Abstract

本发明一种可降解型环保离型膜,包括离型膜上表层,所述离型膜上表层的前表面固定安装有磨砂颗粒层,所述离型膜上表层的后表面固定安装有编织加强层,所述编织加强层的内部固定安装有多个透明编织线,所述编织加强层的后表面固定安装有离型膜下表层。本发明所述的一种可降解型环保离型膜,设有编织加强层、透明编织线和磨砂颗粒层,在可降解型环保离型膜的内部增加了编织的结构,从而增加可降解型环保离型膜的韧度,防止了可降解型环保离型膜拉扯时导致破裂,为离型膜的安装使用带来了便利,在离型膜安装后进行使用时,能够消除光线照射产生的反光,防止了反光影响使用环境,具有一定的实用性,带来更好的使用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜领域,具体涉及一种可降解型环保离型膜。
背景技术
可降解型环保离型膜是使用环保可降解的材料生产而成的离型膜,在现阶段社会生活中,人们广泛的使用玻璃、陶瓷和金属等表面光滑的物件,而表面光滑的物件在使用中经常造成刮痕,以及不满足透光度过高的问题,因此需要离型膜来覆盖至光滑面对其进行保护以及改变其透光度,主要通过涂抹粘合剂与光滑面进行粘连,从而对其进行覆盖保护,广泛应用于汽车玻璃、门窗玻璃、显示屏、手机壳等,具有较好的使用效果,而现有的现有的可降解型环保离型膜无法满足人们的使用需求,因此需要更为实用的可降解型环保离型膜进行使用;现有的可降解型环保离型膜在使用时存在一定的弊端,首先,可降解型环保离型膜的韧性较差,在使用时容易拉扯而导致破裂,为可降解型环保离型膜的安装使用带来了不便,其次,安装可降解型环保离型膜后,可降解型环保离型膜会在光线的照射下造成反光,影响了使用环境,为此,我们提出一种可降解型环保离型膜。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可降解型环保离型膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种可降解型环保离型膜,包括离型膜上表层,所述离型膜上表层的前表面固定安装有磨砂颗粒层,所述离型膜上表层的后表面固定安装有编织加强层,所述编织加强层的内部固定安装有多个透明编织线,所述编织加强层的后表面固定安装有离型膜下表层。
优选的,所述磨砂颗粒层通过粘连与离型膜上表层固定连接,且磨砂颗粒层的外表面设置有多个凸点。
优选的,所述多个透明编织线通过编织连接排列安装在编织加强层的内部,且个透明编织线与离型膜上表层和离型膜下表层连接。
优选的,所述离型膜上表层与离型膜下表层呈对称排列安装,且离型膜上表层和离型膜下表层的厚度相同。
优选的,所述离型膜上表层、编织加强层和离型膜下表层通过热压一体成型连接,且离型膜上表层、编织加强层和离型膜下表层的尺寸面积相同。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:该可降解型环保离型膜,通过设有的编织加强层和透明编织线,在可降解型环保离型膜的内部增加了编织的结构,从而增加可降解型环保离型膜的韧度,防止了可降解型环保离型膜拉扯时而导致破裂,为可降解型环保离型膜的安装使用带来了便利,通过设有的磨砂颗粒层,在可降解型环保离型膜安装后进行使用时,能够消除光线照射产生的反光,防止了反光影响使用环境,具有一定的实用性,整个可降解型环保离型膜结构简单,性能优异,使用的效果相对于传统方式更好。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1-3所示,一种可降解型环保离型膜,包括离型膜上表层1,所述离型膜上表层1的前表面固定安装有磨砂颗粒层2,所述离型膜上表层1的后表面固定安装有编织加强层3,所述编织加强层3的内部固定安装有多个透明编织线4,所述编织加强层3的后表面固定安装有离型膜下表层5;
所述磨砂颗粒层2通过粘连与离型膜上表层1固定连接,且磨砂颗粒层2的外表面设置有多个凸点,凸点能够消除光线照射产生的反光;所述多个透明编织线4通过编织连接排列安装在编织加强层3的内部,且个透明编织线4与离型膜上表层1和离型膜下表层5连接;所述离型膜上表层1与离型膜下表层5呈对称排列安装,且离型膜上表层1和离型膜下表层5的厚度相同;所述离型膜上表层1、编织加强层3和离型膜下表层5通过热压一体成型连接,且离型膜上表层1、编织加强层3和离型膜下表层5的尺寸面积相同。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种可降解型环保离型膜,在使用时,通过在离型膜下表层5表面涂抹粘连剂,再将离型膜下表层5与安装位置贴合,通过粘连剂将离型膜与安装位置贴合,从而将离型膜整体都粘连在安装的位置进行覆盖,通过离型膜上表层1对安装的位置进行保护,通过设置的编织加强层3和透明编织线4,透明编织线4通过编织的方法重叠连接,再由编织加强层3与离型膜上表层1和离型膜下表层5热压成型,从而在使用离型膜时,通过编织的透明编织线4增加离型膜的韧度,防止了离型膜拉扯时而导致破裂,为离型膜的安装使用带来了便利,通过设置的磨砂颗粒层2,在离型膜安装后进行使用时,磨砂颗粒层2外表面多个凸点,能够对照射光线产生的反光进行消除,防止了反光影响使用环境,较为实用。

1.一种可降解型环保离型膜,包括离型膜上表层(1),其特征在于:所述离型膜上表层(1)的前表面固定安装有磨砂颗粒层(2),所述离型膜上表层(1)的后表面固定安装有编织加强层(3),所述编织加强层(3)的内部固定安装有多个透明编织线(4),所述编织加强层(3)的后表面固定安装有离型膜下表层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解型环保离型膜,其特征在于:所述磨砂颗粒层(2)通过粘连与离型膜上表层(1)固定连接,且磨砂颗粒层(2)的外表面设置有多个凸点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解型环保离型膜,其特征在于:所述多个透明编织线(4)通过编织连接排列安装在编织加强层(3)的内部,且个透明编织线(4)与离型膜上表层(1)和离型膜下表层(5)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解型环保离型膜,其特征在于:所述离型膜上表层(1)与离型膜下表层(5)呈对称排列安装,且离型膜上表层(1)和离型膜下表层(5)的厚度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解型环保离型膜,其特征在于:所述离型膜上表层(1)、编织加强层(3)和离型膜下表层(5)通过热压一体成型连接,且离型膜上表层(1)、编织加强层(3)和离型膜下表层(5)的尺寸面积相同。
