one end of the base tape 11 passes through the space between the glue coating roller 22 and the first direction changing roller 23 and then bypasses the second direction changing roller 16, the third direction changing roller 17 and the packaging roller 18; one end of the plastic package belt 13 bypasses the package roller 18 and is connected with the base belt 11 at the package roller 18 to form a combined package belt 34, and then the combined package belt 34 bypasses the fourth direction-changing roller 19 and is wound on the belt winding roller 25.
The structure of the box body 1 of the invention is shown in figure 1, which is a hollow box body 1, in the embodiment, the box body 1 is big at the top and small at the bottom, and the insect catching opening 2 on the top surface of the box body 1 is a rectangular opening. The first installation roller 10 is arranged in the box body 1 and used for installing a base band 11, and the base band 11 is a plastic band or a rubber band and is of a strip-shaped structure after being unfolded; when one end of the base tape 11 is pulled, the first mounting roller 10 rotates and the base tape 11 is continuously unwound from the first mounting roller 10. In this embodiment, a glue box 20 is disposed below the right side of the first installation roller 10, the cross section of the glue box 20 is an inverted isosceles trapezoid structure, as shown in fig. 1, and the glue box 20 contains viscose and a sex attractant for attracting and catching insects. Wherein, the sex attractant is a biological trapping agent, is green and environment-friendly, has no pollution, and is mixed with viscose and then arranged in the gluing box 20. As shown in fig. 3, the gluing box 20 is mounted on the inner side wall of the box body 1 through a fixing frame 24, and a gluing roller 22 is mounted on the gluing box 20; the applicator roll 22 extends partially into the adhesive and sex attractant 31 as shown, and as the applicator roll 22 rotates, the adhesive and sex attractant 31 will adhere to the roll surfaces of the applicator roll 22 at different locations.
A second mounting roller 12 is mounted at the upper left corner in the box body 1, a plastic package belt 13 wound on the second mounting roller 12 is a transparent plastic belt and is also of a strip-shaped structure after being unfolded, and the width of the plastic package belt 13 is not less than that of the base belt 11. The first direction-changing roller 23 to the fourth direction-changing roller 19 are used for changing the moving direction of the base tape 11 or the plastic tape 13. A belt winding roller 25 is arranged at the lower part in the box body 1, and the belt winding roller 25 and the first mounting roller 10 are respectively driven by a driving motor.
The distance between the glue applicator roller 22 and the first direction-changing roller 23 is small as long as the base tape 11 can pass through the space between the glue applicator roller 22 and the first direction-changing roller 23, for example, the distance is less than 1 mm; this is so arranged that the tacky adhesive and the sex attractant 31 adhered to the applicator roller 22 can adhere to the base tape 11 when the base tape 11 passes through the applicator roller 22 and the first direction changing roller 23.
The base band 11 and the plastic package band 13 are combined at the packaging roller 18 and connected together, so that the plastic package band 13 covers and packages the surface of the base band 11 to form the combined packaging band 34, and insects attracted and adhered by the adhesive on the surface of the base band 11 are packaged by the sex attractant.
The second direction-changing roller 16 and the third direction-changing roller 17 are positioned at the same height in the box body 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the driving motor drives the tape collecting roller 25 to rotate, the combined packaging tape 34 drags the second mounting roller 12, the first mounting roller 10, the first direction-changing roller 23 to the fourth direction-changing roller 19 and the packaging roller 18 to rotate; on the one hand, the base strip 11 is unwound from the first mounting roller 10 and then passes between the glue applicator roller 22 and the first diverting roller 23; the glue spreader 22 is driven to rotate by another driving motor, the viscose and the sex attractant 31 are adhered to different positions on the wheel surface while rotating, and when the base band 11 passes between the glue spreader 22 and the first direction changing roller 23, one surface of the base band 11 is coated with the viscose and the sex attractant 31; with the continuous movement of the base band 11, the glued base band 11 reaches the position below the insect catching opening 2 (namely between the second direction-changing roller 16 and the third direction-changing roller 17), when the device is placed in a field, the sex attractant attracts insects in the field, and due to the action of the viscose, the insects are stuck on the base band 11 by the viscose and reach the position of the packaging roller 18 along with the movement of the base band 11.
On the other hand, after the packaging tape is detached from the second mounting roller 12, the packaging tape is combined with the base tape 11 at the packaging roller 18 and covers the surface of the base tape 11, the base tape 11 is coated with the viscose, so that the packaging tape is fixed on the base tape 11 under the action of the viscose, insects adhered on the base tape 11 are packaged to form a combined packaging tape 34, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the insects are packaged in the combined packaging tape 34, and the insect killing effect is also achieved due to the low-oxygen environment. The combined packaging tape 34 is finally wound on the tape collecting roller 25, and finally the combined packaging tape 34 is separated from the tape collecting roller 25, the packaging tape is a ready-made insect specimen, and the quantity and the type of the attracted insects can be analyzed in different periods of time according to the density and the quantity of various insects at different positions on the packaging tape, so that effective information is provided for the research of the activity rule of the insects. In this scheme, all kinds of components in the box 1, including each roller, rubber coating case 20 etc. all install on the lateral wall in the box 1.
As a further optimization of the above technical solution, in this embodiment, a squeegee 21 is disposed above the glue applying box 20, a side surface of the squeegee 21 is fixed on a side wall in the box body 1, the squeegee 21 has a rectangular block structure, a through groove 33 is disposed on the squeegee 21, two sides of a front end of the through groove 33 are respectively provided with a squeegee 32 inclined to a front end surface of the squeegee 21, the base tape 11 between the first direction-changing roller 23 and the second direction-changing roller 16 passes through the through groove 33, and the squeegee 32 is in contact with two sides of a surface of the base tape 11. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the base tape 11 adhered with the adhesive and the sex attractant 31 passes through the through slot 33, the adhesive and the sex attractant on both sides of the base tape 11 are scraped by the scraping plate 32 and dropped into the gluing box 20 without waste, and two portions of the base tape 11 without the adhesive and the sex attractant 31 are left, as shown in fig. 6.
