本发明属于各种手持电子通讯设备技术领域,如手机应用,特别是一种手机3D曲面盖板。
背景技术
手机在使用时,用户往往会在其表面贴覆盖板,由于手机的边框较窄,搭配盖板后,会影响显示效果,以及手机整体外观。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种手机3D曲面盖板,拓展原始显示屏的有效可视区域。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种手机3D曲面盖板,其特征是,所述盖板与手机显示屏之间设置胶层,在所述胶层的两侧的盖板下方,设置暗涂层,所述暗涂层与所述盖板电连接,所述盖板与手机屏之间电连接,所述暗涂层通电后高透,断电后黑化。
进一步,所述暗涂层为玻璃中间灌注液晶形成。
进一步,所述暗涂层为在膜层上溅镀形成。
进一步,在所述手机屏周边设置投射模块或拼接显示模块,所述投射模块或拼接显示模块对所述暗涂层投射光线。
进一步,所述暗涂层设置在曲面盖板位于手机侧边内侧。
进一步,在所述盖板表面增加抗眩光、增透、防指纹、高硬度、防刮伤表面处理中的一项或多项。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)可在3D盖板上形成可视区域;
(2)可在3D盖板表面增加工艺处理;
(3)实现超窄边框或无边框显示。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明手机3D曲面盖板的具体实施方式作详细说明。
参见附图1,手机3D曲面盖板1与手机屏2之间设置胶层3,在胶层3的两侧的盖板下方,设置暗涂层4,暗涂层4与盖板1电连接,盖板1与手机屏2之间电连接,暗涂层4通电后高透,断电后黑化。
实现上述暗涂层可通过在玻璃中间灌注液晶形成,或者通过在膜层上溅镀形成。暗涂层设置在曲面盖板位于手机侧边内侧。在盖板表面增加抗眩光、增透、防指纹、高硬度、防刮伤表面处理中的一项或多项。
在手机屏周边设置投射模块或拼接显示模块,投射模块或拼接显示模块对暗涂层投射光线。

1.一种手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:所述盖板与手机显示屏之间设置胶层,在所述胶层的两侧的盖板下方,设置暗涂层,所述暗涂层与所述盖板电连接,所述盖板与手机屏之间电连接,所述暗涂层通电后高透,断电后黑化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:所述暗涂层为玻璃中间灌注液晶形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:所述暗涂层为在膜层上溅镀形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:在所述手机屏周边设置投射模块或拼接显示模块,所述投射模块或拼接显示模块对所述暗涂层投射光线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:所述暗涂层设置在曲面盖板位于手机侧边内侧。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的手机3D曲面盖板,其特征在于:在所述盖板表面增加抗眩光、增透、防指纹、高硬度、防刮伤表面处理中的一项或多项。
