5. A practice-based digital twin city construction system according to claim 1, wherein: the digital presentation system comprises a time-space digitization and three-dimensional presentation engine, a mechanism and data mixing algorithm engine and a twin body knowledge map;
the space-time digitization and three-dimensional presentation engine processes time and space positions of people, machines, events and material data and displays the data in a three-dimensional model mode;
the mechanism and data mixed algorithm engine realizes simulation deduction and prediction deduction of data through a mechanism model algorithm, data fitting and artificial intelligence deduction on each item of data;
the twin-body knowledge graph maps elements of real world buildings, traffic, enterprises, individuals and the like into nodes of the knowledge graph, forms knowledge representation of city management elements according to different scenes based on virtual three-dimensional spatial position association, forms knowledge graph global association of the city management elements through twin body and association rule definition, realizes quick retrieval of the city knowledge graph, and can carry out prediction analysis on city management through time-space aggregation association of the graph.
