本发明涉及粉末组合物。粉末组合物可以以粉末形式使用,或者形成片剂或固体结构的整体或部分。粉末组合物可单独用作洗衣产品,以提供软化益处,例如作为辅助产品。或者,粉末组合物可以整合到另外的洗衣产品中以提供额外的软化益处,例如添加到粉末状洗衣洗涤剂中,添加到单位剂量囊剂中或掺入片剂中。
在一个实施方式中,粉末形成单位剂量囊剂或片剂的一部分,优选粉末包含在单位剂量囊剂中。更优选地,粉末包含在还包含洗涤剂组合物的单位剂量囊剂中。优选地,洗涤剂组合物在与粉末分开的隔室中。
重要的是粉末不粘,否则会引起涉及加工和将粉末混合到其他产品中的能力的问题。
硅酮组合物
适用于本发明的硅酮是织物柔软性硅酮。这样的硅酮的非限制性实例包括:非官能化硅酮,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)或烷基(或烷氧基)官能硅酮,和具有一种或多种不同类型的官能团例如氨基,苯基,聚醚,丙烯酸酯,硅氢化物,羧酸,季铵化氮等的官能化硅酮或共聚物。
软化性硅酮的分子量优选小于150000g/mol,更优选分子量小于125000g/mol,最优选分子量小于10500g/mol。
在一个实施方式中,分子量可以为500至150000g/mol,更优选分子量为500至125000g/mol,最优选分子量为500至10500g/mol。
使用TA Instruments Discovery HR-2流变仪在25℃下测量的硅酮的粘度优选为500至11000cP。粘度在0.1s-1和10s-1之间的剪切速率范围内测定,最大值作为粘度。
优选的硅酮选自聚二烷基硅氧烷,阴离子硅酮及其混合物。
最优选地,硅酮选自聚二烷基硅氧烷,氨基官能化硅酮,羧基官能化硅酮及其混合物。可商购的实例是Wacker SLM 441075,SFD209(来自Dow Corning)或X-22-3014E(ShinEtsu)DOW2-8566AMINO FLUID和DOW200FLUID。
可以使用硅酮的混合物。
硅酮可以是乳液或流体的形式。它优选是硅酮流体。
阳离子聚合物
阳离子聚合物也可称为沉积聚合物,这有助于将硅酮组合物递送到织物表面。
阳离子聚合物可以是天然衍生的或合成的。合适的阳离子聚合物的实例包括:阳离子瓜尔胶,丙烯酸酯聚合物,阳离子淀粉,阳离子氨基树脂,阳离子脲树脂和阳离子多糖;优选阳离子纤维素。
优选地,阳离子聚合物选自:阳离子瓜尔胶、阳离子纤维素和阳离子丙烯酸酯聚合物。阳离子羟乙基纤维素是特别优选的阳离子纤维素。
特别优选的一类阳离子聚合物是阳离子纤维素醚。这样的醚可以以商品名UcareLR-400(polyquaternium-10)或Jaguar聚合物(例如瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,JaguarC13,来自Rhodia)商购。
阳离子聚合物的分子量优选大于50000g/mol,更优选大于100000g/mol。分子量优选小于5000000g/mol。
载体材料
用于硅酮组合物和阳离子聚合物的载体材料可选自碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠及其混合物。这些是无机钠盐。
碳酸钠也可称为苏打灰,可从Tata Chemicals Europe商购。
轻质碳酸钠是优选的。
三聚磷酸钠可从Sigma-Aldrich商购。
在优选的实施方式中,载体材料是碳酸钠。
其他组分
除了硅酮和阳离子聚合物之外,可以将其他成分加载到载体材料上。这些可以是例如其他洗衣成分,有益剂或提供增强的消费者体验的材料。
一些特别优选的任选成分包括:
游离油香料
可以向粉末组合物中添加游离油香料和香味剂。这些可以是使粉末具有气味,在洗涤过程中提供气味或在洗涤后为纺织品提供气味。
如果需要,本发明的粉末可包含一种或多种香料。基于组合物的总重量,香料优选以0.01至10重量%,更优选0.05至5重量%,甚至更优选0.1至4.0重量%,最优选0.15至4.0重量%的量存在。
香料的有用组分包括天然来源和合成来源两者的材料。它们包括单一化合物和混合物。这样的组分具体实例可见于现有文献中,例如,Fenaroli's Handbook of FlavorIngredients,1975,CRC Press;M.B.Jacobs,Synthetic Food Adjuncts,1947,VanNostrand编辑;或S.Arctander,Perfume and Flavor Chemicals,1969,Montclair,N.J.(USA)。这些物质对于加香、调味和/或芳香化消费品领域的技术人员来说是熟知的。
