技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种面料保湿整理剂及其应用。
背景技术
目前,在家纺面料领域出现了各类具有特殊功能的面料,如具有阻燃、抗菌、抗静电、抗紫外线、远红外、医用、保健、智能等功能的纤维或纺织品。由于家纺面料在使用时属于贴身使用,因此各类具有护肤保健效果的面料也越来越多地受到消费者的喜爱。
具体包括蛋白整理、芦荟整理,玻尿酸整理等等。
在功能纺织品加工领域,主要有两种加工方法:一是通过纤维或者纱线的处理,得到具有特殊功能的纤维和纱线,再利用特殊功能的纤维和纱线进行纺纱织造成具有特殊功能的面料,该方法的优点是最终面料的功能的持久性和效果较好,但是加工过程复杂且价格昂贵,同时功能呈单一化。二是通过面料在后整理的方式将特殊功能助剂以浸轧烘干的方式整理到面料上,该方法的优点是加工方式简单,操作方便,成本低等。但是也存在效果的耐洗性和持久性差的缺点,如果添加粘合剂又会影响面料的手感。
近年来,具有保湿护肤效果的面料越来越多地受到消费的热捧,尤其是在夏季的服装和贴身衣物的应用方面,而在家纺面料领域的应用也呈现越来越多的趋势。但是,在家纺面料行业对面料的手感和安全性要求更高,面料的需求量更大(一套床品8米左右),因此若利用功能性的纤维和纱线加工成功能性家纺面料的话,势必导致床品的价格更高,可能很多消费者无法接受;而如果采用面料后整理的话,不加粘合剂则无法满足家纺面料在使用时频繁的洗涤次数的条件;采用添加粘合剂的方式又势必会带来手感和甲醛问题。
CN105239371A公开了一种保湿面料的制造方法、面料、服装及保湿泡沫整理剂,就是利用粘合剂将保湿材料通过后整理的方法加工到面料上,但是该方法无法解决粘合剂带来的手感和环保的问题;CN103734953A和CN105803636A分别采用了粘胶基甲壳素纤维和芦荟保湿纤维,该类方法虽然不存在环保和手感问题,但是面料保湿效果比较差,无法提供较好的护肤保湿效果;CN205272767U在面料基层下表面增加了一个保湿层,但上述面料的制备工艺非常复杂且加工成本比较高,无法形成大规模产业化的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种面料保湿整理剂及其应用,利用溶胶技术将保湿效果极强的神经酰胺整理到面料上,整理后的面料具有手感好,耐洗涤的特性,同时具有极佳的护肤保湿效果。
一种面料保湿整理剂,包括神经酰胺和溶胶,其中神经酰胺质量为溶胶质量的10-30%。
进一步地,所述溶胶为硅溶胶或氧化铝溶胶;所述硅溶胶中氧化硅的质量分数为10-20%,氧化铝溶胶氧化铝的质量分数为10~20%。
进一步地,所述溶胶为中性或碱性溶胶。
进一步地,所述整理剂中还包括乳化剂,乳化剂的质量为神经酰胺质量的0.5-5%。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯基酚醚、Span-60或Tween-80中的一种。
上述面料保湿整理剂在面料保湿整理中的应用。
进一步地,所述应用具体是在面料的柔软定型工序将上述整理剂加至工作液中整理到面料上,定型温度为120-125℃。

食品以及药品的活性成分,具有广泛的功能特性。由于神经酰胺结构中含有大量的亲水性基团,神经酰胺可以促进表皮水合作用,增进表皮细胞凝聚力,防止皮肤干燥脱屑,使肌肤光滑有弹性;能在角细胞中形成床板双层结构,有效防止表皮水分散发;能渗透至表皮深处,能促使干性皮肤重新获得对水分的保持能力,故具有突出的保湿效果;此外,神经酰胺能激活衰老细胞,促进表皮细胞分裂和基底层细胞再生,增强皮肤屏障(或隔离保护)作用,防止外界刺激物质侵入,被誉为 “补水之王”,是透明质酸保湿功效的16倍。因此神经酰胺有较好的亲和作用,对皮肤有屏障作用、保湿锁水、美白、抗衰老、抗过敏等功效。同时神经酰胺是皮肤角质层的重要组分,参与细胞内信号传导,影响细胞的多种生理、病理过程,目前已经作为一种新型的生物活性物质应用于医药保健和化妆品行业。

本发明将神经酰胺与溶胶混合后通过后整理定型烘干的方式加工到面料上,整理后神经酰胺和纳米溶胶附着在织物表面,形成一层膜,具有类似皮肤的结构,利用神经酰胺的吸湿保水的作用和纳米凝胶的成膜性能,能够大幅提升织物的保湿性能,当该面料做出贴身的纺织用品时,尤其是作为家纺面料时,能与人体形成“第二皮肤”的结构,从而提升面料对人体的保护功能,提升面料的体验感和附加值。同时,纳米溶胶的作用不影响面料的手感,且能够渗透到纱线和纤维内部,不需要粘合剂的作用,也能大大提升神经酰胺的耐水洗性能。本发明的方法操作简单,工厂易于实现;同时还具有成本低,安全环保等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
