本发明公开了一种铅封螺丝装置,包括:螺栓,其底部设有呈环形的防水槽;若干个挡块,其首尾相连的设置在所述螺栓上,所述挡块一侧面为斜面;呈环形的密封垫,放置在所述防水槽内;螺母,与所述螺栓配合;若干个防松杆,设置在所述螺母上,所述防松杆顶端为斜面;若干个卡杆,设置在所述螺母上。本发明提供了一种更加有效的铅封装置,具备防水、结构简单、占用空间小、成本低廉,且理论上可以使用于任何产品上,并提供稳定可靠的性能优点,使产品能够有效的提高防水性能和降低生产成本。

一种铅封螺丝装置
技术领域
本发明涉及产品防拆的铅封装置技术领域,尤其是一种铅封螺丝装置。
背景技术
当前随着各行各业的产品不断的升级及技术迭代更新,应用场景也更加广泛,对产品的要求越来越高。尤其是一些高精度要求的产品,标准要求更加苛刻。对于应用在计量行业的产品,当遇到无法准确计量或暂时失效的情况下,就需要对计量产品重新进行标定。计量产品不同于其他产品,不能随意对之进行标定设置,破坏它的准确性。从而需要对计量产品的标定功能,进行有效的约束,使其在特定必要时才能进行标定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种铅封螺丝装置。
本发明的技术方案:一种铅封螺丝装置,包括:
螺栓,其底部设有呈环形的防水槽;
若干个挡块,其首尾相连的设置在所述螺栓上,所述挡块一侧面为斜面;
呈环形的密封垫,放置在所述防水槽内;
螺母,与所述螺栓配合;
若干个防松杆,设置在所述螺母上,所述防松杆顶端为斜面;
若干个卡杆,设置在所述螺母上。
优选的,所述挡块和所述防松杆上的斜面为光滑面。
优选的,所述螺栓顶部设置有拧槽。
优选的,所述所述螺栓顶部为圆弧面。
优选的,所述螺母一端面为光滑面,与该端面接触的所述螺栓端面也为光滑面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种更加有效的铅封装置,具备防水、结构简单、占用空间小、成本低廉,且理论上可以使用于任何产品上,并提供稳定可靠的性能优点,使产品能够有效的提高防水性能和降低生产成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1至图5,一种铅封螺丝装置,包括:
螺栓10,其底部设有呈环形的防水槽101;
若干个挡块2,其首尾相连的设置在螺栓10上,挡块2一侧面为斜面;
呈环形的密封垫3,放置在防水槽101内;
螺母4,与螺栓10配合;
若干个防松杆5,设置在螺母4上,防松杆5顶端为斜面;
若干个卡杆6,设置在螺母4上。
本发明中,卡杆6呈L形,使用时,先从内往外装螺母4,用卡杆6固定在产品上,再安装螺栓10和密封垫3,将密封垫3放置在防水槽101内,螺栓10穿过物体并转动螺栓10与螺母4配合,通过转动螺栓10使其与螺母4紧密配合,并将密封垫3压紧在防水槽101内,起到很好的密封作用,同时防松杆5一端外侧面与挡块2另一侧面抵接,转动螺栓10或螺母4都无法拆卸,实现永不松动的密封功能,比之前增加了便利性,能够快捷有效的锁附。具体的,卡杆6的长度小于防松杆5的长度。
作为本发明的优选实施例,其还可具有以下附加技术特征:
本实施例中,挡块2和防松杆5上的斜面为光滑面,使防松杆5端面能与挡块2侧面紧密抵接。
本实施例中,螺栓10顶部设置有拧槽102,拧槽102呈十字形,用十字螺丝刀给螺栓10转动的力,使螺栓10与螺母4能配合的更紧。
本实施例中,螺栓10顶部为圆弧面,防止人被刮伤。
本实施例中,螺母4一端面为光滑面,与该端面接触的螺栓10端面也为光滑面,便于螺栓10和螺母4与物体无缝接触。

1.一种铅封螺丝装置,其特征在于,包括:
螺栓(10),其底部设有呈环形的防水槽(101);
若干个挡块(2),其首尾相连的设置在所述螺栓(10)上,所述挡块(2)一侧面为斜面;
呈环形的密封垫(3),放置在所述防水槽(101)内;
螺母(4),与所述螺栓(10)配合;
若干个防松杆(5),设置在所述螺母(4)上,所述防松杆(5)顶端为斜面;
若干个卡杆(6),设置在所述螺母(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅封螺丝装置,其特征在于:所述挡块(2)和所述防松杆(5)上的斜面为光滑面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅封螺丝装置,其特征在于:所述螺栓(10)顶部设置有拧槽(102)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅封螺丝装置,其特征在于:所述所述螺栓(10)顶部为圆弧面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铅封螺丝装置,其特征在于:所述螺母(4)一端面为光滑面,与该端面接触的所述螺栓(10)端面也为光滑面。
