Abstract

establishing a position database according to the corresponding relation between the physical address and the serial number of the fixed facility;
the method comprises the following steps that a person to be positioned obtains a number of at least one fixed facility closest to the person to be positioned, and the number is provided for a management center worker;
the management center staff acquires the corresponding physical address from the position database according to the serial number and sends the physical address to the field staff nearest to the physical address;
and the field worker goes to the position of the personnel to be positioned according to the physical address.
