该楔形间隙20中的圆柱滚子16的卡合,从而向内圈15传递旋转力矩而使内圈15旋转。此时,随着外圈14以及保持器17的旋转而在两定中弹簧18、19中蓄积有弹力。
当由杆操作产生的旋转力矩的输入消失时,通过两定中弹簧18、19的弹力而使保持器17以及外圈14恢复中立状态。另一方面,内圈15直接维持被赋予的旋转位置。因此,通过外圈14的反复旋转、即操作杆43的抽取操作,而使内圈15进行微动旋转。
另一方面,在制动侧离合器部12中,即使由于朝向座椅40(参照图8)的就坐而向输出轴22反向输入有旋转力矩,也通过弹性构件32的弹力而对卡合件27向朝向径向外侧突出的方向施力,因此如图3所示,成为卡合件27的凹凸部27a卡合于外圈23的凹凸部23a的状态、即卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a啮合的状态。
这样,由于成为安装于输出轴22的卡合件27卡合于作为静止系统的外圈23的状态,从而输出轴22相对于外圈23而被锁定。其结果是,从输出轴22反向输入的旋转力矩被制动侧离合器部12锁定而使向杆侧离合器部11的回流被隔断。由此,座椅40的座面高度被保持。
在该输出轴22的锁定状态下,在就坐于座椅40的就坐状态下,即使车辆在恶劣道路等行驶时发生上下振动,由于该上下振动,正方向的旋转力矩和反方向的旋转力矩以交替连续的状态向输出轴22反向输入,如图7A所示,通过支承部34而成为使内圈15的突起15h与卡合件27的突起27e抵接的状态,因此能够容易地保持卡合件27的径向位置。
因此,能够防止由于卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合产生的反作用力而使卡合件27从外圈23脱离,因此能够将输出轴22可靠地锁定,从而避免输出轴22缓慢旋转。其结果是,能够防止座椅40略微下降的现象的产生。
另外,无需为了避免由于卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合产生的反作用力而使卡合件27从外圈23脱离导致凹凸部27a、23a的啮合解除,而将向使卡合件27卡合于外圈23的方向施加弹力的弹性构件32的载荷设定得较大。即,杆侧离合器部11中的杆操作力不会变大,因此能够确保良好的操作性。
在输出轴22锁定时,在凸轮部31中,卡合件27的凸轮面27d的顶部27b与内圈15的凸轮面15g的谷部15e接触,在卡合件27的凸轮面27d的倾斜部27c与内圈15的凸轮面15g的倾斜部15f之间形成有微小的间隙m。
内圈15的凸轮面15g的谷部15e在内圈15旋转时描绘出以内圈15的旋转中心为中心的圆弧状轨迹,因此卡合件27的凸轮面27d的顶部27b与内圈15的凸轮面15g的谷部15e的接触部半径不变。因此,在卡合件27的凸轮面27d的倾斜部27c与内圈15的凸轮面15g的倾斜部15e接触之前,卡合件27不会向径向内侧位移。
因此,即使由于杆操作而向内圈15输入来自杆侧离合器部11的旋转力矩,在内圈15旋转而使卡合件27的凸轮面27d的倾斜部27c与内圈15的凸轮面15g的倾斜部15f接触之前,能够保持通过弹性构件32的弹力而将卡合件27向径向外侧按压的状态、即卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a啮合的状态。
如图7B所示,当卡合件27的凸轮面27d的倾斜部27c与内圈15的凸轮面15g的倾斜部15f接触时,内圈15的突起15h也旋转,因此在内圈15的突起15h与卡合件27的突起27e之间产生间隙n。通过内圈15的凸轮面15g的倾斜部15f按压卡合件27的凸轮面27d的倾斜部27c,从而卡合件27克服弹性构件32的弹力而向径向内侧开始位移。
并且,卡合件27克服弹性构件32的弹力而向径向内侧位移,直至在内圈15旋转时,如图7C所示,内圈15的突起15h从卡合件27的突起27e完全脱离,卡合件27的凹凸部27a从外圈23的凹凸部23a脱离。由此,成为卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合被解除的状态,输出轴22的锁定状态被解除,从而输出轴22成为能够旋转的状态。
当成为这种状态时,内圈15的大径筒部15b的凸部15d与输出轴22的大径部22b的凹坑22e的周向缝隙堵塞,内圈15的凸部15d与输出轴22的凹坑22e在旋转方向上抵接。由此,来自杆侧离合器部11的旋转力矩传递至输出轴22而使输出轴22旋转。即,当内圈15微动旋转时,输出轴22也微动旋转。由此,能够进行座椅40的上下调整。
