the street lamp and the additional equipment arranged on the street lamp transmit the acquired data to the server and receive the related control instruction transmitted by the server;
the user terminal is used for a user to access the server and control the street lamp and the additional equipment installed on the street lamp;
the server also comprises a spare part scheduling unit and a spare part database, wherein the spare part database stores information of spare parts of street lamps, well lid spare parts, repeater spare parts, spare parts of base stations, spare parts of environment detection equipment, spare parts of monitoring equipment, spare parts of program equipment, spare parts of broadcasting equipment and spare parts of charging equipment; the spare part scheduling unit is used for judging the spare quantity, the spare time and the spare area of each spare part according to the conditions of the service time, the service life and the service environment of each device installed on the street lamp and each part of the street lamp, so that a user can store each spare part in a warehouse away from the spare part needing to be used in advance and determine the position and the size of the warehouse;
the server also comprises a pedestrian counting unit, the condition that the photographed pedestrians pass through the road is sent to the server by the monitoring equipment installed on the street lamp, the number of the pedestrians passing through the road and the number of the green lights passing through the road are obtained by the pedestrians when the photographed videos analyze the red lights, the time for setting the green lights and the red lights can be set by the user according to the number of the pedestrians passing through the road and the number of the green lights passing through the road, whether an identification prompting the pedestrians to create the red lights is set or not can be determined, and whether a section reminding the vehicle owner of frequent accidents or not is set or not is determined.
