本发明公开了一种可折叠翻转汽车座椅，包括靠背、设有座骨架的座垫、前椅脚、旋转轴、第一限位销孔、第二限位销孔、后椅腿、地锁解锁手柄、地锁锁扣以及地锁固定板，前椅脚与座骨架通过旋转轴连接，两端采用Ω簧连接，乘坐状态时，使用限位销插入第二限位销孔中，地锁固定板与后椅腿焊接连接，地锁固定板与地锁锁扣采用螺栓固定方式。本发明可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其通过座椅自身机构翻转即可实现折叠，无需借助其他拆解工具。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其属于汽车技术领域。
背景技术：
汽车座椅系统是用来在车内给乘员提供支撑，在保证方便进出和驾驶操作的前提下给乘员一共有效的约束，并在突发状况下提供保护。座椅系统一方面应该提供乘员舒适的乘车环境，给乘员提供有效的保护。另一方面，在后排未搭载乘员时，应该提供足够的行李舱容积。
目前市面上MPV、SUV、商用车最后排座椅主要缺点如下：后排未搭载乘员时，座椅靠背可折叠至0°，但座椅总成无法翻转，或旋转需要借助拆解工具，在行李较多时，空间不足。
因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其通过座椅自身机构翻转即可实现折叠，无需借助其他拆解工具。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种可折叠翻转汽车座椅，包括靠背、设有座骨架的座垫、前椅脚、旋转轴、第一限位销孔、第二限位销孔、后椅腿、地锁解锁手柄、地锁锁扣以及地锁固定板，所述前椅脚与座骨架通过旋转轴连接，两端采用Ω簧连接，乘坐状态时，使用限位销插入第二限位销孔中，所述地锁固定板与后椅腿焊接连接，地锁固定板与地锁锁扣采用螺栓固定方式。
进一步地，所述前椅脚采用冲压件，与座骨架连接采用旋转轴形式，前椅脚与地板连接采用螺栓固定方式。
进一步地，所述地锁固定板与地锁锁扣采用螺栓固定方式。
本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明可折叠翻转汽车座椅在车内给乘者提供支撑，在保证方便进出和驾驶员操作的前提下给乘员提供有效的约束，并在事故发生过程中给乘员提供安全保护。并提供给乘员方便易用的可调性和长途驾驶的舒适感。在后排未搭载乘员，且行李较多时，座椅折叠并翻转，可增加约720L行李舱容积，极大增加了货物装载。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明可折叠翻转汽车座椅包括靠背1、设有座骨架的座垫2、前椅脚3、旋转轴4、第一限位销孔5、第二限位销孔6、后椅腿7、地锁解锁手柄8以及地锁锁扣9，其中前椅脚3与座骨架通过旋转轴4连接，两端采用Ω簧连接，乘坐状态时，使用限位销插入第二限位销孔6中。后椅腿7与座骨架亦采用限位和弹簧连接。地锁固定板与后椅腿7焊接连接，地锁固定板与地锁锁扣9采用螺栓固定方式。地锁锁扣9与地板钣金锁钩采用锁止连接。
座椅前椅脚3采用冲压件，与座骨架连接采用旋转轴形式，前椅脚3与地板连接采用螺栓固定方式。座椅后椅脚7处采用旋转椅腿(带弹簧回位机构)与地锁固定板采用焊接方式，地锁固定板与地锁锁扣9采用螺栓固定方式。地锁锁扣与锁钩解锁方式：手动拉动解锁拉带。
本发明可折叠翻转汽车座椅的工作过程如下：
靠背解锁，使靠背角度变为0°；手动拉动解锁拉带，解锁后地锁；使后椅腿回位(折叠至0°)至与座垫下表面贴合；折叠后的座椅总成向车头方向绕着前椅脚轴旋转至靠背上端面与地毯贴合；插入前椅脚的限位机构，成锁止状态。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其特征在于：包括靠背(1)、设有座骨架的座垫(2)、前椅脚(3)、旋转轴(4)、第一限位销孔(5)、第二限位销孔(6)、后椅腿(7)、地锁解锁手柄(8)、地锁锁扣(9)以及地锁固定板，所述前椅脚(3)与座骨架通过旋转轴(4)连接，两端采用Ω簧连接，乘坐状态时，使用限位销插入第二限位销孔(6)中，所述地锁固定板与后椅腿(7)焊接连接，地锁固定板与地锁锁扣(9)采用螺栓固定方式。
2.如权利要求1所述的可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述前椅脚(3)采用冲压件，与座骨架连接采用旋转轴形式，前椅脚(3)与地板连接采用螺栓固定方式。
3.如权利要求1所述的可折叠翻转汽车座椅，其特征在于：所述地锁固定板与地锁锁扣(9)采用螺栓固定方式。
