Abstract
本发明属于表面防护工艺技术,涉及一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法。其原理是:甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯两种单体在加热及过氧化二苯甲酰的交联促进下,两种单体的活性官能团发生交联固化反应,形成具有体型高分子结构的丙烯酸酯涂料。相对于热塑性丙烯酸涂料,该材料具有涂层美观,耐磨性、耐化学性、附着力、耐水性能良好的特点,制备成本也较低,可满足航空产品涂装需要。

技术领域
本发明属于表面防护工艺技术,涉及一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的双组分溶剂型聚氨酯涂料虽然具有硬度高、附着力强、耐磨性好等优点,但其VOC含量较高,不符合绿色环保的材料发展战略。本发明提出了一种水性双组分聚氨酯涂料,其综合性能接近相应的双组分溶剂型聚氨酯涂料,但其VOC含量只有后者的40%,符合环保要求,因此具有较好的应用前景。
发明内容
发明的目的
本发明解决现有涂料硬度低、附着力差、耐磨性差,且克服了双组分水性聚氨酯涂料VOC含量较高的不足。
技术方案
提供一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、丙烯酸多元醇乳胶和亲水改性多异氰酸酯的制备
将第一容器置于恒温环境中,在第一容器中加入复合乳化剂、有机混合材料、引发剂、去离子水和碳酸氢钠;有机混合材料为丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯和苯乙烯;对容器加热升温至75~80℃,并保温至少1小时使得反应充分,再次加入引发剂,并使得容器升温至85~90℃,并再保温反应至少1小时使得反应充分,之后使得容器降温至45℃以下,用向容器中加入pH调节剂,使得pH 值为7~8,过滤后得粘度为100~2000mPa·s,固体份质量分数为40%的丙烯酸多元醇乳胶;
将第二容器置于恒温环境中,在第二容器中加入HDI三聚体以及催化剂,加热至75~80℃,加热时伴随搅拌,在搅拌中滴加聚乙二醇单醚,使得滴加后溶液中的-NCO基团数量与-OH基团数量之比为6,反应充分后得亲水改性多异氰酸酯。
步骤二、双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的配制
将丙烯酸多元醇乳胶与亲水改性多异氰酸酯混合,使得混合后的溶液中的-NCO基团与-OH基团的数量比为1.2,同时添加消泡剂、流平剂使得溶液分散均匀。
进一步的,在搅拌时应用电动搅拌器或磁力搅拌器。
进一步的,所述恒温环境为恒温水浴或恒温油浴。
进一步的,所述聚乙二醇单醚为聚乙二醇单甲醚或聚乙二醇单乙醚。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠,所述流平剂为二丁基二月桂酸锡,引发剂过硫酸钾。
有益效果
本发明提出的丙烯酸酯涂料,其制备方法可操性较强,工序简单,容易控制,产品外观清澈透明,涂装后形成的涂层美观,耐磨性、耐化学性、附着力、耐水性能良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
制备的步骤如下:
1、清洗:将500mL甲基丙烯酸甲酯、500mL甲基丙烯酸丁酯装入分液漏斗中进行清洗。每500mL 液体加入1%的氢氧化钠溶液,在强震荡条件下清洗三次;
2、清除氢氧化钠溶液:对清洗后的单体用蒸馏水进行清洗,用蒸馏水清洗后单体再静置24h使用;
3、聚合:按配方称取清洗过的甲基丙烯酸甲酯10g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯90g,过氧化二苯甲酰0.10g,均放入锥形瓶中,搅拌使过氧化二苯甲酰完全溶解。锥形瓶接上回流冷凝管,置于75℃恒温水浴中,摇动锥形瓶,隔50min取出锥形瓶,用水冷却。
实施例2
制备的步骤如下:
1、清洗:将500mL甲基丙烯酸甲酯、500mL甲基丙烯酸丁酯装入分液漏斗中进行清洗。每500mL 液体加入1%的氢氧化钠溶液,在强震荡条件下清洗三次;
2、清除氢氧化钠溶液:对清洗后的单体用蒸馏水进行清洗,用蒸馏水清洗后单体再静置24h使用;
3、聚合:按配方称取清洗过的甲基丙烯酸甲酯12g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯91g,过氧化二苯甲酰0.11g,均放入锥形瓶中,搅拌使过氧化二苯甲酰完全溶解。锥形瓶接上回流冷凝管,置于80℃恒温水浴中,摇动锥形瓶,隔60min取出锥形瓶,用水冷却。
实施例3
制备的步骤如下:
1、清洗:将500mL甲基丙烯酸甲酯、500mL甲基丙烯酸丁酯装入分液漏斗中进行清洗。每500mL 液体加入1%的氢氧化钠溶液,在强震荡条件下清洗三次;
2、清除氢氧化钠溶液:对清洗后的单体用蒸馏水进行清洗,用蒸馏水清洗后单体再静置24h使用;
3、聚合:按配方称取清洗过的甲基丙烯酸甲酯11g、甲基丙烯酸丁酯92g,过氧化二苯甲酰0.12g,均放入锥形瓶中,搅拌使过氧化二苯甲酰完全溶解。锥形瓶接上回流冷凝管,置于78℃恒温水浴中,摇动锥形瓶,隔55min取出锥形瓶,用水冷却。
Claims (5)
1.一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、丙烯酸多元醇乳胶和亲水改性多异氰酸酯的制备
将第一容器置于恒温环境中,在第一容器中加入复合乳化剂、有机混合材料、引发剂、去离子水和碳酸氢钠;有机混合材料为丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯和苯乙烯;对容器加热升温至75~80℃,并保温至少1小时使得反应充分,再次加入引发剂,并使得容器升温至85~90℃,并再保温反应至少1小时使得反应充分,之后使得容器降温至45℃以下,用向容器中加入pH调节剂,使得pH值为7~8,过滤后得粘度为100~2000mPa·s,固体份质量分数为40%的丙烯酸多元醇乳胶;
将第二容器置于恒温环境中,在第二容器中加入HDI三聚体以及催化剂,加热至75~80℃,加热时伴随搅拌,在搅拌中滴加聚乙二醇单醚,使得滴加后溶液中的-NCO基团数量与-OH基团数量之比为6,反应充分后得亲水改性多异氰酸酯。
步骤二、双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的配制
将丙烯酸多元醇乳胶与亲水改性多异氰酸酯混合,使得混合后的溶液中的-NCO基团与-OH基团的数量比为1.2,同时添加消泡剂、流平剂使得溶液分散均匀。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:在搅拌时应用电动搅拌器或磁力搅拌器。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述恒温环境为恒温水浴或恒温油浴。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇单醚为聚乙二醇单甲醚或聚乙二醇单乙醚。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠,所述流平剂为二丁基二月桂酸锡,引发剂过硫酸钾。
