本发明提供一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,包括芯层、热封层与镀铝层,所述镀铝层选择原料为无规共聚聚丙烯、铝丝、增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂,所述芯层选择原料为CPP薄膜用共聚聚丙烯,所述热封层选择原料百分比为无规共聚热封性聚丙烯、附着力促进剂与抗老化剂,S1原料混合、S2挤出、S3复合片材、S4测厚、S5电晕、S6收卷、S7镀铝。本发明通过在真空镀铝CPP膜的镀铝层中加入增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂,有效的有效的增加镀铝层与CPP膜之间的使用寿命,防止CPP长期使用,导致镀铝层脱落,并且增强了CPP膜的韧性,防止CPP膜在拉伸过程中,损坏镀铝层,并且减少紫外线对真空镀铝CPP膜的损害,防止老化。

背景技术
镀铝CPP薄膜是通过真空镀铝工艺将一层薄薄的铝原子堆积到优质流延CPP薄膜上而形成的阻隔性薄膜,具有亮丽的金属光泽度,优异的气体和光线阻隔性以及良好的防潮、遮光,可替代铝箔等使用的优点。
然而,CPP真空镀铝薄膜的保存期在3~6个月,超期保存电晕处理会消退,镀铝层的附着力也将减弱,薄膜拉伸便会脱铝。
因此,发明一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法来解决上述问题很有必要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,包括芯层、热封层与镀铝层,所述镀铝层选择原料百分比为无规共聚聚丙烯79.5%-89%、铝丝5%-7%、增韧剂0.5%-1%、附着力促进剂1%-3%、光屏蔽剂2%-5%与抗老化剂2%-5%;
所述芯层选择原料为CPP薄膜用共聚聚丙烯,所述芯层材料重量百分比为100%;
所述热封层选择原料百分比为无规共聚热封性聚丙烯88%-93%、附着力促进剂2%-5%与抗老化剂5%-7%。
基于上述一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
S1原料混合:将芯层、镀铝层与热封层分开单独按照比例进行混合,搅拌,原料混合均匀;
S2挤出:将混合后的原料分别加入规格相同的三个挤出机中,进行加温挤出塑化,挤出机的加热温度控制在239度,加热的压力保持为16MPa,挤出温度控制在160-220度;
S3复合片材:将挤出成型后的膜层注入复合模头中,在模头内将三台挤出机输出的物料进行复合分层,经模头调整出相应的制品厚度后输出复合片材,复合片材从模头中挤出使用冷却辊进行冷却,冷却辊的温度控制在22度;
S4测厚:使用电阻法和光密度法对镀铝层进行测量厚度;
S5电晕:对镀铝层进行电晕火花处理,电晕电流控制在6.0A,处理后的镀铝层表面张力为44-48MN/m;
S6收卷:使用收卷机对成型后的薄膜进行收卷,收卷的速度控制为70r/min;
S7镀铝:将收卷后的薄膜放置在真空箱中进行镀铝,将真空箱中抽真空,将真空度控制在7*10-4Pa,使用高频电子束将铝丝加热至1200-1400度,使铝丝融化蒸发,然后进行收放薄膜,使汽化后的铝丝冷凝并附在被镀的薄膜表面,形成一层连续的铝层,铝层的厚度控制在25-30nm。
优选的,所述增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂均为高沸点添加剂。

本发明与现有的真空镀铝CPP膜相比,本发明通过在真空镀铝CPP膜的镀铝层中加入增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂,有效的通过增韧剂与抗老化剂互相作用使用,有效的使纳米SiO2-x使将云母材料的缺陷进一步填充,使云母适用于聚丙烯的加工方式,并且根据云母具有一定的抗老化作用,有效的增加镀铝层与CPP膜之间的使用寿命,防止CPP长期使用,导致镀铝层脱落,并且增强了CPP膜的韧性,防止CPP膜在拉伸过程中,损坏镀铝层,通过添加附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂,有效的使附着力促进剂增强镀铝层与热封层的附着力,防止镀铝层和热封层与CPP膜表面脱落,并且通过光屏蔽机剂,减少紫外线对真空镀铝CPP膜的损害,增强真空镀铝CPP膜的使用寿命,防止老化。

所述芯层选择原料为CPP薄膜用共聚聚丙烯,所述芯层材料重量百分比为100%;
所述热封层选择原料百分比为无规共聚热封性聚丙烯88%、附着力促进剂5%与抗老化剂7%。
基于上述一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
S1原料混合:将芯层、镀铝层与热封层分开单独按照比例进行混合,搅拌,原料混合均匀;
S2挤出:将混合后的原料分别加入规格相同的三个挤出机中,进行加温挤出塑化,挤出机的加热温度控制在239度,加热的压力保持为16MPa,挤出温度控制在160-220度;

