本发明公开一种检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法,包括:首先测出壁板类零件中间区域的实际厚度;将壁板类零件放回成型工装上,贴合工装型面,边缘对齐工装预留零件切割线;用电磁测厚仪测量壁板类零件中间区域与工装型面的距离;把电磁测厚仪测量数值减去超声或磁力测厚仪测量数值,即得到壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度。本发明的方法通过将成型后的壁板类零件返回模具,利用电磁测厚仪间接检测壁板类零件中间区域的贴胎度,能精确地检测出壁板类零件中间区域的贴胎度,保证了此处的装配精度,为此类零件验收提供了定量数据。

一种检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法。
背景技术
壁板类零件是一种典型的复合材料夹层件,壁板类零件关键,结构复杂,对各项指标要求较高,尤其是中间区域存在装配关系,对零件的贴胎度要求高,现阶段主要采用传统的塞尺检验,因离零件边缘较远,检测误差大,难以保证此处的贴胎度,影响后续零件装配。为满足此类零件的贴胎度检测,亟需一种检测精度高的方法解决此项难题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种检测精度高的检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法。
本发明的上述目的是利用以下的技术方案实现的:
一种检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法,包括以下步骤:
首先测出壁板类零件中间区域的实际厚度;
将壁板类零件放回成型工装上,贴合工装型面,边缘对齐工装预留零件切割线;
用电磁测厚仪测量壁板类零件中间区域与工装型面的距离;
把电磁测厚仪测量数值减去超声或磁力测厚仪测量数值,即得到壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度。
其中,壁板类零件中间区域的实际厚度是利用超声或磁力测厚仪检测的。
本发明的方法通过将成型后的壁板类零件返回模具,利用超声测厚仪或磁力测厚仪,和电磁测厚仪间接测出壁板类零件中间区域的贴胎度,能精确地检测出壁板类零件中间区域的贴胎度,保证了此处的装配精度,为此类零件验收提供了定量数据。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图,进一步说明本发明的检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法。
图1是壁板类零件的示意图。壁板类零件是一种典型的复合材料夹层件,壁板类零件关键,结构复杂,对各项指标要求较高,尤其是中间区域10存在装配关系,对零件的贴胎度要求高,现阶段主要采用传统的塞尺检验,因离零件边缘较远,检测误差大,难以保证此处的贴胎度,影响后续零件装配。
图2是本发明的方法的检测原理示意图。如图所示,本发明的方法首先在测量点4,用超声或磁力测厚仪测出壁板类零件3的中间区域的实际厚度t。然后将壁板类零件3放回钢质成型工装1上,贴合成型工装型面2,边缘对齐工装预留零件切割线。之后,在测量点4,用电磁测厚仪5测量壁板类零件中间区域与工装型面2的距离T。最后,相减电磁测厚仪测量数值T与超声或磁力测厚仪测量数值t,即得到测量点4处的壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度d=T-t。

Claims (2)

1.一种检测壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度的方法,包括以下步骤:
首先测出壁板类零件中间区域的实际厚度;
将壁板类零件放回成型工装上,贴合工装型面,边缘对齐工装预留零件切割线;
用电磁测厚仪测量壁板类零件中间区域与工装型面的距离;
把电磁测厚仪测量数值减去超声或磁力测厚仪测量数值,即得到壁板类零件中间区域贴胎度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其中壁板类零件中间区域的实际厚度是利用超声或磁力测厚仪检测的。