特别优选的香料成分是释香(blooming)香料成分和实质(substantive)香料成分。释香香料成分的定义是沸点低于250℃且LogP高于2.5。实质香料成分的定义是沸点高于250℃且LogP高于2.5。优选香料组合物包含释香和实质香料成分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其他香料成分。
在制剂中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在用于本发明的组合物中,设想将存在三种或更多种,优选四种或更多种,更优选五种或更多种,最优选六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料成分的上限。
着色剂
通过添加一种或多种着色剂可任选地为粉末提供颜色。着色剂包含一种或多种染料和/或颜料。颜料/染料可以是任何颜色。这些可以是直接或非直接(substantive ornon-substantive)染料/颜料。优选的水平是其中颜色对于消费者是可辨别的并且在美学上令人愉悦的水平。粉末可以是多种颜色。
微囊剂
本发明的粉末还可包含包封有益剂的微囊剂。合适的包封材料可包括但不限于;氨基塑料,蛋白质,聚氨酯,聚丙烯酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,多糖,聚酰胺,聚烯烃,树胶,硅酮,脂质,改性纤维素,多磷酸盐,聚苯乙烯,聚酯或其组合。
优选的有益剂包括香料,润滑剂和任何其他油性材料。特别优选的有益剂包括但不限于以下:
a)硅油、树脂及其改性物,例如线性和环状聚二甲基硅氧烷,氨基改性的、烷基、芳基和烷芳基硅油,其优选具有大于50000cst的粘度;
b)香料组分,包括香味剂、香水和精油和树脂,芳香疗法活性物和前香味剂材料;
c)驱虫剂;
d)有机防晒活性物,例如,辛基甲氧基肉桂酸酯;
e)抗微生物剂,例如2-羟基-4,2,4-三氯二苯醚;
f)酯溶剂;例如,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯;
g)脂质和类脂质物质,例如胆固醇;
h)烃,如链烷烃、凡士林和矿物油;
i)鱼和植物油;
j)疏水性植物提取物;
k)蜡;
l)颜料,包括具有疏水改性表面和/或分散在油或疏水液体中的无机化合物,和;
m)糖酯,如蔗糖聚酯(SPE)。
最优选的有益剂是香料组分。香料成分包括有气味的材料和前香味剂材料两者。
当微囊剂包含香料成分时,特别优选的香料成分是释香香料成分和实质香料成分。释香香料成分的定义是沸点低于250℃且LogP高于2.5。实质香料成分的定义是沸点高于250℃且LogP高于2.5。优选香料组合物包含释香和实质香料成分的混合物。香料组合物可包含其他香料成分。
在制剂中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在用于本发明的组合物中,设想将存在三种或更多种,优选四种或更多种,更优选五种或更多种,最优选六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料成分的上限。
负载和承载能力
本发明的粉末组合物优选包含60至90重量%的碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠或其混合物,更优选65至85重量%,最优选65至80重量%。
本发明的粉末组合物优选包含15至35重量%,最优选20至35重量%的硅酮和阳离子聚合物的组合。
硅酮与阳离子聚合物的比率为5:4至10:1,优选5:4至8:1,更优选5:4至6:1,最优选5:3至5:1。
包含本发明粉末的最终洗衣产品优选包含10至30重量%的硅酮,更优选15至25重量%的硅酮。
优选地,硅酮、阳离子聚合物和载体占粉末组合物的至少90重量%。更优选地,硅酮、阳离子聚合物和载体占粉末组合物的至少95重量%。
生产方法
在一个实施方式中,本发明的粉末可通过以下方法制备:
-制备硅酮和阳离子聚合物的预混物;
-将所述预混物添加到碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠及其混合物中;
-混合;
-任选地将所述粉末添加到另外的洗衣产品中。
另外的洗衣产品可以例如是粉末洗衣洗涤剂,洗衣片或洗衣单位剂量囊剂。
粉末的用途
在本发明的一个实施方式中,粉末用于软化益处,换句话说,用作纺织品的软化增效剂。粉末可以掺入另外的洗衣产品中,或者可以用作单独的独立产品,其可以在洗涤过程中添加用于软化增效。
实施例
制备粉末
将载体材料添加到Cutter C6(例如,Sirman)混合器中,其配有面团混合叶片,混合器打开。将羧基硅酮1和阳离子聚合物2分别混合并在混合器运行时缓慢滴入混合器中。继续混合一小段时间以确保彻底混合。
目测评估粉末
