The working concrete implementation effect of the invention is as follows: the bench test conveyor belt platform for the seed metering device implements accurate test operation of the seed metering function of the seed metering device. The flexible seed discharging design is adopted to replace a belt surface oil brushing method, viscous oil is not needed to fix fallen seeds, no oil scale can pollute the environment, the seeds can be recycled, and cleaning work after a test is omitted. The surface of the conveyor belt is adhered with thickened rabbit Mao Picao plush cloth, so that seeds can gently fall on the surface without bouncing or damage, and the distance between adjacent seeds can be measured. The 36-gear variable speed transmission system is designed to replace a transmission mechanism with a general non-variable speed effect, the adjustable range of the belt transmission speed and the rotation speed transmission ratio of the seed metering disc of the seed metering device is large, seeds can fall on the surface of the platform according to different transmission ratios at corresponding plant distances, and the speed variable speed transmission system is suitable for agricultural requirements of different seeds for matching different plant distances. By adopting the design of passive seed metering of the seed metering device, the field sowing operation of the tractor hanging seeder is simulated, the seeder walks to sow, the rebroadcast rate of the seed metering device is reduced, and the seed spacing qualification rate is improved. The modular design is adopted, the modules are connected by adopting the bolt group or the corner fitting group, the structure is simple, the adjustment, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and the work is reliable.

the motor support (4) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the lower part of the conveyor belt (7) through a bolt group; the motor (5) is fixedly arranged on the motor support (4) through a bolt group;
the seed collecting device (9) is fixed at the front end of the lower part of the conveyor belt (7) through a bolt group;
the control box (2) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the upper bracket (1) through a bolt group;
the upper bracket (1) is provided with a seed metering system (3) and a transmission system (6);
the seed sowing system (3) comprises a fan (31), a seed sowing device clamping seat (33) and a seed sowing device (35);
the fan (31) is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the upper bracket (1) through a bolt group; the main pipe port of the tee joint (34) is communicated with the air outlet of the fan (31) through a clamp;
one end of each of the two hoses (32) is respectively connected with two branch pipe ports of the tee joint (34) through clamp installation, and the other end of each of the two hoses (32) is respectively connected with air inlets of two groups of seed metering devices (35) through clamp installation;
the two groups of seed metering devices (35) are symmetrically arranged and fixed on the two seed metering device clamping seats (33) through bolt groups respectively, and the two seed metering device clamping seats (33) are symmetrically arranged and fixed in the middle of the upper bracket (1) through bolt groups respectively;
two ends of a seed metering device chain wheel shaft (37) are respectively connected with input shafts of two groups of seed metering devices (35) in a transmission way through two seed metering device couplings (36), and seed metering device chain wheels (62) in a transmission system (6) are arranged in the middle of the seed metering device couplings (36) through jackscrews;
the transmission system (6) comprises a seed metering device chain wheel (62), a belt vertical type seat bearing (63), a seed metering device chain (64), a transmission chain wheel shaft (65), a transmission driving chain wheel (66), a transmission coupling (67), a transmission (68), a transmission driven chain wheel (69), a transmission chain (610), a conveyor belt chain (611), a conveyor belt driven chain wheel (612) and a double-row chain wheel (613);
the bearing supporting plate (61) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the upper bracket (1) through a bolt group;
two vertical seat bearings (63) are installed and fixed on a bearing supporting plate (61) through a bolt group; two ends of a transmission chain wheel shaft (65) are arranged on two vertical seat bearings (63) through jackscrews, a transmission driving chain wheel (66) is arranged on the transmission chain wheel shaft (65) through jackscrews, and a seed metering device chain wheel (62) and the transmission driving chain wheel (66) are driven through a seed metering device chain (64);
the speed changer (68) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the upper bracket (1) through a bolt group; an output shaft of the speed changer (68) is in transmission connection with a transmission chain wheel shaft (65) through a speed changer coupler (67), and an input shaft is in transmission connection with a speed changer driven chain wheel (69);
the outer end sprocket of the double-row sprocket (613) and the transmission driven sprocket (69) are driven by a transmission chain (610), and the inner end sprocket and the transmission driven sprocket (612) are driven by a transmission chain (611);
the double-row chain wheel (613) is arranged on the output shaft of the motor (5) through a jackscrew.

the conveyor belt (7) comprises a conveyor belt section bar (71), a positioning block (73), an adjusting screw (74), a bearing with a diamond-shaped seat (75), a roller (76), an industrial belt (77) and a supporting plate (78);
four diamond-shaped seat bearings (75) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of two ends of two conveyor belt sectional materials (71) through bolt groups respectively;
the two supporting plates (78) are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the middle parts of the two conveyor belt profiles (71) through bolt groups;
the two positioning blocks (73) are symmetrically arranged at the outer side of the front end of the conveyor belt profile (71) through bolt groups respectively, and the two adjusting screws (74) are connected to the two positioning blocks (73) through threads;
two rollers (76) are arranged at two ends of the inner side of the conveyor belt profile (71) through four diamond-shaped seat bearings (75), the two rollers (76) are driven through an industrial belt (77), and an input shaft of the rear end roller (76) is in driving connection with a conveyor belt driven sprocket (612) through a jackscrew.
3. The seed meter bench test conveyor platform of claim 1, wherein:
the lower bracket (8) comprises a section bar (11) and a roller (81);
the four rollers (81) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower part of the lower bracket (8) through bolt groups respectively.
4. The seed meter bench test conveyor platform of claim 1, wherein:
the seed collecting device (9) comprises a seed collecting funnel (91);
the baffle plate (92) is arranged at the inner side of the seed collecting hopper (91) through a bolt group, and the upper and lower positions of the baffle plate are movably adjustable;
the plug (93) is arranged at the lower part of the seed hopper (91) through threaded connection.

the motor (5) adopts an alternating current speed regulation motor, the model of the motor (5) is 3GN-15K, the rotating speed is 90 revolutions per minute, and the maximum allowable torque is 14.8 N.m.
6. The seed meter bench test conveyor platform of claim 2, wherein:
the power of the fan (31) is 400W, the voltage is 12V, the rotating speed is 15000 rpm, the maximum negative pressure is-12 kPa, the wind speed is 31m/s, and the current is 35A.
7. The seed meter bench test conveyor platform of claim 2, wherein:
the outer side of the industrial belt (77) is adhered with a plush fabric (72), and the plush fabric (72) and the industrial belt (77) synchronously move;
the plush cloth (72) is a rabbit fur imitation plush cloth; the color of the cloth is white;
the conveyor belt profile (71) is a 4080 aluminum profile.
