The cover plate placing plate 40 for placing the clamp cover plate 31 is directly arranged on the rack 10 for arranging the CNC clamp machine table 1, the clamp cover plate 31 is directly placed on the cover plate placing plate 40 beside the clamp assembly 30 after being detached from the clamp assembly 30, the clamp cover plate 31 does not need to be moved to a far place to be placed, and the defect caused by the fact that the clamp cover plate 31 is moved to a far place in the prior art can be avoided.
The cover plate placement plate 40 may be located at the front or side of the fixture mounting plate 20, as long as it is not at the rear, because the operator generally installs or removes the workpiece to be machined facing the fixture assembly on the fixture mounting plate 20, it is relatively easy to place the fixture cover plate 31 in front of or at the side of the operator, and if the fixture cover plate 31 is to be placed behind the fixture assembly 30, it is inconvenient to operate and delays time. Preferably, the cover placement plate 40 is positioned forward of the clamp mounting plate 20, as shown in FIG. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the upper end surface of the clamp mounting plate 20 is higher than the upper end surface of the cover plate placing plate 40 by a certain distance, the operator stands in front of the rack 10 during operation, the cover plate placing plate 40 is in front of the operator, and the clamp mounting plate 20 is in front of the operator, so that the cover plate placing plate 40 is more convenient to operate than the clamp mounting plate 20, and no obstacle is formed between the operator and the clamp mounting plate 20 because the cover plate placing plate 40 is too high, no matter when the operator takes the clamp cover plate 31 from the clamp mounting plate 20 to place the clamp cover plate 40, or puts the clamp cover plate 31 back to the clamp mounting plate 20 from the cover plate placing plate 40. Preferably, the upper end surface of the jig mounting plate 20 is higher by 0.5 cm (centimeter) to 2cm than the upper end surface of the cover placing plate 40.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate better positioning and supporting of the jig cover plate 31 when the jig cover plate 31 is placed on the cover plate placing plate 40, an auxiliary jig 41 may be provided on the cover plate placing plate 40, and the jig cover plate 31 may be removed and placed on the auxiliary jig 41. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the cover plate of the clamp of the present invention, and the cover plate 31 of the clamp is provided with a locking buckle 311 for locking a workpiece to be processed. As shown in fig. 4, two locking buckles 311 may be provided at two opposite sides of the clamp cover plate 31, so that the two sides of the workpiece to be machined can be fixed after the workpiece to be machined is mounted on the clamp cover plate. The locking buckle 311 comprises a base 312 and a locking pin 313, the base 312 can be integrally arranged on the clamp cover plate 31, the locking buckle 311 is fixed above the base 312 through a screw, so that a certain height can be provided for the locking pin 313 through the base 312, and the locking pin 313 needs a certain height to fix the workpiece to be machined due to the fact that the workpiece to be machined has a certain thickness.
When a workpiece to be machined is installed on the clamp cover plate 31, the screw for fixing the lock pin 313 on the base 312 can be firstly detached, the lock pin 313 is detached, the workpiece to be machined is installed, and then the lock pin 313 is fixed on the base 312 through the screw, so that the workpiece to be machined can be fixed. It will be appreciated that the locking pin 313 may be removably mounted to the base 312 in other ways.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the CNC fixture machine of fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, the fixture assembly 30 further includes a lifting cylinder 32 and a fixture bottom plate 33. The middle position of the clamp mounting plate 20 is provided with a clamp mounting through hole 21, the lifting cylinder 32 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the clamp mounting plate 20, and the lifting cylinder 32 is positioned right below the mounting through hole 21, so that the lifting cylinder 32 can push the clamp bottom plate 33 to ascend or descend in the mounting through hole 21. The movable end of the lifting cylinder 32 is connected with a clamp bottom plate 33, and the clamp bottom plate 33 is embedded in the clamp mounting through hole 21.