Further, the plastic package belt 13 is a transparent plastic belt, two sides of the plastic package belt 13 along the length direction are respectively provided with a glue layer 35, and the glue layer 35 is covered with the coating film 15; a tape separating roller 14 is arranged above the second mounting roller 12, and one end of the coating film 15 is wound on the tape separating roller 14; as shown in fig. 1 and 4. The packaging roller 18 comprises a roller shaft, a pair of rollers is arranged on the roller shaft at intervals, and the width of the roller surface of each roller is not smaller than the width of the glue layer 35.
The tape separating roller 14 is also driven to rotate by a driving motor, when the plastic tape 13 is separated from the second mounting roller 12, the coating film 15 is torn off from the adhesive layer 35 along with the rotation of the tape separating roller 14, so that the adhesive layer 35 on the plastic tape 13 is exposed, and thus when the plastic tape passes through the packaging roller 18, the adhesive layer 35 on the plastic tape 13 is bonded with two non-glued parts on the surface of the base tape 11 under the action of the packaging roller 18, so as to complete packaging. By adopting the structure design, the advantages are that:
if the surface of the base band 11 is coated with the adhesive and the sex attractant 31, when the base band 11 passes through the lower part of the insect catching port 2, the attracted insects may be adhered to the two sides of the base band 11, and when the packaging roller 18 is used for packaging, the insects on the two sides of the base band 11 can cause the problem of poor packaging and affect the quality of a specimen, so that the method of scraping the adhesive on the two sides of the surface of the base band 11 is adopted, and the plastic packaging band 13 with the adhesive layer 35 is used for packaging, so that the condition of poor packaging can be effectively improved. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the encapsulation roller 18 is different from the direction-changing roller, in this embodiment, the roller on the encapsulation roller 18 is matched with the glue layer 35, and when the base tape 11 and the plastic package tape 13 pass through the encapsulation roller 18, the glue layer 35 on the plastic package tape 13 can be better attached to the non-glue-coated area on the base tape 11 under the pressure action of the roller on the encapsulation roller 18, so as to achieve a better encapsulation effect. Adopt such encapsulation roller 18 structure, the additional advantage is, because the diameter of gyro wheel is greater than the roller, like this baseband 11 when the gyro wheel, on the baseband 11 except that the not rubber coating region in both sides, the region in middle part can not contact with the roller, has just so effectively avoided the regional adhesive insect of middle part rubber coating to make the insect crushed under the effect of encapsulation roller 18 extrusion, has guaranteed the integrality of sample.
In the driving motor in the scheme, the power source is solar energy, and an external power supply is not needed. Specifically, a storage battery 26 is arranged at the bottom in the box body 1, a first solar cell panel 7 is arranged at the top of the box body 1, a side groove 4 is formed in the side wall of the box body 1, a rotating shaft is arranged at the lower end of the side groove 4, a supporting plate 5 is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a second solar cell panel 6 is arranged on the supporting plate 5; a take-up and pay-off wheel 9 is arranged in the box body 1, a pull wire 8 is wound on the take-up and pay-off wheel 9, and the pull wire 8 is connected with the supporting plate 5; the first solar cell panel 7 and the second solar cell panel 6 are both connected with the storage battery 26. As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a pair of second solar panels 6 is symmetrically disposed.
The supporting plate 5 is used for installing the second solar cell panel 6, and can be used as a side door of the box body 1 to conveniently open and take out a sample. The take-up and pay-off wheel 9 is driven by a motor. In this scheme, according to the position that the sun is different, through the rotation of take-up and pay-off wheel 9, utilize the acting as go-between 8 to pull backup pad 5 and adjust the angle of second solar cell panel 6, improve the utilization ratio of solar energy. The first solar cell panel 7 and the second solar cell panel 6 convert electric energy to be stored in the storage battery 26, and then the electric energy is supplied to each driving motor and the motor of the take-up and pay-off reel 9 from the storage battery 26. When transporting the device, the supporting plate 5 is completely recovered by the take-up and pay-off wheel 9 so that the supporting plate 5 is buckled on the side groove 4.
In order to be matched with the solar energy utilization, a bottom plate 27 is arranged below the box body 1, a support 29 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 27, and the support 29 can extend into a field soil layer to better fix the device; a rotating motor 28 is arranged at the bottom in the box body 1 through a mounting frame, and an output shaft of the rotating motor 28 penetrates through the bottom of the box body 1 and is connected with the bottom plate 27; ball grooves are symmetrically arranged on the bottom of the box body 1 and the bottom plate 27, and balls 36 are assembled in the ball grooves; the ball grooves are all round grooves. When the output shaft of the rotating motor 28 rotates, the output shaft is fixed with the bottom plate 27, so that the mounting frame of the rotating motor 28 drives the box body 1 to rotate on the bottom plate 27, and the orientation of the second solar cell panel 6 is adjusted; the second solar cell panel 6 is matched for angle adjustment, so that the second solar cell panel 6 can better receive solar energy. Specifically, a light sensor 30 is installed on the top of the box body 1 for receiving light information and providing the light information to the motor of the take-up and pay-off wheel 9, and a controller of the rotating motor 28, so that the angle and orientation of the second solar cell panel 6 can be automatically adjusted according to the position of the sun.
Preferably, the top of the box body 1 is provided with a trap lamp 3 which is powered by a storage battery 26 and is arranged at the side of the insect catching opening 2, and the trap lamp 3 can be turned on at night to assist in attracting insects.
