Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产HUD(平视显示器)兼容式挡风玻璃的方法。
本发明还涉及一种通过所述方法获得的挡风玻璃。
背景技术
平视显示器(也称为HUD)是呈现数据而不需要使用者(通常是驾驶员)把目光从他们的通常视点移开的透明显示器。尽管HUD最初是为军用航空开发的,但现在,在商用飞行器、陆上交通工具以及其他的大多是专业的应用上使用了HUD。典型的HUD包括三个主要部件:投影仪单元、组合器、以及视频发生计算机。组合器一般是位于观看者的正前方的有角度的平坦玻璃,例如交通工具的挡风玻璃,该组合器以同时看见视野和所投影图像的方式将来自投影仪的投影图像重新定向。
在具有HUD的交通工具中,在挡风玻璃的外表面和内表面处反射时出现的双重图像通常通过在这些外表面与内表面之间包括适当的楔角片材来进行补正。由于此类楔角,来自挡风玻璃的内表面和外表面的所反射图像在观看者的眼睛处基本上重叠。楔角的适当值取决于挡风玻璃中的HUD视场的几何特征和位置、投影仪的位置、以及驾驶员的视点。一般来讲,被认为是对于不同驾驶员身高的最优折中的恒定楔角值被选定并且包括在挡风玻璃中。有时还使用可变楔角来更好配合不同的驾驶员身高。
具有此类楔角片材的挡风玻璃通常通过将楔形PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)片材夹在两个玻璃片材之间来制成。例如在文件US 5013134中披露了此类挡风玻璃。
问题是,楔形PBV片材是昂贵的产品,这显著地影响挡风玻璃的制造成本。
文件EP 2883693传授了一种用于生产HUD兼容式挡风玻璃的方法,该HUD兼容式挡风玻璃包括HUD视场,该HUD视场由具有适当楔角的楔形PVB片材部分的区域提供以用于补正在挡风玻璃的外表面和内表面处反射时出现的双重图像,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供所述楔形PVB片材部分;
-提供平面PVB片材部分;
-将所述两个单独的楔形PVB片材部分和平面PVB片材部分组装在一起;以及形成挡风玻璃。
然而,根据现有技术的这种方法,楔形PVB片材部分要么通过将该楔形PVB片材和平面PVB片材组装成一个在另一个上方、或通过用楔形PVB片材部分代替该平面PVB片材部分的一部分而被平面PVB片材部分围绕,要么包含在两个平面PVB片材部分之间。
虽然平面PVB片材比楔形PVB片材便宜得多,但是这种制造工艺还是成本太高。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种用于以较低成本生产HUD兼容式挡风玻璃的方法。
为此,本发明首先涉及一种用于生产HUD兼容式挡风玻璃的方法,该挡风玻璃包括HUD视场,该视场由具有适当楔角的楔形PVB片材部分的区域提供以用于补正在该挡风玻璃的外表面和内表面处反射时出现的双重图像,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供所述楔形PVB片材部分;
-提供平面PVB片材部分;
-将所述两个单独的楔形PVB片材部分和平面PVB片材部分组装在一起;以及
-形成该挡风玻璃,
其特征在于,
-该平面PVB片材部分组装到该楔形PVB片材部分的上方,以便处于该挡风玻璃的上部部分中。
归功于本发明,在对平面PVB片材部分的一部分进行切割或使两个PVB片材部分彼此上下设置的制造过程期间,该挡风玻璃的楔形片材仅仅包括两个部分,而没有之前的需求。因此有利地降低了制造成本。本发明的制造过程非常简单。
在本发明的方法的优选实现方式中,楔形PVB片材部分和平面PVB片材部分这两个部分的组件层压在两个玻璃片材之间。
在本发明的方法的有利实现方式中,平面PVB片材部分和楔形PVB片材部分这两个部分的相邻边缘具有相同厚度。
此类特征将允许该平面PVB片材部分与楔形PVB片材部分之间最优接合。
本申请还涉及一种通过本发明的方法获得的挡风玻璃。

具体实施方式
参考图1,交通工具的挡风玻璃2具有带有楔角1的HUD,或换言之挡风玻璃的厚度具有非零导数。在此类HUD中,从图像源5中的同一点射出的光线3和4在挡风玻璃2的内表面8和外表面9处进行反射发生之前被平面镜6和非球面镜7反射。在没有适当的楔角的情况下,这样的反射将导致生成两个对于观看者的眼睛10而言分开的图像。归功于楔角1的存在,HUD允许这两个分开图像重叠以形成单一虚拟图像11。
图2示出了挡风玻璃2的PVB片材部分的组件。楔形PVB片材部分21覆盖挡风玻璃区域的下部部分,并且平面PVB片材部分23覆盖挡风玻璃区域的上部部分,分区22与挡风玻璃的HUD视场相对应。这个分区22被全部包括在楔形PVB片材21的区域中,原因是在这个分区中需要楔角来补正由HUD投影仪生成的反射时的双重图像。线24与楔形PVB片材部分21与平面PVB片材部分23之间的接合处相对应。这样的接合在此可以通过热风焊接或超声波焊接来执行。PVB片材部分的组件具有挡风玻璃的尺寸。将这些PVB片材切割到应有尺寸在此是在焊接步骤之前分开地在每个PVB片材部分上执行的。这还可以在焊接之后直接在PVB片材部分的组件上执行。在切割和焊接步骤之后,PVB片材部分的组件在此层压在两个玻璃片材之间以便形成挡风玻璃。这个层压步骤可以在玻璃真空袋、真空环或轧辊的帮助下执行。
图3表示了图2的PVB片材部分的组件的从挡风玻璃的底部到顶部的厚度曲线。第一部分31与楔形PVB片材部分21相对应。第二部分33与平面PVB片材部分23相对应。平面PVB片材部分23和楔形PVB片材部分21的相邻边缘35、36具有相同厚度34。这允许平面PVB片材部分与楔形PVB片材部分31和33之间的最优接合。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于生产HUD兼容式挡风玻璃(2)的方法,该挡风玻璃包括HUD视场(22),该视场由具有适当楔角(1)的楔形PVB片材部分(21)的区域提供以用于补正在该挡风玻璃(2)的外表面(9)和内表面(8)处反射时出现的双重图像,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供所述楔形PVB片材部分(21);
-提供平面PVB片材部分(23);
-将所述两个单独的楔形PVB片材部分(21)和平面PVB片材部分(23)组装在一起;以及
-形成该挡风玻璃(2),

该平面PVB片材部分(23)组装到该楔形PVB片材部分(21)的上方,以便处于该挡风玻璃(2)的上部部分(33)中;
