Abstract

本发明公开了一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1,材料的准备;S2,原料的处理;S3,片材的挤出;S4,发泡定型;S5,片材的复合。本发明将聚乙烯和橡胶混合,来制备发泡材料,弹性好、耐磨、耐热且耐老化,同时增强剂的添加,可进一步的大幅度的体操垫的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率,以及冲击强度,可满足运动员长期使用的弹性和耐性需求;在原料中添加活性炭粉末,使得体操垫具备极佳的吸湿和除臭性能;合理的交联度控制,可提高产品的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及耐高温能力,且工艺过程简单,适用于批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及体操垫的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济体育的不断发展,体操的运动难度越来越大,对于运动员来说,危险也越来越大,因此,对于防护用的体操垫的要求也越来越高。体操垫需要有足够缓冲能力,才能最大限度的保护运动员免于受伤。但是,目前体操比赛或训练所用的体操垫,多采用结构式单一的海绵层,采用这种结构和材料制成的体操垫只能达到国际体联标准的基本要求,而有些体操垫的不同位置软硬度不一致,用久了也容易发生老化形变,弹性减弱,从而影响运动员的技术水平发挥。另外,长期使用垫子容易滋生细菌,影响使用者的健康,为此我们设计出了一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括聚乙烯200份、橡胶或者弹性体材料20~40份、活性炭10~30份、阻燃剂20~45、发泡剂15~50份、增强剂3~10份、交联剂2~7份和色母0~10份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过100~120目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在108~120℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:对S3中挤出的片材进行交联处理并在130~280℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
优选的,所述S1中的聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯,阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺等。
优选的,所述S1中的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯或过氧化苯甲酰。
优选的,所述S1中的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺。
优选的,所述S1中的增强剂采用马来酸酐接枝物。
优选的,所述S5中的体操垫的底层需要通过胶层贴合防滑布层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、聚乙烯和橡胶混合制备的发泡材料,弹性好、耐磨、耐热且耐老化,同时配合DH-1型号增强剂的添加,可进一步的大幅度的体操垫的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率,以及冲击强度,可满足运动员长期使用的弹性和耐性需求;
2、在原料中添加活性炭粉末,使得体操垫具备极佳的吸湿和除臭性能。
3、在发体操垫的制备工艺中,合理的交联控制,可提高产品的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及耐高温能力,且工艺过程简单,适用于批量生产。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括聚乙烯200份、乙丙橡胶50份、活性炭30份、阻燃剂20份、发泡剂16份、增强剂3份、交联剂2份和色母5份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过100目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在108℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:将S3中交联后的产物在130~220℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
实施例二
一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括聚乙烯200份、乙烯辛烯共聚物35份、活性炭40份、阻燃剂30、发泡剂12份、增强剂6份、交联剂4份和色母15份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过105目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在114℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:对S3中挤出的片材进行交联处理并在120~280℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
实施例三
一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括聚乙烯200份、乙丙橡胶15份、弹性体20份、活性炭20份、阻燃剂36、发泡剂16份、增强剂8份、交联剂5份和色母6份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过115目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在118℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:对S3中挤出的片材进行交联处理并在130~240℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
实施例四
一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括低密度聚乙烯180份、线性低密度聚乙烯20份、乙丙橡胶5份、活性炭50份、阻燃剂45、发泡剂20份、增强剂10份、交联剂7份和色母5份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过120目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在120℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:对S3中挤出的片材进行交联处理并在120~280℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
上述四组实施例中,采用的是相同颜色的色母粒,利用四组实施例可制备四组体 操垫,相同的条件下对四组体操垫进行部分性能测试,得到下表:

通过上表可看出,实施三制备的体操垫弹性好、断裂拉伸率和拉伸强度较高,为最佳实施例。

1.一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,材料的准备:按照比例称取原料,包括聚乙烯200份、橡胶或者弹性体材料20~40份、活性炭10~30份、阻燃剂20~45、发泡剂15~50份、增强剂3~10份、交联剂2~7份和色母0~10份;
S2,原料的处理:将活性炭添加研磨机中,过100~120目筛,得到活性炭粉末,然后将活性炭粉末和其他原料放入后搅拌机中,充分搅拌混合;
S3,片材的挤出:将S2中搅拌后的混合物添加到单螺杆挤出机中,在108~120℃的温度下,挤出片材;
S4,发泡定型:对S3中挤出的片材进行交联处理并在130~280℃的温度下发泡,并进行冷却定型处理,对定型后的片材进行剪裁;
S5,片材的复合:将S4中裁剪后的片材进行复合,最终得到体操垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中的聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯等,阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺、氢氧化镁等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中的增强剂采用马来酸酐接枝物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高回弹复合体操垫制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中的体操垫的底层需要通过胶层贴合防滑布层。