目测评估所得粉末。可以更容易地流动的干燥粉末证明对硅酮、聚合物混合物更高的负载能力。潮湿和粘性粉末证明对硅酮、聚合物混合物更低的负载能力。
无侧限压缩测试
在该试验中,将新鲜生产的粉末压缩成致密的团块,并测量破碎团块所需的力。
将粉末装入圆筒中并使表面平整。将10kg固结重物缓慢放在粉末的顶部上并使其保持原位2分钟。然后除去重物并小心地从粉末中取出圆筒以留下独立站立的粉末团块。如果团块保持站立,则将200g重物放在团块的顶部上。如果在10秒后团块仍然站立,则将250g重物放在团块的顶部上。如果在10秒后团块仍然站立,则增加100g重物。继续增加100g重物直至团块坍塌。
记录实现坍塌所需的总重量(w.t.)。
粉末的粘结性按重量(w.t.)分类如下:
w.t.<1.0kg:良好流动。
1.0kg<w.t.<2.0kg:中度流动。
2.0kg<w.t.<5.0kg:粘结的。

碳酸钠和三聚磷酸钠载体与膨润土粘土相比较的目测评估证明,两种钠载体可以比膨润土承载更多的硅酮和阳离子聚合物混合物,同时保持流动粉末的性质。流动粉末是洗衣产品的加工和使用所必需的。
UTC结果还证明,与膨润土粘土相比,钠载体具有良好的流动/具有改善的流动,膨润土粘土具有粘结性并且需要显著更大的重量以使团块塌陷。如果载体是不良载体并且不保持所有的硅酮和阳离子聚合物混合物,则粉末粘在一起并且可以支撑重物。然而,如果硅酮和阳离子聚合物混合物被很好地承载,则载体是自由流动的粉末,其在重物置于顶部时崩散。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于洗衣的粉末组合物,其包含:硅酮、阳离子聚合物和载体,其中所述硅酮组合物和阳离子聚合物负载在所述载体上,所述载体选自碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠及其混合物,并且其中硅酮与阳离子聚合物的比率为5:4至8:1,硅酮和阳离子聚合物的组合重量为所述粉末组合物的15至35重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉末组合物,其中所述硅酮、阳离子聚合物和载体占所述粉末组合物的至少90重量%。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粉末组合物,其中所述硅酮选自聚二烷基硅氧烷、阴离子硅酮及其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述硅酮的分子量小于150000g/mol。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中包含所述粉末组合物的最终洗衣产品包含10至30重量%的硅酮。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述粉末组合物包含60至90重量%的碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠或其混合物。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述载体是碳酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物选自:阳离子瓜尔胶、阳离子纤维素和阳离子丙烯酸酯聚合物。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物选自:阳离子瓜尔胶和阳离子纤维素聚合物。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物的分子量大于50000g/mol。
11.一种单位剂量囊剂,其含有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粉末组合物。
12.根据权利要求11所述的单位剂量囊剂,其还含有洗涤剂组合物。
13.根据权利要求12所述的单位剂量囊剂,其中所述洗涤剂组合物在与所述粉末分开的单位剂量的隔室中。
14.一种制备根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的粉末组合物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
-制备硅酮和阳离子聚合物的预混物;
-将所述预混物添加到碳酸钠、三聚磷酸钠及其混合物中;
-混合;
-任选地将所述粉末添加到另外的洗衣产品中。
15.根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的粉末组合物用于软化纺织品的用途。
