背景技术
中医认为肥胖是指人体的热量“收大于支”,多余热量转化为脂肪囤积体内,使体内脂肪细胞增殖或体积增大,进而导致体重超标!单纯的节食运动是没用的,必须要改变自己的酸性体质。现代人几乎八成以上都是酸性体质,肥胖与癌症病患则百分之百全部是酸性体质。身体越是偏酸,油脂越容易堆积,就好像酸雨污染环境,体内的酸性物质也污染身体内环境。当体内酸性程度越来越高,身体就启动保护机制,竭力生成脂肪,作为保护层。爱美之心人皆有之,肥胖往往令人生畏、生厌。网购一些内服减肥产品,结果没瘦多少还把自己折腾的不轻,恶心头晕、腹痛腹泻,去检查发现血压升高、心率加快,把人吓个半死!改变酸性体质,才能做到健康减肥!
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品的要求越来越高,面条是大众的主食之一,传统的面条是用小麦面粉加入适量的食盐和食用碱压制而成的,然而,单纯用小麦面粉制成的面条营养价值却不高,膳食纤维含量低,维生素缺乏,矿物质缺少,缺少人体必需的氨基酸-赖氨酸,主要是由小麦营养成分的局限性和面粉加工过程中营养成分的损失造成的,长期食用对人体健康不利。市场上各种营养面条种类繁多,但中药制成的功能性食疗保健面条却是空白。本发明是将中药古方加以改进,与面粉结合制成面条,既符合大多数人的习惯、方便了食用,又增加了面条的药用功效,是对中药用途和面条新品的创举。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种脾虚痰盛性肥胖减肥面条的制备方法,采用槟榔、厚朴等中草药复合超微粉,按配方加入魔芋精粉、南瓜粉、黄豆粉和面粉制成的功能性食疗面条,将药效溶于面条,是对中药新用的创举,能解决肥胖之苦。
本发明的技术方案是:
1、中草药复合超微粉的制备:将槟榔75份,厚朴15份,酒军7.5份,青皮15份,苍术15份,半夏15份,云苓15份,白芥子10份,焦楂15份、枳实、白芥子、防己、杏仁各9份,白术、茯苓、大腹皮各12份,冬瓜皮、泽泻、赤小豆各15份,法夏6份,陈皮5份,川骨皮10份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;
2、混合制面:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。
实施例一:
将槟榔75份,厚朴15份,酒军7.5份,青皮15份,苍术15份,半夏15份,云苓15份,白芥子10份,焦楂15份、枳实、白芥子、防己、杏仁各9份,白术、茯苓、大腹皮各12份,冬瓜皮、泽泻、赤小豆各15份,法夏6份,陈皮5份,川骨皮10份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;
实施例二:
取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。

1.一种脾虚痰盛性肥胖减肥面条的制备方法,其特征在于:1)中草药复合超微粉的制备:将槟榔75份,厚朴15份,酒军7.5份,青皮15份,苍术15份,半夏15份,云苓15份,白芥子10份,焦楂15份、枳实、白芥子、防己、杏仁各9份,白术、茯苓、大腹皮各12份,冬瓜皮、泽泻、赤小豆各15份,法夏6份,陈皮5份,川骨皮10份,分别洗净复干,先粗粉碎过10目不锈钢筛,再同入不锈钢超微粉碎机中,微粉碎至过300目-400目不锈钢筛,得到中草药复合超微粉;2)混合制面:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐,按现有生产面条的工艺压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于中草药复合超微粉的制备配方为:槟榔75份,厚朴15份,酒军7.5份,青皮15份,苍术15份,半夏15份,云苓15份,白芥子10份,焦楂15份、枳实、白芥子、防己、杏仁各9份,白术、茯苓、大腹皮各12份,冬瓜皮、泽泻、赤小豆各15份,法夏6份,陈皮5份,川骨皮10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于混合制面得配方为:取按照步骤1所制得的中草药复合超微粉10kg,加入面粉65-75kg、魔芋精粉1kg、南瓜粉10-17kg、黄豆粉10-20kg充分搅拌,混合均匀,加入适量食盐。
