本发明涉及一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂及其制备方法,按重量份计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯8.0~15.0份、多元醇2.0~4.0份、水杨醛类希夫碱2.5~5.0份、低聚物多元醇6.0~12.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~3.0份、丙酮7.0~15.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份、中和剂1.0~2.5份、去离子水50.0~68.0份;而水杨醛类希夫碱由水杨醛与N,N‑二甲基‑1,3‑丙二胺通过反应制得。本发明制得的含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂具有良好的附着力、硬度、耐水性、耐碱性、防腐蚀性、耐久性等性能,作为抗菌涂料时,无需外加抗菌剂,能达到持久有效抗菌、杀菌效果,可用于内外墙涂料、木器涂料、金属涂料等,其应用潜力都非常巨大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性水性聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,尤其涉及到一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,属于合成树脂技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,自身健康、生活质量与居住环境受到人们的高度重视,伴随着工业的高速发展,人类生存环境进一步恶化,细菌、霉菌等有害微生物严重危害人类健康;人们在装修过程中,通常会选用具有抗菌效果的涂料,现有的涂料,在使用过程中,尤其是墙面涂料,使用后经常会在墙面上出现霉点,时间稍微长一点,易出现涂料大块掉落,且通常含有一定的甲醛或可挥发性的有害人体健康的有机物,严重危害人体的健康。
近年来,研究者对希夫碱类化合物的开发研究产生了浓厚的兴趣,希夫碱通常是指含有亚氨基(-C=N-)的一类化合物,我们常采用羰基与氨基进行缩合反应获得,由于羰基和氨基的取代基上所连官能团结构存在多样性及选择性等特点,改变其取代基类型可合成出诸多链状、环状、齿状等对称及不对称的结构各异、性质不同的席夫碱化合物,使得其合成出的希夫碱产品的功能、结构同样具有多样性及选择性等特点,广泛应用于我们日常生活中。
中国专利107286549A公开了抗菌树脂及其制作方法,用于涂覆在一个基材的表面,或可添加在其他树脂材料中,该抗菌树脂包含一种树脂型基团,及一种抗菌分子,该抗菌分子是由含有氨基硅烷氧官能基团的反应单体经水解反应及缩合反应的至少一种反应而得。
中国专利107699073A公开了一种抗菌涂料,由以下重量份原料配制而成:丙烯酸乳液50~70份、银离子抗菌剂0.3~0.5份、滑石粉20~40份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠1~3份、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物0.6~0.8份、钛白粉20~40份、丙二醇5~7份、三甲基羟戊醇异丁酸酯1~3份、pH调节剂0.5~0.7份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚基醚0.2~0.4份、防腐剂0.4~0.6份、水40~60份。
目前大多数抗菌涂料需外加抗菌剂,抗菌持久性差,容易脱落,而希夫碱除具有一般化合物的应用意义外,还具有有别于其他结构的独特生物活性,因此本发明利用希夫碱与聚氨酯结构的特点,制备出自身具有杀菌作用的水性树脂,其具有高硬度、杀菌效果良好、抗菌效果持久、性能稳定、对环境友好等特点。
发明内容
希夫碱化合物本身具有很好的抗菌、抗癌、除草等生理活性,例如对金黄色葡萄菌,枯草杆菌,大肠杆菌,革兰氏阴性菌等都有很好的杀菌活性,对新型隐球菌和白色念珠球菌也有很好的抑制作用,希夫碱类化合物杀菌速度快,高效低毒。希夫碱在合成上具有极大的灵活性,比较容易制备,反应步骤简单,产率高,并且稳定,易保存,合成水杨醛类希夫碱反应条件温和,操作简单等优点,水杨醛类希夫碱由水杨醛与胺类物质反应合成。
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服物理外加抗菌剂抗菌效果不持久、易脱落、一些抗菌树脂不稳定等缺点,本发明利用希夫碱具有高效杀毒的作用,将希夫碱结构通过化学键方式固定在聚氨酯树脂结构上,聚氨酯树脂由于具有希夫碱结构,聚氨酯树脂就是一个良好的杀菌剂,其能对金黄色葡萄菌,枯草杆菌,大肠杆菌,革兰氏阴性菌等都有很好的杀菌活性。
本发明采用聚氨酯作为希夫碱结构的载体,其具有硬度高、附着力好、耐水性好、抗菌性能持久等特点。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明将希夫碱结构作为封端剂位于聚氨酯树脂端位,其在成膜过程中,有利于希夫碱结构位于漆膜表面,增强杀菌效能。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种综合性能优良、无环境污染、杀菌效果持久的含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂的制备方法;制备的水性树脂,不需要额外添加其它抗菌剂即可使涂料具有持久抗菌性。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明涉及一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂的制备方法,主要利用树脂中的希夫碱结构达到持久抗菌效果,无需外加杀菌剂,按重量份计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯8.0~15.0份、多元醇2.0~4.0份、水杨醛类希夫碱2.5~5.0份、低聚物多元醇6.0~12.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~3.0份、丙酮7.0~15.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份、中和剂1.0~2.5份、去离子水50.0~68.0份。
所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷中的一种或几种组合。
