本发明公开了一种汽车内饰件表面处理工艺,其步骤顺序为:对真木件表面进行砂光处理、真木件表面喷紫外线保护剂、静置16H以上、在真木件表面喷色漆进行上色、静置0.5H以上、头度底漆、静置4H以上、喷清漆、静置2‑4H、用800#砂纸手工打磨、再喷清漆,在真木件表面形成漆膜以及静置2‑4H,最终形成成品,本发明能够使真木材质的汽车内饰件表面触感更加真实,立体感强烈,负有弹性,外形美观、大气,且能够使汽车内饰件表面色泽长期保持崭新的色泽,避免紫外线照射变旧,使得产品可以长期使用也不易变旧。

本发明涉及一种汽车装饰件,特别涉及一种汽车内饰件表面处理工艺。
背景技术
为了使汽车内部美观、大气,汽车内部往往通过内饰板材进行装饰,目前汽车内饰件多采用人造革、织物、真皮、木皮等,往往采用真木材质作为汽车内饰件,。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种汽车内饰件表面处理工艺,该汽车内饰件表面处理工艺方便对汽车装饰板半成品外轮廓线的裁切。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车内饰件表面处理工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:对真木件表面进行砂光处理,使真木件表面平滑无凹坑;
步骤二:对经过砂光处理的真木件表面喷紫外线保护剂;
步骤三:将喷过紫外线保护剂的真木件在静置房内静置16H以上;
步骤四:根据真木件材质和设计要求在真木件表面喷色漆进行上色;
步骤五:将上色的真木件在静置房内静置0.5H以上;
步骤六:对真木件表面进行头度底漆处理;
步骤七:将经过头度底漆的真木件在静置房内静置4H以上;
步骤八:在真木件表面喷清漆;
步骤九:对喷清漆的真木件在静置房内静置2-4H;
步骤十:用800#砂纸对真木件表面手工轻轻打磨,使其表面光滑;
步骤十一:对经过手工打磨的真木件表面再喷清漆,在真木件表面形成漆膜;
步骤十二:将真木件在静置房内静置2-4H形成成品。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤一中将320#砂纸安装于圆盘研磨机上对真木件表面进行砂光处理。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的条件下喷紫外线保护剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述紫外线保护剂粘度为10-12secDIN 4mm,用量为70-100g/㎡。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述静置房内温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤六中底漆由封底剂和固化剂以1:1的质量比混合而成,底漆粘度为10-12secDIN 4mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,头度底漆步骤通过喷枪在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的环境下进行喷涂,底漆用量为50-80g/㎡。
作为本发明的进一步改进,清漆由主剂、固化剂和稀释剂按10:1:4的质量比混合而成,清漆的粘度为12-20secDIN4mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述清漆喷涂在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的环境下进行,清漆用量为60-80g/㎡。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种汽车内饰件表面处理工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:对真木件表面进行砂光处理,使真木件表面平滑无凹坑;
步骤二:对经过砂光处理的真木件表面喷紫外线保护剂,该步骤能够有效防止木皮在紫外线的照射下退色,使得汽车内饰件长期保持色彩,避免褪色变旧,最佳为沃特勒·拉克法布里克有限公司(Votteler Lackfabrik GmbH&Co.KG)生产的名称为PROVOTEC型号为89090-0-0000应用范围为汽车的木质部件、家具、室内装潢的对木材的紫外线保护剂;
步骤三:将喷过紫外线保护剂的真木件在静置房内静置16H以上,使得紫外线保护剂充分渗透并使得真木件表面保持干燥;
步骤四:根据真木件材质和设计要求在真木件表面喷色漆进行上色,色漆根据设计要求及木皮特点进行调配色母和稀释剂比例即可;
步骤五:将上色的真木件在静置房内静置0.5H以上;
步骤六:对真木件表面进行头度底漆处理;
步骤七:将经过头度底漆的真木件在静置房内静置4H以上;
步骤八:在真木件表面喷清漆;
步骤九:对喷清漆的真木件在静置房内静置2-4H;
步骤十:用800#砂纸对真木件表面手工轻轻打磨,使其表面光滑;
步骤十一:对经过手工打磨的真木件表面再喷清漆,在真木件表面形成漆膜;
步骤十二:将真木件在静置房内静置2-4H形成成品。
通过上述工艺步骤,反复喷漆和打磨,使得真木产品表面触感更加真实,立体感强烈,负有弹性,外形美观、大气,且产品可以长期保护崭新的色泽,不易变旧。
步骤一中将320#砂纸安装于圆盘研磨机上对真木件表面进行砂光处理。通过砂光处理,使产品表面光滑、平整,消除真木件表面原有的凹凸缺陷,保证后续喷涂均匀,表面光泽一致。
所述步骤二中在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的条件下喷紫外线保护剂。
所述紫外线保护剂粘度为10-12secDIN 4mm,用量为70-100g/㎡。
所述静置房内温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%。
步骤六中底漆由封底剂和固化剂以1:1的质量比混合而成,底漆粘度为10-12secDIN 4mm。封底剂最佳型号为39990-0-0000;固化剂最佳型号为38050-0-000。
头度底漆步骤通过喷枪在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的环境下进行喷涂,底漆用量为50-80g/㎡。
清漆由主剂、固化剂和稀释剂按10:1:4的质量比混合而成,清漆的粘度为12-20secDIN 4mm。主剂最佳型号为33179-7-0000、固化剂最佳型号为38553-0-0000、稀释剂最佳型号为T-82。
所述清漆喷涂在温度为20-28℃,湿度为40-65%的环境下进行,清漆用量为60-80g/㎡。
步骤十一中漆膜厚度为0.07±0.02mm。

步骤一:对真木件表面进行砂光处理,使真木件表面平滑无凹坑;
步骤二:对经过砂光处理的真木件表面喷紫外线保护剂;
步骤三:将喷过紫外线保护剂的真木件在静置房内静置16H以上;
步骤四:根据真木件材质和设计要求在真木件表面喷色漆进行上色;
步骤五:将上色的真木件在静置房内静置0.5H以上;
步骤六:对真木件表面进行头度底漆处理;
步骤七:将经过头度底漆的真木件在静置房内静置4H以上;
步骤八:在真木件表面喷清漆;
步骤九:对喷清漆的真木件在静置房内静置2-4H;
步骤十:用800#砂纸对真木件表面手工轻轻打磨,使其表面光滑;
步骤十一:对经过手工打磨的真木件表面再喷清漆,在真木件表面形成漆膜;
步骤十二:将真木件在静置房内静置2-4H形成成品。
