本发明涉及一种PE管生产工艺,尤其涉及一种利用废塑料再生后和新粒子混合制作液体输送管道,属于注塑技术领域。其技术特点是包括回料粒子的制作和PE管的制作。其特征在于回料粒子放入子母拉丝切粒机中,在70‑190℃分解温度的情况下,大约热切成5mm左右的小段颗粒;回料粒子和首次使用的塑料粒子按重量比6:4。本发明具有适应性强、机动性好、操作简单、性能可靠等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PE管生产工艺,尤其涉及一种利用废塑料再生后和新粒子混合制作液体输送管,属于注塑技术领域。
背景技术
公知的PE管一般都是用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等高分子聚合物为原料,经过注塑机高温注塑而成。其原料一般来自于石油提炼后的下脚料中制取。由于聚乙烯、聚丙烯等高分子聚合物经过高温处理有再利用的效果,且市场上有大量的聚乙烯、聚丙烯等高分子聚合物边角料或使用后的废料,加之有些管道对原材料要求不是过高,这就给我们带来一个利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯高分子聚合物等废塑料为原料的研究课题。
发明内容
为了将废旧塑料粒子和首次使用的塑料粒子综合利用生产出PE管,本发明提出了一种PE管生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:1.回料粒子的制作:包括清洗、选料、漓干、粉碎、造粒。2.PE管的制作:包括混合、熔解、注塑。
步骤1中的清洗是指:对回收的旧塑料在水池中进行粗洗和冲洗,再进入转动清洗机中加入清洗剂或火碱清洗半小时;
选料是指:根据组成成分不同,将经过清洗后的废塑料按聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等进行分类;
漓干是指:把清洗好的小块废料经脱水机脱水或漓干;
粉碎是指:把经过上述步骤后的塑料块按分类进入精细粉碎机粉碎成1cm左右小块,装袋;
造粒是指:把粉碎后的小块废料放入子母拉丝切粒机中,在70-190℃分解温度的情况下,大约热切成4mm左右的小段颗粒;
步骤2中的混合是指:将回料粒子和首次使用的塑料粒子按重量比6:7混合,且搅拌均匀;
熔解是指:将混合粒子放入210℃左右环境的加热箱中加热搅拌直至成浆糊状物质;
注塑是指:将经过熔解的浆糊状物质放入拉挤设备生产成PE管。
其特征在于回料粒子放入子母拉丝切粒机中,在70-190℃分解温度的情况下,大约热切成5mm左右的小段颗粒;回料粒子和首次使用的塑料粒子按重量比6:4。
本发明既环保、节能、变废为宝,且材料成本低、材料来源广、产品市场。
具体实施方式
下面给合具体实施对本发明作进一步说明:
首先将收集到的废旧塑料或塑料制作的边角料进行分类,根据组成成分不同分为:聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚氯乙烯等。把不同颜色的聚乙烯废料经撕碎机撕成5-10cm小块,把撕成5-10cm小块在进入精细粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎成1cm左右小块,装袋。把加工成1cm的小块在水池中进行粗洗,去除污垢,漂洗,去除杂质,用水进行冲洗;进入转动清洗机中加入清洗剂或火碱清洗半小时。把清洗好的小块废料经脱水机脱水或漓干。然后把脱好水的小块废料放入子母拉丝切粒机中,在70-190℃分解温度的情况下,大约热切成5mm左右的小段颗粒。烘干或晾干装袋。 把原料聚乙烯和回料按重量比3:1比例混合均匀,将混合粒子首先放入210℃左右环境的加热箱中加热搅拌直至成浆糊状物质;将经过熔解的浆糊状物质放入拉挤设备生产成PE管。

1.一种PE管生产工艺,技术方案为:1.回料粒子的制作:包括清洗、选料、漓干、粉碎、造粒;2.PE管道的制作:包括混合、熔解、注塑,其特征在于回料粒子放入子母拉丝切粒机中,在70-190℃分解温度的情况下,大约热切成5mm左右的小段颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PE管生产工艺,其特征在于回料粒子和首次使用的塑料粒子按重量比6:4。