所述的低聚物多元醇为分子量在1000~4000之间的聚四氢呋喃多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇、聚乙二醇、聚环氧丙烷多元醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI)中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明提供一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、在装有温度计、搅拌器的四口反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入多元醇、低聚物多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸,加热升温至90~105℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至65~70℃,装上冷凝管,加入多异氰酸酯与配方量二月桂酸二丁基锡,通入氮气,保温反应1.0h,然后升温至80~82℃反应2.0~2.5h,加入适量丙酮调节粘度,然后升温至85~88℃,缓慢加入水杨醛类希夫碱,加入时间为3~3.5h,然后继续保温反应1~1.5h,检测,当NCO值与设计值一致为止;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至45℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂,继续搅拌反应10~20 min,加入计算量去离子水,继续搅拌15 min,即得含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。

所述的水杨醛类希夫碱,按重量份计,其组成为:水杨醛18.0~28.0份、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺15.0~24.0份、乙醇50.0~60.0份、冰醋酸0.5~1.0份。
本发明提供一种水杨醛类希夫碱,其制备工艺如下:
在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝管的三口反应釜中,加入水杨醛和乙醇,升温至80℃搅拌均匀,另外称取N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺溶于适量乙醇中,再缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,并且加入适量的冰醋酸,搅拌回流反应4~5h,待反应完全再冷却至室温,静置过夜,抽滤,得到粗产物;将所得粗产物用乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,即得水杨醛类希夫碱。
本发明提供一种性能优良、抗菌性能持久、无环境污染的含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂及其制备方法。本发明制得的含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂具有良好的附着力、硬度、耐水性、耐碱性、防腐蚀性、耐久性等性能,作为抗菌涂料时,无需外加抗菌剂,能达到持久有效抗菌、杀菌效果,可用于内外墙涂料、木器涂料、金属涂料等,其应用潜力都非常巨大。

本发明结合以下实例对含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂的制备做进一步描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
一种水杨醛类希夫碱,其制备工艺如下:
在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝管的三口反应釜中,加入水杨醛25.0份和11.0份乙醇,升温至80℃搅拌均匀,另外称取N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺20.9份溶于22.0份乙醇中,再缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,并且加入适量的冰醋酸0.8份,搅拌回流反应4~5 h,待反应完全再冷却至室温,静置过夜,抽滤,得到粗产物;将所得粗产物用20.3份乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,即得水杨醛类希夫碱。
实施例2
一种水杨醛类希夫碱,其制备工艺如下:
在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝管的三口反应釜中,加入水杨醛22.0份和10.0份乙醇,升温至80℃搅拌均匀,另外称取N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺18.4份溶于20.0份乙醇中,再缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,并且加入适量的冰醋酸0.6份,搅拌回流反应4~5 h,待反应完全再冷却至室温,静置过夜,抽滤,得到粗产物;将所得粗产物用29.0份乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,即得水杨醛类希夫碱。

在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝管的三口反应釜中,加入水杨醛26.0份和11.5份乙醇,升温至80℃搅拌均匀,另外称取N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺21.8份溶于24.0份乙醇中,再缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,并且加入适量的冰醋酸0.7份,搅拌回流反应4~5 h,待反应完全再冷却至室温,静置过夜,抽滤,得到粗产物;将所得粗产物用16.0份乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,即得水杨醛类希夫碱。
实施例4
一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、搅拌器的四口反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入丁二醇1.8份、三羟甲基丙烷2.0份、聚四氢呋喃多元醇8.2份和二羟甲基丙酸2.5份,加热升温至90~105℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至65~70℃,装上冷凝管,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10.4份与配方量二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4份,通入氮气,保温反应1.0h,然后升温至80~82℃反应2.0~2.5h,加入丙酮11.0份调节粘度,然后升温至85~88℃,缓慢加入水杨醛类希夫碱3.6份,加入为3~3.5h,然后继续保温反应1~1.5h,检测,当NCO值与设计值一致为止;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至45℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂1.9份,继续搅拌反应10~20 min,加入58.2份计算量水,继续搅拌15 min,即得含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。
实施例5
