本发明涉及化工材料领域,具体为汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料。
背景技术
凡是能用来阻断噪音的材料,统称为隔音材料。隔音材料五花八门,日常人们比较常见的有实心砖块、钢筋混泥土墙、木板、石膏板、铁板、隔音毡、纤维板等等。 严格意义上说,几乎所有的材料都具有隔音作用,其区别就是不同材料间隔音量的大小不同而已。同一种材料,由于面密度不同,其隔音量存在比较大的变化。 隔音量遵循质量定律原则,就是隔音材料的单位密集面密度越大,隔音量就越大,面密度与隔音量成正比关系,隔音是指通过某种物品把声音或噪音隔绝、隔断、分离等,因此就需要隔音材料,材料一侧的入射声能与另一侧的透射声能相关的分贝数就是该材料的隔音量,通常以符号R(dB)表示。
但是现有的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,隔音效果不好,传统隔音材料为单层,隔音效果不明显,我们提出汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料。

1.汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:该汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料由以下重量份数的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶6-10份、氧化镁6-8份、玻璃纤维棉6-9份、发泡胶0.2-0.6份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-10份、双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵0.1-5份、氢氧化钙4-6份、二氧化钛6-8份、乙烯基树脂10-15份、橡胶丙烯酸乳液3-30份、弹性橡胶粉8-14份、羟基喹啉铜0.5-12份、PVC树脂15-25份、正丁醇2-4份、聚结助剂1-3份、润湿剂1-3份、氧化锌7-9份、碳酸钙1-3份、苯甲酸4-6份、天然复盐6-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述天然复盐为白云石粉,其为白色或浅灰白色粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述聚结助剂为成膜助剂,其是一种易消失的增塑剂,优选为丙二醇丁醚或丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述弹性橡胶粉为烷基酚醛树脂组成固态粉末物质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述发泡胶是将聚氨酯预聚体﹑发泡剂﹑催化剂、交联剂等填装到耐高压铁罐中,并填装丙烷等气体组成的。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述弹性橡胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料,其特征在于:所述汽车用多层吸声隔音复合材料由多层物质组成,该多层物质分别为聚苯层、聚乙烯层、闭孔聚氨脂层。
