Abstract
本发明公开一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母,螺栓的螺杆上有几个半圆弧槽,内螺母上有几个可以伸缩的弹子,当内螺母夹紧被夹物体时,外螺母与内螺母分开,内螺母中的弹子会弹出插入螺杆的半圆弧槽内,这样弹子就能有效阻止内螺母在螺杆上的进退。外螺母主要是协助内螺母在螺杆进退时把内螺母上的弹子压进内螺母,其次是将内螺母上的弹子弹出时掩盖起来。卡套主要是把内螺母和外螺母扣在一起,防止外螺母松动丢失。

技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件领域,是一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母。
背景技术
螺栓与螺母、这个日常生活中随处可见的紧固件,各种各样。但它的作用几乎是一样,那就是紧固那些需要紧固的物件;这些需要紧固的物件有静止的、也有运动的。静止的物件容易紧固,运动的物件就不那么容易紧固。如:车辆、桥梁、带有震动的机械设备等。这些运动中的物件,它们所处的位置和环境不同,都会受到不同频率的震动,给本来紧固的螺栓与螺母带来松动的可能,最终导致意外或者危险的发生。为此本发明设计了一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母。
发明内容
一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母,它包括:一个螺栓,一个内螺母,一个外螺母,一个卡套;螺栓的螺杆上有几个半圆弧槽,内螺母上有几个可以伸缩的弹子,外螺母从前视是锥形漏斗,从后视是普通螺母;外螺母的后面压在内螺母的前面、将内螺母上弹出的弹子压进去,再用卡套把内螺母和外螺母扣在一起。然后把扣在一起的内螺母和外螺母一起旋转在螺栓的螺杆上,把被夹的物体夹紧,再反转外螺母退出螺杆。这时内螺母上可以伸缩的弹子失去了外螺母的夹持力、在弹簧力的作用下弹子会弹出,再微转调动内螺母让弹子插入螺杆的半圆弧槽,这样弹子就能有效阻止内螺母的进退。退出螺杆的外螺母反转180度,锥形漏斗的一端朝向内螺母,再次旋转在螺杆上,把内螺母弹出弹子掩盖起来,卡套的卡扣再次把外螺母扣紧,使内螺母和外螺母夹持在一起。

具体实施方式
一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母,是这样实现的:根据附图13和附图14总体装配示的意图,一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母如下几步完成。
第一步将被夹物体(11)套在螺栓的螺杆上。
第二步将外螺母(1)的后面压在内螺母(4)的前面、将内螺母(4)上弹出的弹子(6)压进去,再用卡套把内螺母(4)和外螺母(1)扣在一起。然后内螺母(4)和外螺母(1)一起旋转在螺栓(10)的螺杆上如图13。
第三步卡在一起的内螺母(4)与外螺母(1)把被夹的物体(11)夹紧,然后打开卡套的卡扣(7)反转外螺母(1)、把外螺母(1)退出螺杆;、内螺母(4)上的伸缩弹子(6)失去了外螺母(1)的夹持力、弹子(6) 在弹簧力的作用下会自动弹出,再微转调动内螺母(4),使内螺母(4)上弹出的弹子(6)顶在螺杆上弹子(6)的定位槽(8)内,这时弹子(6)就成了内螺母(4)在螺杆上的楔子,使内螺母(4)在螺杆上不能进退。
第四步将退出的外螺母(1)反转180度,锥形漏斗(3)的一端朝向内螺母(4),再次旋转在螺杆上,去掩盖内螺母(4)上弹出的弹子(6)如图14,当外螺母(1)再次压紧内螺母(4)时,把卡套上的卡扣(7)再次扣紧外螺母(1),防止外螺母(1)的脱落。
第五步被夹物体(11)需要松开时,先将外螺母(1)上的卡扣(7)打开,松开外螺母(1)退出螺杆如图14,,再把退出的外螺母(1)反转180度,再次旋转在螺杆上,把内螺母(4)上弹出弹子(6)挤压进内螺母(4),使内螺母(4)失去了在螺杆上楔子的作用,然后扳手卡在内螺母(4)和外螺母(1)上,与第二步反方向旋转内螺母(4)和外螺母(1)、被夹物体(11)就会被松开。

1.一套防止松动的螺栓与螺母,其特征在于:螺栓的螺杆上有几个半圆弧槽,内螺母上有几个可以伸缩的弹子,外螺母的前视是锥形漏斗,后视是普通螺母,螺栓上的被夹物体每次松开或夹紧都需要把内螺母上的弹子压进内螺母才可以松紧,外螺母的一面是协助内螺母松紧使用、一面是掩盖内螺母上的发弹子使用,卡套是为了将内螺母和外螺母扣在一起使用。
2.根据权利要求书1所述:螺杆上弹子定位槽的形状可以是半圆弧、也可以是其它几何形状,这要根据内螺母上的弹子形状决定。
3.根据权利要求书2所述:内螺母上的弹子可以是圆柱体,也可以是其它几何形状,这要根据螺杆上弹子定位槽的形状决定。