所述面料经纬向都为100%天丝,纱支为60s,缎纹组织,具体规格为98.5’/TS60S*TS60S/182*120。
面料按照以下工序进行生产:烧毛→退浆→染色→烘干→柔软拉幅→轧光→预缩→成品检验。除了柔软定型整理工序外,其他工序按照天丝面料正常大货生产工艺进行。其中柔软定型工序中,柔软剂的用量为30g/L,神经酰胺-溶胶的用量为神经酰胺占布重的1%,定型温度为120℃,车速控制在25~30m/min。
实施例2
所述面料经纬向都为100%棉,纱支为40s,缎纹组织,具体规格为98.5’/CS60S* CS60S/144*176。
面料按照以下工序进行生产:烧毛→退浆→煮漂→丝光→预拉增白→印花→焙烘→柔软拉幅→预缩→成品检验。除了柔软定型整理工序外,其他工序按照天丝面料正常大货生产工艺进行。其中柔软定型工序中,柔软剂的用量为30g/L,神经酰胺-溶胶的用量为神经酰胺占布重的1.5%,定型温度为120℃,车速控制在25~30m/min。
实施例3
所述面料经向为100%天丝,60s,纬向为100%真丝,22D×3合股,缎纹组织,具体规格为118’/Ts60*桑蚕丝3/20/22D/173*180。
面料按照以下工序进行生产:烧毛→退浆→精炼→脱胶→漂白→染色→改性整理→烘干→柔软拉幅→预缩→成品检验。除了柔软定型整理工序外,其他工序按照蚕丝面料正常大货生产工艺进行。其中柔软定型工序中,柔软剂的用量为30g/L,神经酰胺-溶胶的用量为神经酰胺占布重的2%,定型温度为120℃,车速控制在25~30m/min。
对照例1
与实施例1的区别在于:面料的柔软定型工序中不加入神经酰胺-溶胶,仅加柔软剂。
对照例2
与实施例2的区别在于:面料的柔软定型工序中直接加入神经酰胺和柔软剂,不加入溶胶。
将上述实施例中的面料,采用人体测试的方法,在相同条件下测试受试者皮肤角质中的水分含量。结果如下表所示:
从上表的测试结果可以看出,面料经过神经酰胺-溶胶整理后,能够明显提升人体皮肤的含水率,说明面料经过整理后,由于神经酰胺较好的保水亲水效果能够改善皮肤的保湿效果。同时纳米溶胶的存在对面料起到保护的作用,与神经酰胺形成类似的皮肤保护层,大大提升了面料的保湿效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种面料保湿整理剂,其特征在于:包括神经酰胺和溶胶,其中神经酰胺质量为溶胶质量的10-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面料保湿整理剂,其特征在于:所述溶胶为硅溶胶或氧化铝溶胶;所述硅溶胶中氧化硅的质量分数为10-20%,氧化铝溶胶氧化铝的质量分数为10~20%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的面料保湿整理剂,其特征在于:所述溶胶为中性或碱性溶胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的面料保湿整理剂,其特征在于:所述整理剂中还包括乳化剂,乳化剂的质量为神经酰胺质量的0.5-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的面料保湿整理剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯基酚醚、Span-60或Tween-80中的一种。
6.权利要求1所述的面料保湿整理剂在面料保湿整理中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:在面料的柔软定型工序将权利要求1所述的整理剂加至工作液中整理到面料上,定型温度为120-125℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述工作液中加入的神经酰胺的质量占面料质量的1-2%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述工作液中的柔软剂优选非离子型柔软剂。
10.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:所述面料为针面料或机面料,面料的纱线为再生纤维素纤维,优选棉、蚕、麻、天丝、粘胶、莫代尔中的一种或几种。