The jig base plate 33 functions in combination with the jig cover plate 31 to position the workpiece to be machined, which is mounted between the jig base plate 33 and the jig cover plate 31. The clamp cover 31 shown in fig. 1 is assembled to the clamp assembly 30, and the workpiece to be machined is fixed to the bottom of the clamp cover 31 shown in fig. 1. When the fixture cover plate 31 is detached and placed on the cover plate placing plate 40, as shown in fig. 2, the cover plate placing plate 40 is placed with its bottom facing upward, so that the workpiece to be machined is fixed on the bottom of the cover plate placing plate 40, and then assembled to the fixture assembly 30, that is, the fixture cover plate 31 is detached from the fixture assembly 30 and then placed on the cover plate placing plate 40 in an inverted state.
Referring to fig. 3, before the workpiece to be processed is mounted, the movable end of the lifting cylinder 32 is in a contracted state, the clamp bottom plate 33 is lowered, the workpiece to be processed is clamped by the clamp cover plate 31 and placed on the clamp mounting plate 20, then the movable end of the lifting cylinder 32 is controlled to be raised, the clamp bottom plate 33 is jacked upwards, the workpiece to be processed at the bottom of the clamp cover plate 31 is compressed, and thus the workpiece to be processed can be limited and fixed through the clamp bottom plate 33 and the clamp cover plate 31.
As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of processing holes 314 are provided on the clamp cover plate 31, the processing holes 314 correspond to positions and sizes of workpieces to be processed, and a processing tool can process the workpieces to be processed at the bottom of the clamp cover plate 31 from the processing holes 314.
Referring to fig. 3, the clamp bottom plate 33 is provided with a workpiece positioning pin 331 for positioning a workpiece to be machined, and a corresponding positioning hole is also provided at a position on the workpiece to be machined corresponding to the workpiece positioning pin 331, so that when the clamp bottom plate 33 moves upward to abut against the workpiece to be machined, the workpiece to be machined can be positioned by the workpiece positioning pin 331, and the workpiece to be machined is prevented from moving between the clamp bottom plate 33 and the clamp cover plate 31. Preferably, the workpiece positioning pin 331 penetrates through the workpiece to be machined and penetrates into the clamp cover plate 31, so that the clamp base plate 33, the workpiece to be machined and the clamp cover plate 31 can be fixed into a module to be integrally positioned.
Referring to fig. 3, the clamp assembly 30 further includes a clamp fixing mechanism 34, the clamp fixing mechanism 34 is disposed on the clamp mounting plate 20, and the clamp fixing mechanism 34 is disposed at two ends of the clamp bottom plate 33, so that when the clamp cover plate 31 is fixed to the workpiece to be processed and clamped with the clamp bottom plate 33, the workpiece can be positioned by the fixing mechanism 34.
The fixture fixing mechanism 34 comprises an air cylinder 341 and a pressure head 342, the air cylinder 341 is fixedly connected to the fixture mounting plate 20, the pressure head 342 is fixedly connected to the movable end of the air cylinder 341, and the pressure head 342 moves under the driving of the air cylinder 341 to realize the compression and the loosening of the fixture cover plate 31. The cylinder 341 can be a lifting cylinder or a rotary lifting cylinder, and the movable end of the rotary lifting cylinder can rotate and lift at the same time, and can be an ideal cylinder type for driving the pressure head 342. The cylinder 341 may be disposed at the bottom of the clamp mounting plate 20, and the movable end of the cylinder may pass through the clamp mounting plate 20 to connect to the pressure head 342, so that the height of the top end of the pressure head 342 may be reduced, thereby facilitating the fixing of the clamp cover plate 31.

controlling the lifting cylinder 32 to ascend to drive the clamp bottom plate 33 to prop up the workpiece to be processed;
and controlling the cylinder 341 to move to drive the press head 342 to fix the clamp cover plate 31, thus completing the clamping of the CNC clamp machine table of the embodiment of the invention.
