Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,包括针刺毡、密封层、缓冲层、第一涤纶层、滤网层、拉伸层、第二涤纶层、耐磨层、凹槽和槽体。本发明的有益效果是:工作中涤纶层可以消除针刺毡在使用中产生的静电,静电不会影响正常的过滤。且拉伸层增加了针刺毡的韧性,针刺毡不易损坏,安全性能好,使用寿命延长。缓冲层在工作中增加针刺毡的缓冲性能,稳定性能好不易发生震动。工作中耐磨层外部的面积增加。待过滤的物质与耐磨层接触时进入凹槽和槽体内部,过滤的效率得到提高,快速高效。凹槽和槽体同时也增加了针刺毡的抗拉能力,针刺毡不易破裂损坏。

一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种针刺毡,具体为一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,属于针刺毡应用领域。
背景技术
涤纶针刺毡系列滤料采用非织造针刺工艺,并经热定型及其他处理方法制成,广泛用于工业捕尘,烟尘治理等方面。涤纶针刺毡滤料透气性好,经热处理后,表面平整光滑,不易变形、容易清灰。憎水憎油处理后的涤纶针刺毡滤料因其具有憎水性能,应用在高含湿量或含少量油污的烟尘时,可以防止糊袋,延长使用寿命。
但是现有的涤纶针刺毡在使用中仍存在一定的不足。现有的涤纶针刺毡在使用中容易产生静电,静电不易去除,过滤效率不高,过滤的品质不好,缓冲效果和抗拉伸的强度不高,外部表面积较小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中针刺毡在使用中容易产生静电,静电不易去除,过滤效率不高,过滤的品质不好,缓冲效果和抗拉伸的强度不高,外部表面积较小的问题,而提出的一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,包括针刺毡和密封层,所述针刺毡一端连接有密封层,且所述针刺毡内部一侧连接有缓冲层,所述缓冲层一侧连接有滤网层,所述滤网层一侧连接有第一涤纶层,所述第一涤纶层一侧连接有第二涤纶层,所述第二涤纶层一侧连接有耐磨层,所述耐磨层外部均匀设置有若干个凹槽,且所述耐磨层外部沿长度方向均匀设置有若干个槽体。
优选的,所述第一涤纶层和第二涤纶层之间连接有拉伸层。
优选的,所述槽体的深度大于凹槽的深度。
优选的,所述槽体内部均匀设置有若干个凹槽。
优选的,所述缓冲层的内部呈蜂窝形设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在针刺毡内部连接两层涤纶层,使得工作中涤纶层可以消除针刺毡在使用中产生的静电,静电不会影响正常的过滤。且拉伸层增加了针刺毡的韧性,针刺毡不易损坏,安全性能好,使用寿命延长。缓冲层在工作中增加针刺毡的缓冲性能,稳定性能好不易发生震动。
2、通过在耐磨层外部设置凹槽和槽体,使得工作中耐磨层外部的面积增加。待过滤的物质与耐磨层接触时进入凹槽和槽体内部,过滤的效率得到提高,快速高效。凹槽和槽体同时也增加了针刺毡的抗拉能力,针刺毡不易破裂损坏。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1-3所示,一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,包括针刺毡1和密封层2,针刺毡1一端连接有密封层2,且针刺毡1内部一侧连接有缓冲层3,缓冲层3一侧连接有滤网层5,滤网层5一侧连接有第一涤纶层4,第一涤纶层4一侧连接有第二涤纶层7,第二涤纶层7一侧连接有耐磨层8,工作中涤纶层可以消除针刺毡1在使用中产生的静电,静电不会影响正常的过滤。且拉伸层6增加了针刺毡1的韧性,针刺毡1不易损坏,缓冲层3在工作中增加针刺毡1的缓冲性能,不易发生震动,耐磨层8外部均匀设置有若干个凹槽9,且耐磨层8外部沿长度方向均匀设置有若干个槽体10,耐磨层8外部的面积增加,待过滤的物质与耐磨层8接触时进入凹槽9和槽体10内部,过滤的效率得到提高。凹槽9和槽体10同时也增加了针刺毡1的抗拉能力,针刺毡1不易破裂损坏。
实施例2
此外,请根据图1-3所示,其与上述实施例的区别在于:第一涤纶层4和第二涤纶层7之间连接有拉伸层6,拉伸层6增加针刺毡1的抗拉能力,针刺毡1不易损坏。槽体10的深度大于凹槽9的深度,凹槽9能设置在槽体10内部,增加槽体10的表面积。槽体10内部均匀设置有若干个凹槽9,槽体10内部的表面积增加,过滤的效率得到提高。缓冲层3的内部呈蜂窝形设置,蜂窝形的设置使缓冲层3的缓冲能力更好,稳定性提高。
本发明在使用时,首先,将进料管4与外部的送料机械连接,外部待干燥的碳酸钙从进料管4进入烘干箱1内部,经过高压喷头7落向翻转板16上,第一电动机5带动转轴9和翻转板16在烘干箱1内部旋转,碳酸钙分散向下坠落。坠落过程中与内部的热量接触,碳酸钙得到干燥。落入烘干箱1底部堆积在一起,第二电动机12带动旋转轴13转动,进而使挡板19搅拌碳酸钙,同时风机10通过两个进风管向烘干箱1内部吹动风力,热量散发均匀,碳酸钙被吹动起来。碳酸钙经过挡板19和旋转轴13的搅拌以及风力的吹动,充分均匀的与热量接触,快速的得到干燥,最后从出料管11排出。

1.一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,包括针刺毡(1)和密封层(2),其特征在于:所述针刺毡(1)一端连接有密封层(2),且所述针刺毡(1)内部一侧连接有缓冲层(3),所述缓冲层(3)一侧连接有滤网层(5),所述滤网层(5)一侧连接有第一涤纶层(4),所述第一涤纶层(4)一侧连接有第二涤纶层(7),所述第二涤纶层(7)一侧连接有耐磨层(8),所述耐磨层(8)外部均匀设置有若干个凹槽(9),且所述耐磨层(8)外部沿长度方向均匀设置有若干个槽体(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述第一涤纶层(4)和第二涤纶层(7)之间连接有拉伸层(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述槽体(10)的深度大于凹槽(9)的深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述槽体(10)内部均匀设置有若干个凹槽(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶针刺毡,其特征在于:所述缓冲层(3)的内部呈蜂窝形设置。
