The stirrer 5-4 consists of four metal plates with the raised heights of 3-5cm and a rotatable bottom plate 6-2, and the materials in the box are uniformly stirred and fully composted by rotating the bottom plate 3-16. The ventilation pump 5-7 carries out ventilation adjustment according to the oxygen content in the box, so as to ensure that the oxygen content in the box meets the concentration of degrading organic matters of the obligate and facultative aerobe. The maturity meter 5-6 can judge the composting degree according to the in-box humification index, thereby realizing continuous composting effect.
The aerobic composting box 5-1 can be independently detached and replaced, and when the materials in the box are excessive or reach the composting degree, the other composting box can be detached and replaced, so that the effect of continuous operation of collection and composting is realized.
The working principle of the movable algae collecting-composting integrated device is as follows: the working personnel make the hull run on the water surface of a river or a lake to reach the area with more algae aggregation, the water conveying pump 2 is started, the algae scraping machine 1 cleans algae on the water surface to the collecting port due to the power generated by the forward movement of the hull, at the moment, the algae water mixture is conveyed into the centrifugal machine 3-1 through the water conveying pump 2, the centrifugal machine 3-1 is started to keep the rotating speed at 7000r/min, the centrifugal machine is continuously centrifuged for 5min, the rotating speed is adjusted to 15r/min, the scraping plate is controlled to extend into the centrifugal machine 3-1, meanwhile, the algae content self-checking device detects the SS concentration in the centrifugally separated water body, the SS concentration is lower than the background value, and the water body in the water storage tank 4-2 is automatically discharged and enters the river or the lake. In the composting device 4, the temperature in the aerobic composting box 5-1 is controlled to be 60 ℃ by an electronic control console, bran is added as a conditioning agent, a ventilation pump 5-7 ventilates once every 15 minutes, the duration is 10 minutes, and a stirrer 5-4 at the bottom of the composting box continuously stirs at the rotating speed of 30r/min. After the maturity meters 5-6 indicate that the algae compost is mature, the composting apparatus 4 is turned off by the electronic console.