一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、搅拌器的四口反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入丙二醇2.0份、甘油1.2份、聚四氢呋喃多元醇8.0份和二羟甲基丙酸2.8份,加热升温至90~105℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至65~70℃,装上冷凝管,加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯9.5份与配方量二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4份,通入氮气,保温反应1.0h,然后升温至80~82℃反应2.0~2.5h,加入丙酮12.0份调节粘度,然后升温至85~88℃,缓慢加入水杨醛类希夫碱3.2份,加入时间为3~3.5h,然后继续保温反应1~1.5h,检测,当NCO值与设计值一致为止;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至45℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂2.2份,继续搅拌反应10~20 min,加入58.7份计算量水,继续搅拌15 min,即得含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。
实施例6
一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、搅拌器的四口反应釜中,按配方的重量份依次加入新戊二醇2.2份、甘油1.3份、聚醚二元醇10.0份和二羟甲基丙酸2.8份,加热升温至90~105℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至65~70℃,装上冷凝管,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯13.5份与配方量二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5份,通入氮气,保温反应1.0h,然后升温至80~82℃反应2.0~2.5h,加入丙酮12.0份调节粘度,然后升温至85~88℃,缓慢加入水杨醛类希夫碱4.2份,加入时间为3~3.5h,然后继续保温反应1~1.5h,检测,当NCO值与设计值一致为止;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至45℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂2.2份,继续搅拌反应10~20 min,加入51.3份计算量水,继续搅拌15 min,即得含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。
性能测试:按照GB/T21866-2008测试树脂表面抗菌性能,性能测试数据见附表。
实施例中性能测试附表如下:
尽管本发明已作了详细说明并引证了实施例,但对于本领域的普通技术人员,显然可以按照上述说明而做出的各种方案、修改和改动,都应该包括在权利要求的范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其特征在于:按重量份计,其组成为:多异氰酸酯8.0~15.0份、多元醇2.0~4.0份、水杨醛类希夫碱2.5~5.0份、低聚物多元醇6.0~12.0份、二羟甲基丙酸1.5~3.0份、丙酮7.0~15.0份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.1份、中和剂1.0~2.5份、去离子水50.0~68.0份;
其中,所述的水杨醛类希夫碱由水杨醛与N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺通过反应制得;
所述的水杨醛类希夫碱,其合成分子结构式如下所示:
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其特征在于:所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、二缩二乙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、三羟甲基乙烷中的一种或几种组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其特征在于:所述的低聚物多元醇为分子量在1000~4000之间的聚四氢呋喃多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚己内酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇、聚乙二醇、聚环氧丙烷多元醇中的一种或几种的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其特征在于:所述的中和剂为三乙胺、氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂,其特征在于:所述的多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI)中的一种或几种的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,其制备工艺如下:
a、在装有温度计、搅拌器的四口反应釜中,按配方的重量百分比依次加入多元醇、低聚物多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸,加热升温至90~105℃之间真空脱水1.5~2.0h;
b、降温至65~70℃,装上冷凝管,加入多异氰酸酯与配方量二月桂酸二丁基锡,通入氮气,保温反应1.0h,然后升温至80~82℃反应2.0~2.5h,加入适量丙酮调节粘度,然后升温至85~88℃,缓慢加入水杨醛类希夫碱,加入时间为3~3.5h,然后继续保温反应1~1.5h,检测,当NCO值与设计值一致为止;
c、继续搅拌将温度降至45℃以下,缓慢滴加中和剂,继续搅拌反应10~20 min,加入计算量去离子水,继续搅拌15 min,即得含希夫碱结构聚氨酯水性树脂。
7.如权利要求1所述的水杨醛类希夫碱,按重量份计,其组成为:水杨醛18.0~28.0份、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺15.0~24.0份、乙醇50.0~60.0份、冰醋酸0.5~1.0份。
8.如权利要求1所述的水杨醛类希夫碱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备工艺如下:
在装有温度计、搅拌器、冷凝管的三口反应釜中,加入水杨醛和乙醇,升温至80℃搅拌均匀,另外称取N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺溶于适量乙醇中,再缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,并且加入适量的冰醋酸,搅拌回流反应4~5 h,待反应完全再冷却至室温,静置过夜,有深黄色的固体析出,抽滤,得到粗产物;将所得粗产物用乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,即得水杨醛类希夫碱。