S1原料混合:将芯层、镀铝层与热封层分开单独按照比例进行混合,搅拌,原料混合均匀;
S2挤出:将混合后的原料分别加入规格相同的三个挤出机中,进行加温挤出塑化,挤出机的加热温度控制在239度,加热的压力保持为16MPa,挤出温度控制在160-220度;
S3复合片材:将挤出成型后的膜层注入复合模头中,在模头内将三台挤出机输出的物料进行复合分层,经模头调整出相应的制品厚度后输出复合片材,复合片材从模头中挤出使用冷却辊进行冷却,冷却辊的温度控制在22度;
S4测厚:使用电阻法和光密度法对镀铝层进行测量厚度;
S5电晕:对镀铝层进行电晕火花处理,电晕电流控制在6.0A,处理后的镀铝层表面张力为44-48MN/m;
S6收卷:使用收卷机对成型后的薄膜进行收卷,收卷的速度控制为70r/min;
S7镀铝:将收卷后的薄膜放置在真空箱中进行镀铝,将真空箱中抽真空,将真空度控制在7*10-4Pa,使用高频电子束将铝丝加热至1200-1400度,使铝丝融化蒸发,然后进行收放薄膜,使汽化后的铝丝冷凝并附在被镀的薄膜表面,形成一层连续的铝层,铝层的厚度控制在25-30nm。
所述增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂均为高沸点添加剂。
所述抗老化剂采用云母材料为基料,将云母材料使用研磨法,使云母的颗粒直径小于10微米,所述增韧剂采用纳米SiO2-x(0<x<0.5)材料,将纳米SiO2-x材料加入云母基料中,纳米SiO2-x材料与云母基料的质量分数分别为1%、30%。
所述光屏蔽剂采用纳米TiO2颗粒为基料,所述附着力促进剂采用XYS-1985-22,在附着力促进剂使用前,先使用正丁醇或其他醇类或二甲苯1:1的混合溶剂进行溶解。
所述镀铝层中无规共聚聚丙烯的流动速率为10g/min。
所述热封层中规共聚热封性聚丙烯材料为XC1057P。

Claims (7)

1.一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括芯层、热封层与镀铝层,所述镀铝层选择原料百分比为无规共聚聚丙烯79.5%-89%、铝丝5%-7%、增韧剂0.5%-1%、附着力促进剂1%-3%、光屏蔽剂2%-5%与抗老化剂2%-5%;
所述芯层选择原料为CPP薄膜用共聚聚丙烯,所述芯层材料重量百分比为100%;
所述热封层选择原料百分比为无规共聚热封性聚丙烯88%-93%、附着力促进剂2%-5%与抗老化剂5%-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1原料混合:将芯层、镀铝层与热封层分开单独按照比例进行混合,搅拌,原料混合均匀;
S2挤出:将混合后的原料分别加入规格相同的三个挤出机中,进行加温挤出塑化,挤出机的加热温度控制在239度,加热的压力保持为16MPa,挤出温度控制在160-220度;
S3复合片材:将挤出成型后的膜层注入复合模头中,在模头内将三台挤出机输出的物料进行复合分层,经模头调整出相应的制品厚度后输出复合片材,复合片材从模头中挤出使用冷却辊进行冷却,冷却辊的温度控制在22度;
S4测厚:使用电阻法和光密度法对镀铝层进行测量厚度;
S5电晕:对镀铝层进行电晕火花处理,电晕电流控制在6.0A,处理后的镀铝层表面张力为44-48MN/m;
S6收卷:使用收卷机对成型后的薄膜进行收卷,收卷的速度控制为70r/min;
S7镀铝:将收卷后的薄膜放置在真空箱中进行镀铝,将真空箱中抽真空,将真空度控制在7*10-4Pa,使用高频电子束将铝丝加热至1200-1400度,使铝丝融化蒸发,然后进行收放薄膜,使汽化后的铝丝冷凝并附在被镀的薄膜表面,形成一层连续的铝层,铝层的厚度控制在25-30nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增韧剂、附着力促进剂、光屏蔽剂与抗老化剂均为高沸点添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗老化剂采用云母材料为基料,将云母材料使用研磨法,使云母的颗粒直径小于10微米,所述增韧剂采用纳米SiO2-x(0<x<0.5)材料,将纳米SiO2-x材料加入云母基料中,纳米SiO2-x材料与云母基料的质量分数分别为1%、30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述光屏蔽剂采用纳米TiO2颗粒为基料,所述附着力促进剂采用XYS-1985-22,在附着力促进剂使用前,先使用正丁醇或其他醇类或二甲苯1:1的混合溶剂进行溶解。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述镀铝层中无规共聚聚丙烯的流动速率为10g/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空镀铝CPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热封层中规共聚热封性聚丙烯材料为XC1057P。
