In the using process, the baking tray is conveyed to the feeding position 10 by the feeding line, the sensor detects the baking tray, the inlet tray pushing mechanism 2 operates to push the baking tray on the feeding line to the feeding tray holding platform 15, the empty hanging basket which runs to the bottom of the lifting section 520 along with the first chain 52 passes through the feeding tray holding platform 15 when being lifted upwards along with the first chain 52, so that the baking tray on the feeding tray holding platform 15 is lifted and walks along with the first chain 52, the food on the baking tray is proofed in the walking process in the box body 1, when the hanging basket runs to the lower section 522 of the first chain 52 and passes through the discharging tray holding platform 16, the hanging basket passes through the discharging tray holding platform 16, the baking tray is left on the discharging tray holding platform 16, the sensor detects the existence of the baking tray on the discharging tray holding platform 16 at the moment, the outlet tray pushing mechanism 3 is controlled to push the baking tray on the discharging tray holding platform 16 to the discharging line of the discharging position 11, the material outlet line conveys the baking tray out of the box body 1, and the baking tray is pushed in a full-automatic mode in a circulating mode, so that the baking tray is proofed in a full-automatic mode.
As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the first transmission mechanism includes: the front drive mechanism assembly comprises a driving chain wheel 80, a second chain 81 and a driven chain wheel 82, the driving chain wheel 80 is at least one, the driving chain wheel 80, the second chain 81 and the driven chain wheel 82 form a chain wheel transmission relationship in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the front driving shaft 70 and the rear driving shaft 71 are coaxially connected together through a coupler, the front driving shaft 70 and the rear driving shaft 71 are both rotationally connected with the box body 1, the driving chain wheel 80 of the front drive mechanism assembly is in key connection with the front driving shaft 70, the driving chain wheel 80 of the rear drive mechanism assembly is in key connection with the rear driving shaft 71, the rear drive mechanism assembly structure is the same as the front drive mechanism assembly structure, the driven chain wheel 82 of the front drive mechanism assembly is coaxially connected with the driving chain wheel 51 of the front chain transmission assembly and synchronously rotates, and a driven chain wheel of the rear drive mechanism assembly is coaxially connected with a transmission chain wheel of the rear chain transmission assembly and synchronously rotates.
Preferably, the number of the driving sprockets 80, the second chains 81 and the driven sprockets 82 of the front drive mechanism assembly and the rear drive mechanism assembly is two or more, the driving sprockets 80 of all the front drive mechanism assemblies are all connected to the front main rotating shaft 70, the driving sprockets 80 of all the rear drive mechanism assemblies are all connected to the rear main rotating shaft 71, and each driven sprocket 82 is coaxially connected with the driving sprocket 51 on different translation sections 521.
Preferably, the drive sprockets 80 of all of the front drive mechanism assemblies are integrally connected, and the drive sprockets 80 of all of the rear drive mechanism assemblies are integrally connected.
Preferably, the second transmission mechanism is a sprocket transmission mechanism, and the driving motor 50 drives the front main shaft 70 through the sprocket transmission mechanism.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, the front chain transmission assembly and the rear chain transmission assembly further include a chain tensioning assembly, the chain tensioning assembly includes a slider 90, a fixing plate 91 and a slider pulling mechanism for pulling the slider, the slider 90 is slidably connected to the box body 1, the fixing plate 91 is fixedly connected to the box body 1, the slider pulling mechanism is connected to the slider 90 and the fixing plate 91, the transmission sprocket 51 is rotatably connected to the slider 90 through a rotating shaft, and a line of force applied by the slider pulling mechanism to the slider 90 coincides with and is opposite to a line of force applied by the chain to the transmission sprocket 51 on the slider.
As shown in fig. 6, preferably, the inlet tray pushing mechanism 2 includes a tray pushing motor 20, a first connecting rod 21, a second connecting rod 22 and a push plate 23, one end of the first connecting rod 21 is connected to an output shaft of the tray pushing motor 20, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to a first end of the second connecting rod 22, a second end of the second connecting rod 22 is hinged to the push plate 23, the push plate 23 is slidably connected to the box 1, and the outlet tray pushing mechanism 3 has the same structure as the inlet tray pushing mechanism 2.
