Technical Field
The invention relates to automatic waist rope processing equipment for pulling out, cutting, end surface internal folding, sewing and automatic discharging of a waist rope in a waist rope roll, in particular to a feeding mechanism of a waist rope hitching machine.
Background

The calibration fixing bracket 11 is provided with a rotatable pallet mounting bracket 13 through a rotating shaft. The pallet mounting bracket 13 mounts the second cylinder 2. The connecting plate 15 is provided with a waist rope limiting block 21 which can move relative to the connecting plate through a sliding block, and the waist rope limiting block 21 is connected with a piston rod of the second cylinder 2.
The calibration support plate 1 is provided with a calibration limiting block 1b which is matched with the waist rope limiting block 21 and used for fixing the waist rope position.
The calibration supporting plate 1 and the calibration driving mechanism are provided with two sets which respectively correspond to the two ends of the waist rope portion. After the material pulling mechanism pulls out the waist rope part, the middle part of the waist rope part is soft, and can drop downwards due to gravity, so that the waist rope part cannot be clamped by the feeding mechanism. The waist rope parts are fixed at the two ends of the waist rope part through the calibration supporting plate 1, so that the waist rope part is convenient to clamp and convey by the feeding mechanism, the accuracy of the clamping position of the feeding mechanism is ensured, and the machining dimension error is avoided.
The calibrating supporting plate 1 is provided with an air blowing pipe which blows air to the waist rope, and the air blowing pipe is connected with an air source. The calibration support plate 1 moves to the calibration position to be the ground, and the air blowing pipe blows air to the waist rope part, so that the waist rope on the calibration support plate 1 is straightened, and the influence of the waist rope folding on the processing quality and the dimensional error are avoided.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the feeding mechanism includes two first clamping assemblies 31 for clamping the waist line portion at the feeding position, and two second clamping assemblies 32 for clamping the waist line portion at the end face inward folding position. A synchronous belt transmission assembly for simultaneously driving the first clamping assembly 31 to transfer the waist rope portion from the feeding position to the end face inward folding position, driving the second clamping assembly 32 to transfer the waist rope portion from the end face inward folding position to the sewing position, and a feeding motor 41 for driving the synchronous belt transmission assembly.
The timing belt drive assembly includes two feed timing wheels 42 fixed on the feed mounting plate 4, a feed timing belt 43 disposed between the two feed timing wheels 42, and a feed bracket 44 for connecting the first nip assembly 31 and the second nip assembly 32. The feeding bracket 44 is slidably disposed on the feeding mounting plate 4 and connected to the feeding timing belt 43 through a timing belt connection block.
The feeding bracket 44 comprises two feeding guide rails 44a which are arranged in parallel, and the feeding guide rails 44a are in sliding fit with a feeding sliding seat 45 on the feeding mounting plate 4 and are connected with the synchronous belt connecting block. One end of the feeding guide rail 44a is connected to the two first nip assemblies 31, and the other end is connected to the two second nip assemblies 32.
The feeding position is provided with a calibration supporting plate 1 for supporting the waist rope portion, the calibration supporting plate 1 is provided with a plurality of supporting plate teeth 1a for supporting the waist rope, and gaps are reserved among the supporting plate teeth 1 a. The first clamping assembly 31 is provided with two first clamping plates 33 which pass through the gaps to clamp the waist ropes.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the waist rope end surface inward folding mechanism of the waist rope hitching machine comprises two sets of opening clamping components respectively positioned at two ends of a waist rope section and a folding rod 5 arranged at one side of the opening clamping components and used for pushing the waist rope end part into the hollow interior of the waist rope. Each set of opening clamping assembly comprises a clamping jaw assembly 6 for grabbing the upper layer of the end part of the waist rope and a clamping jaw assembly 6 for grabbing the lower layer of the end part of the waist rope.
