技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体是一种磁吸式简便安装液晶屏幕膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等,随着手机、电脑等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,进入21世纪,随着高端电子产品的进步,消费者对保护膜的要求也越来越高。
但是,目前市场上的液晶屏幕膜不仅功能单一,而且实用性较差,现有液晶屏幕膜安装固定较为不便,易出现贴合偏移现象,工作效率较低,且现有液晶屏幕膜不具有防窥作用,易出现商业机密和个人隐私的泄露现象,安全性较低,同时现有液晶屏幕膜不具有防蓝光功效,长时间使用液晶屏易对人眼产生辐射伤害。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种磁吸式简便安装液晶屏幕膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁吸式简便安装液晶屏幕膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的不仅功能单一,而且实用性较差,现有液晶屏幕膜安装固定较为不便,易出现贴合偏移现象,工作效率较低,且现有液晶屏幕膜不具有防窥作用,易出现商业机密和个人隐私的泄露现象,安全性较低,同时现有液晶屏幕膜不具有防蓝光功效,长时间使用液晶屏易对人眼产生辐射伤害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种磁吸式简便安装液晶屏幕膜,包括防护膜A,所述防护膜A的前侧设置有外PET离型膜A,且防护膜A的后侧贴合有外PET离型膜B,所述防护膜A与外PET离型膜A的连接处安装有电解磁吸铁片,且防护膜A的前侧上方位置处开设有通孔A,所述外PET离型膜A、外PET离型膜B、电解磁吸铁片与通孔A对应的位置处均开设有通孔B,所述防护膜A包括依次设置的磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜、防爆层、百叶窗防窥基材、防蓝光胶水涂层、PET保护膜基材和PET硬化防刮涂层,所述磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜的后侧粘贴有防爆层,所述防爆层的后侧设置有百叶窗防窥基材,所述百叶窗防窥基材的后侧设置有防蓝光胶水涂层,所述防蓝光胶水涂层的后侧设置有PET保护膜基材,所述PET保护膜基材的后侧涂覆有PET硬化防刮涂层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电解磁吸铁片的前侧设置有防护膜B。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述防护膜B与防护膜A材质相同。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述电解磁吸铁片的高度为2cm,且电解磁吸铁片与防护膜A通过双面胶粘合连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外PET离型膜A与外PET离型膜B结构相同。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外PET离型膜A与外PET离型膜B通过防护膜A固定连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过设置的电解磁吸铁片,与液晶屏幕的喇叭位置产生磁性吸附,便于进行液晶屏幕膜的安装工作,其定位准确、操作便利,具有较强的实用性,能够实现液晶屏幕膜的快速安装,有效提高工作效率。
2、本发明通过设置的磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜,能够起到一定防反光作用,方便用户查看,通过设置的百叶窗防窥基材,能够起到一定的防窥效果,防止别人从两侧观看到液晶显示屏的内容,达到保护商业机密和个人隐私的目的。
3、本发明通过设置的防蓝光胶水涂层,能够减少蓝光对眼睛的辐射,对人体健康起到一定的保护作用,实现液晶屏幕膜抗紫外线与防蓝光的有效结合,具有多功能的优点,适宜大范围推广。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种磁吸式简便安装液晶屏幕膜,包括防护膜A100,防护膜A100的前侧设置有外PET离型膜A200,且防护膜A100的后侧贴合有外PET离型膜B300,外PET离型膜A200与外PET离型膜B300结构相同,且外PET离型膜A200与外PET离型膜B300通过防护膜A100固定连接,防护膜A100与外PET离型膜A200的连接处安装有电解磁吸铁片400,且防护膜A100的前侧上方位置处开设有通孔A500,外PET离型膜A200、外PET离型膜B300、电解磁吸铁片400与通孔A500对应的位置处均开设有通孔B600,通孔A500与通孔B600大小、结构均相同,通孔A500和通孔B600均呈圆形或椭圆形,电解磁吸铁片400的前侧设置有防护膜B700,防护膜B700与防护膜A100材质相同,电解磁吸铁片400的高度为2cm,且电解磁吸铁片400与防护膜A100通过双面胶粘合连接,通过设置的电解磁吸铁片400与液晶屏幕的喇叭位置产生磁性吸附,便于进行液晶屏幕膜的安装工作,其定位准确、操作便利,具有较强的实用性,能够实现液晶屏幕膜的快速安装,有效提高工作效率。

本发明的工作原理是:首先,将外PET离型膜B300撕去,将防护膜A100贴合液晶屏放置,然后,撕去外PET离型膜A200,通过电解磁吸铁片400进行屏幕膜的固定,通过设置的电解磁吸铁片400与液晶屏幕的喇叭位置产生磁性吸附,便于进行液晶屏幕膜的安装工作,其定位准确、操作便利,具有较强的实用性,能够实现液晶屏幕膜的快速安装,有效提高工作效率,进一步的,使用过程中,通过设置的磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜101能够起到一定防反光作用,方便用户查看,通过设置的百叶窗防窥基材103能够起到一定的防窥效果,防止别人从两侧观看到液晶显示屏的内容,达到保护商业机密和个人隐私的目的,再进一步的,通过设置的防蓝光胶水涂层104能够减少蓝光对眼睛的辐射,对人体健康起到一定的保护作用,实现液晶屏幕膜抗紫外线与防蓝光的有效结合,具有多功能的优点,适宜大范围推广。

所述防护膜A(100)包括依次设置的磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜(101)、防爆层(102)、百叶窗防窥基材(103)、防蓝光胶水涂层(104)、PET保护膜基材(105)和PET硬化防刮涂层(106),所述磨砂防眩光防反光AG膜(101)的后侧粘贴有防爆层(102),所述防爆层(102)的后侧设置有百叶窗防窥基材(103),所述百叶窗防窥基材(103)的后侧设置有防蓝光胶水涂层(104),所述防蓝光胶水涂层(104)的后侧设置有PET保护膜基材(105),所述PET保护膜基材(105)的后侧涂覆有PET硬化防刮涂层(106)。
