Abstract

本发明属于机加领域，涉及一种小型顶紧装置。在机械加工中，在夹具板上放置较多的工件，对工件的固定采用单个手动固定，且夹具不具有通用性。针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提出一种小型顶紧装置，在底板上具有倒梯形槽，压块具有腰型孔，内六角螺钉带自锁螺纹，穿过腰型孔将压块固定在所述倒梯形槽内，在所述腰型孔的长度方向上，所述压块在两端面具有楔形面，左夹块和右夹块具有与所述楔形面对应的斜面，并分别通过内六角螺钉和倒梯形槽内的紧固螺母滑动安装在压块两端。一次能夹紧两个工件，在垂直和水平方向均可安装，在同样的面积下可以夹持更多工件，减少空间浪费。且安装灵活机动，配合其他模组化元件，将大大提升生产力。

本发明属于机加领域，涉及一种小型顶紧装置。
背景技术
在机械加工中，在夹具板上放置较多的工件，对工件的固定采用单个手动固定，且夹具不具有通用性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提出一种小型顶紧装置，解决了在工作台上对工件的快速定位问题。
一种小型顶紧装置，该装置在底板上具有倒梯形槽，压块具有腰型孔，内六角螺钉带自锁螺纹，穿过腰型孔将压块固定在所述倒梯形槽内，在所述腰型孔的长度方向上，所述压块在两端面具有楔形面，左夹块和右夹块具有与所述楔形面对应的斜面，并分别通过内六角螺钉和倒梯形槽内的紧固螺母滑动安装在压块两端。
所述左夹块和右夹块之间通过弹簧拉紧。
所述左夹块和右夹块的外端面具有凸台，凸台外边缘与竖直平面呈5°夹角。
所述压块在水平方向的截面呈六边形。
通过所述倒梯形槽向左夹块1和右夹块4提供滑动轨道。
有益效果：一次能夹紧两个工件，在垂直和水平方向均可安装，在同样的面积下可以夹持更多工件，减少空间浪费。且该发明安装灵活机动，适合有夹持难度的工件，配合其他模组化元件，将大大提升生产力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述。
一种小型顶紧装置，包括左夹块1、压块2、弹簧3、右夹块4、底板5；紧固螺母6、内六角螺钉7、内六角螺钉8；左夹块1左右两端，一端凸台，一端呈V型斜面。凸台顶紧面与竖直平面呈5°夹角。左夹块1上端通过内六角螺钉7和紧固螺母6连接在底板5的倒T型槽中。左夹块1和右夹块4左右对称，左夹块1和右夹块4通过弹簧3连接；压块2在水平方向的截面呈六边形，左右两侧为V形楔形面，压块2中间开腰形孔，通过内六角螺钉8与底板5连接。底板5中间开倒T型槽，限制左夹块1和右夹块4的滑动方向；该装置通过内六角螺钉8向下顶紧压块2产生横向推力使左夹块1和右夹块4分别在左右方向顶紧工件。

1.一种小型顶紧装置，其特征在于：该装置在底板(5)上具有倒梯形槽，压块(2)具有腰型孔，内六角螺钉(8)带自锁螺纹，穿过腰型孔将压块(2)固定在所述倒梯形槽内，在所述腰型孔的长度方向上，所述压块(2)在两端面具有楔形面，左夹块(1)和右夹块(4)具有与所述楔形面对应的斜面，并分别通过内六角螺钉(7)和倒梯形槽内的紧固螺母(6)滑动安装在压块(2)两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型顶紧装置，其特征在于：所述左夹块(1)和右夹块(4)之间通过弹簧(3)拉紧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的小型顶紧装置，其特征在于：所述左夹块(1)和右夹块(4)的外端面具有凸台，凸台外边缘与竖直平面呈5°夹角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小型顶紧装置，其特征在于：所述压块(2)在水平方向的截面呈六边形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小型顶紧装置，其特征在于：通过所述倒梯形槽向左夹块(1)和右夹块(4)提供滑动轨道。
