Abstract
本发明公开了一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~30份,聚氧乙烯醚10~20份,非离子表面活性剂5~15份,乙烯基磺酸钠3~15份,蓬松剂5~10份,渗透剂1~5份和去离子水20~50份。本发明能够有效降低吸毛机对毛头的去除难度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于磨毛布料的纺织助剂,特别是一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂。
背景技术
在磨毛布料的加工过程中,布料在经磨毛工艺后其表面会粘附有大量的毛头,这些毛头一部分会随布料的后续工艺落入不同的浸染液中,对浸染液或助剂的工艺稳定性造成影响,另一部分毛头则会持续粘附在布料表面,从而使布料在后续加工中产生瑕疵,降低了布料的成品质量。目前厂家对这类问题的解决方式是通过吸毛机在布料输送过程中对其表面进行吸毛,但由于毛头在磨毛后与和布料表面粘附牢固,导致常规的吸毛工艺很难直接将毛头进行吸除,从而降低了磨毛布料在加工后的整体质量。并且布料在常规磨毛工艺后形成的毛面硬度较高,从而进一步增加了吸毛机的吸毛难度,造成吸毛机去毛效果的降低。因此,现有吸毛机对磨毛布料的吸毛方式很难将毛头完全去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂。它能够有效降低吸毛机对毛头的去除难度。
本发明的技术方案:一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~30份,聚氧乙烯醚10~20份,非离子表面活性剂5~15份,乙烯基磺酸钠3~15份,蓬松剂5~10份,渗透剂1~5份和去离子水20~50份。
前述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~25份,聚氧乙烯醚10~14份,非离子表面活性剂6~10份,乙烯基磺酸钠5~8份,蓬松剂6~8份,渗透剂3~5份和去离子水30~40份。
前述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂中,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
前述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂中,所述渗透剂为渗透剂XP50。
前述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂中,所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
前述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂中,软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至8~9。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过对软化剂的原料和配比的设置,使软化剂在喷淋至磨毛布料表面后能够对布料表面的毛层进行软化,从而使毛料变得蓬松,降低吸毛机的吸毛难度;软化剂在对布料表面的毛头浸湿后还能够降低毛头的粘附强度,从而使毛头在外力作用下能够与毛层相互分离,进一步提高吸毛机对毛头的吸除效果;并且本发明在实现软化效果的同时还能够避免对布料的理化性能造成影响,从而使布料在吸毛后能够具有良好的完整性和成品质量。所以,本发明能够有效降低吸毛机对毛头的去除难度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~30份,聚氧乙烯醚10~20份,非离子表面活性剂5~15份,乙烯基磺酸钠3~15份,蓬松剂5~10份,渗透剂1~5份和去离子水20~50份。
所述一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~25份,聚氧乙烯醚10~14份,非离子表面活性剂6~10份,乙烯基磺酸钠5~8份,蓬松剂6~8份,渗透剂3~5份和去离子水30~40份。
所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
所述渗透剂为渗透剂XP50。
所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至8~9。
本发明的工作原理:本发明在磨毛布料进入吸毛机前,可以通过喷淋的方式对布料的磨毛面进行涂覆,使布料在喷涂后能够被软化剂完全浸湿。软化剂在浸湿后能够对布料表面的毛层进行软化,从而使磨毛层上的毛料变得蓬松,并降低对毛头的粘附效果,从而使毛头在外力作用下能够与布料完全分离。软化剂喷涂后,厂家可以通过毛刷滚刷或吸毛机吸毛的方式将布料表面的毛头进行去除,通过上述效果能够有效提高毛刷或吸毛机对布料的去除效果,从而提高了布料在去毛工艺后的加工效果和成品质量。
实施例2。一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20份,聚氧乙烯醚14份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份,乙烯基磺酸钠8份,蓬松剂6份,XP50渗透剂5份和去离子水30份。
所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至9。
本实施例通过对软化剂原料配比的进一步优化,可以有效提高对布料表面的毛料软化性能,使毛料在软化后能够进一步降低吸毛机的吸除难度。
实施例3。一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂25份,聚氧乙烯醚10份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份,乙烯基磺酸钠5份,蓬松剂8份,XP50渗透剂3份和去离子水40份。
所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至8。
本实施例通过对软化剂原料配比的进一步优化,可以在实现毛料软化效果和降低毛头粘附性能的同时降低对布料整体造成的影响,使布料在经软化去毛后能够进一步提高自身的结构稳定性和成品质量。
实施例4。一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,所述一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂22份,聚氧乙烯醚12份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份,乙烯基磺酸钠6份,蓬松剂7份,XP50渗透剂4份和去离子水35份。
所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至8。
本实施例通过对软化剂原料配比的进一步优化,可以将软化剂的软化效果和布料在去毛头后的成品质量达到最佳,具有良好的适用性。

1.一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~30份,聚氧乙烯醚10~20份,非离子表面活性剂5~15份,乙烯基磺酸钠3~15份,蓬松剂5~10份,渗透剂1~5份和去离子水20~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下原料配置而成:丙烯酸丁脂20~25份,聚氧乙烯醚10~14份,非离子表面活性剂6~10份,乙烯基磺酸钠5~8份,蓬松剂6~8份,渗透剂3~5份和去离子水30~40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为渗透剂XP50。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于,所述蓬松剂由聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合而成,聚醚改性三元共聚硅油、氨基硅油、柠檬酸和去离子水的质量比为15:12:4:20。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨毛布料用表面软化剂,其特征在于:软化剂在配置后,通过中和剂将软化剂的pH值调节至8~9。
