The clamping mechanism is connected with a first rotating shaft 51 of the first rotary driver 5. In this embodiment, the feeding mechanism includes a second rotary driver 6, a second rotating shaft 61 of the second rotary driver 6 is vertically disposed, a linear feeding cylinder 7 is disposed on the second rotating shaft, and a driving rod of the linear feeding cylinder 7 is connected with the first rotary driver 5. The second rotary driver 6 can drive the linear feeding cylinder 7 and the clamping mechanism to rotate around the second rotating shaft 61, so that the waist plate clamped by the clamping mechanism is rotated to the direction of the sewing machine head 8. The linear feeding cylinder 7 can drive the clamping mechanism to move forwards or backwards in a linear mode, and waist cards clamped by the clamping mechanism can be conveniently sent to a set position.
The sewing machine head 8 is provided with a discharging mechanism for moving the waist plate after sewing out of the sewing position. The sewing machine head 8 has a sewing presser 81 and a sewing support plate 82 at a sewing position, and a movable pallet 83 driven by a cylinder is fixed to the sewing support plate 82.
The discharging mechanism comprises a mounting seat 9 fixed at the front part of the base of the sewing machine head 8, a mounting plate 92 driven by a transverse moving cylinder 91 is arranged on the mounting seat 9, a lifting cylinder 93 is arranged on the mounting plate 92, and a pressing plate 94 is arranged on a driving rod of the lifting cylinder 93. After the sewing is completed, the lifting cylinder 93 drives the pressing plate 94 to rise, and the lateral movement cylinder 91 drives the pressing plate 94 to move to the sewing position. Then the material pressing plate 94 descends to press the material at the sewing position, and the transversely moving cylinder 91 drives the material pressing plate 94 to move, so that the sewn material is moved out of the sewing position.