在通过杆操作而解除输出轴22的锁定状态时,卡合件27的凹凸部27a与外圈23的凹凸部23a的啮合完全被解除,因此输出轴22成为自由的状态。此时,通过摩擦环28对输出轴22施加旋转阻力,因此输出轴22不会急剧地旋转。
以上说明的离合器单元10组装于机动车用座椅升降部41而使用,该机动车用座椅升降部41通过杆操作来进行座椅40的高度调整。图8示出装配于机动车的乘员室的座椅40。
如图8所示,座椅40包括座椅座垫48和座椅靠背42,通过座椅升降部41对座椅座垫48的座面进行高度调整。通过离合器单元10中的安装于杆侧离合器部11(参照图1)的侧板13的操作杆43来进行座椅座垫48的高度调整。
座椅升降部41具备以下的结构。连杆构件45、46的一端分别以转动自如的方式枢接于滑动可动构件44。连杆构件45、46的另一端分别以转动自如的方式枢接于座椅座垫48。在连杆构件45的另一端一体地设置有扇形齿轮47。扇形齿轮47与离合器单元10的输出轴22的小齿轮22d啮合。
例如,在降低座椅座垫48的座面的情况下,通过杆侧离合器部11中的杆操作,即,使操作杆43向下侧摆动,从而解除制动侧离合器部12(参照图1)的锁定状态。在该制动侧离合器部12中的锁定解除时,通过摩擦环28(参照图1)对输出轴22施加适当的旋转阻力,能够顺利地降低座椅座垫48的座面。
通过制动侧离合器部12中的锁定解除,利用从杆侧离合器部11向制动侧离合器部12传递的旋转力矩,使制动侧离合器部12的输出轴22的小齿轮22d向顺时针方向(图8的箭头方向)转动。然后,与小齿轮22d啮合的扇形齿轮47向逆时针方向(图8的箭头方向)摆动,连杆构件45与连杆构件46一起倾倒而使座椅座垫48的座面降低。
这样,在对座椅座垫48的座面进行高度调整后,通过放开操作杆43,操作杆43由于两定中弹簧18、19的弹力向上侧摆动而返回原本的位置(中立状态)。需要说明的是,在使操作杆43向上侧摆动的情况下,通过与前述相反的动作而使座椅座垫48的座面升高。当在座椅座垫48的高度调整后放开操作杆43时,操作杆43向下侧摆动而返回原本的位置(中立状态)。
本发明不受上述的实施方式任何限定,无需言及在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,还能够以各种方式实施,本发明的范围由权利请求的范围示出,并且包括与权利请求的范围的记载等同的含义以及范围内的全部变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种离合器单元,其特征在于,
所述离合器单元包括:杆侧离合器部,其设置于输入侧,控制通过杆操作而输入的旋转力矩的传递以及隔断;以及制动侧离合器部,其设置于输出侧,将从所述杆侧离合器部输入的旋转力矩向输出侧传递,并且将从输出侧反向输入的旋转力矩隔断,
所述制动侧离合器部具备:输入构件,其被输入旋转力矩;静止构件,其具有凹凸部,且旋转被约束;输出构件,其输出旋转力矩;卡合件,其具有能够与静止构件的凹凸部啮合的凹凸部,且配设于输出构件;以及控制机构,其在隔断旋转力矩时通过卡合件的凹凸部与静止构件的凹凸部的啮合而使卡合件卡合于静止构件,在传递旋转力矩时通过卡合件的凹凸部与静止构件的凹凸部的啮合解除而使卡合件从静止构件脱离,
所述控制机构具备支承部,该支承部设置在卡合件与输入构件之间,且在隔断旋转力矩时保持卡合件与静止构件的卡合状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器单元,其中,
所述支承部具备分别形成于卡合件以及输入构件的突起,所述卡合件的突起与所述输入构件的突起沿卡合件与静止构件的卡合以及脱离方向对置配置且能够抵接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的离合器单元,其中,
所述控制机构包括弹性构件和凸轮部,所述弹性构件设置于卡合件与输出构件之间,朝向使卡合件与静止构件卡合的方向对该卡合件弹性地施力,所述凸轮部设置于卡合件与输入构件之间,朝向使卡合件从静止构件脱离的方向使该卡合件克服弹性构件的弹力而位移。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器单元,其中,
所述制动侧离合器部具备制动构件,该制动构件安装于静止构件,在输入来自杆侧离合器部的旋转力矩时对输出构件施加旋转阻力。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的离合器单元,其中,
所述杆侧离合器部和所述制动侧离合器部组装于机动车用座椅升降部。
