Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水土工布,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的聚氯乙烯,40~50份的聚酰亚胺纤维,5~10份的增塑剂和1~5份的二氧化硅。同时,本发明还公开了上述土工布的制备方法。本发明与传统技术相比,具有优良的防水性能,主要适用于河流、湖泊、港口的基建。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制造领域,具体涉及一种防水土工布及其制备方法。
背景技术
土工布具有优秀的过滤、排水、隔离、加筋、防护作用,具有重量轻、抗拉强度高、渗透性好、耐高温、抗冷冻、耐老化、耐腐蚀的特性,主要应用于水利港口、航道、铁路、公路等泥沙直径小受力大的工程。土工合成材料的应用起源于二十世纪五十年代,国内的土工布是国家的八五计划之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防水土工布。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述防水土工布的制备方法。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种防水土工布,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的聚氯乙烯,40~50份的聚酰亚胺纤维,5~10份的增塑剂和1~5份的二氧化硅。
一种防水土工布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;
(2)将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;
(3)经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;
(4)对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,
(5)将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,具有优良的防水性能,主要适用于河流、湖泊、港口的基建。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将重量份数的组分:40份的聚氯乙烯,50份的聚酰亚胺纤维,5份的增塑剂和3份的二氧化硅。加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。

将重量份数的组分:43份的聚氯乙烯,45份的聚酰亚胺纤维 10份的增塑剂和4份的二氧化硅。加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
实施例3:
将重量份数的组分:48份的聚氯乙烯,47份的聚酰亚胺纤维,8份的增塑剂和1份的二氧化硅。加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
实施例4:
将重量份数的组分:50份的聚氯乙烯,43份的聚酰亚胺纤维,7份的增塑剂和5份的二氧化硅。加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
实施例5:
将重量份数的组分:46份的聚氯乙烯,40份的聚酰亚胺纤维,6份的增塑剂和2份的二氧化硅。加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。

1.一种防水土工布,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:40~50份的聚氯乙烯,40~50份的聚酰亚胺纤维,5~10份的增塑剂和1~5份的二氧化硅。
2.一种防水土工布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将各原料加入往复式混炼挤出机中进行加热混炼,控制加热温度200~220℃,混炼4~8小时;
(2)将混炼后的混合物料从往复式混炼挤出机中挤出后进入单螺杆挤出机进行高压高温挤出,控制温度150~180℃;
(3)经过高压挤出后的混合物料通过过滤器过滤杂质,然后进入纺丝设备形成纤维;
(4)对生成的纤维进行裁剪,控制每条纤维长度不超过150mm,
(5)将纤维通过纺织机进行织布,最后成形后包装入库。
