Data mining: and performing decision tree, neural network, cluster analysis and other big data mining technologies on the collected marine thematic data including marine environment monitoring data, marine resource data, marine power information data, marine functional zoning data, marine fishery data, sea area ownership data, sea island data, marine administrative law enforcement data and the like to realize efficient utilization of data value.
And (3) internal data fusion: and establishing a shared information directory according to the business requirements of the project, coordinating and establishing a data use flow, shared directory metadata, a service interface standard and a service use method, and realizing information sharing and on-demand acquisition. Various means such as management, technology and the like are adopted to ensure the integrity of the shared data and the safety of the shared environment, meanwhile, the life cycle management of the data is strengthened, the whole-process traceability of the shared data is ensured, and the data audit is supported. Under the condition of network interconnection, a rapid and efficient sharing of data is supported by adopting an online sharing mode.
As an improvement of the above system, the service application layer specifically includes:
the multi-source data of the data resource layer is utilized, the data are processed and expressed in multiple modes through the comprehensive supporting platform layer, the existing service system is migrated and integrated and a newly built service system is built according to the service types, and the service application of marine fishery, ecological environment, emergency and law enforcement is realized; different service systems are called according to different user requirements, and corresponding data services are provided; the service application layer mainly integrates the migration of the existing service system and performs unified management on the newly-built service system. the system migration and integration is performed through the multi-source database open authority, the interface intercommunication or the interpretation of the data resources stored in the existing database, specifically, the migration and integration is performed on the existing service system, and the existing service system after the migration and integration includes: the system comprises a sea area and island dynamic monitoring system, a marine environment monitoring system, a marine economic operation monitoring service system, a marine fishery information management system, a marine forecast video consultation service system and an aquaculture management system;
the new service system comprises: the system comprises an e-navigation support system, a harbor remote online monitoring system, a marine oil film comprehensive monitoring system, an aquatic product quality safety tracing system, a law enforcement ship intelligent supervision system, a fishery production management system, a fisherman fishing supervision system, a marine trade transaction supervision system, a Beidou-based fishery safety management service unified information management system and a marine big data service decision platform.
As an improvement of the above system, a multi-source database stored in a data resource layer and corresponding required data resources are obtained through a marine sensing and communication infrastructure.

the service application layer is used for carrying out migration integration on the existing service system according to the basic component and building a newly-built service system;
and the user layer is used for providing data service and a data access interface.
2. The smart marine big data system of claim 1, wherein the multi-source database specifically comprises: public basic database, ocean thematic database, statistical database and comprehensive database.
3. The smart marine big data system of claim 2, wherein the common base database mainly comprises: a basic geographic information database, a remote sensing image database, an environment database and a marine basic database.
4. The smart marine big data system of claim 2, wherein the marine topical data comprises: coastal zone data, island data, marine ecological environment data, marine disaster data, marine basic data, communication and navigation data, marine numerical forecast data and marine fishery data.
5. The smart marine big data system of claim 2, wherein the comprehensive database comprises: planning data, attribute data, log data and public information release data required by the service system.

The smart marine big data system of claim 1, wherein the base component is configured to provide data resource directory combing, data source analysis, data authority management, association analysis, activation history data, internal and external data fusion, distributed storage, data mining, and internal data fusion.
