本发明涉及一种屏蔽的插入式插座连接器,它具有一个绝缘体,绝缘体在插入区内设计成其截面基本呈矩形的塑料舌;该连接器还有一个是矩形截面的屏蔽罩,上述绝缘体这样安置在此屏蔽罩中,使得在塑料舌的上侧和屏蔽罩的盖之间形成一较窄的第一自由中间区,而在塑料舌的下侧和屏蔽罩的底之间形成一较宽的第二自由中间区;该连接器还有几个平行的沿插入方向伸展并安置在该塑料舌下侧上的接触轨;该连接器在屏蔽罩的盖和底上分别充置两个并列和向里凸伸的闩锁钩,这些锁钩都可卡进一个已插入的适配插入连接器的屏蔽壳的盖上和底上的凹穴中,该适配插入连接器的屏蔽壳的盖就贴靠在塑料舌的上侧上。
这类插塞连接器,特别是连系到多家计算机制造商所追求的标准化USB(通用串行总线)概念,已是大家熟悉和感兴趣的。这种新的总线系统的关键在于:不像以往那样利用分离的而且常常不同的插塞连接器系统将外周设备与PC进行单个并行连接,而是将外围设备基本上按串行方式连接到公共总线上,公共总线通过PC机壳上的一个标准化的插座直接与PC的印刷电路板(主板)相连。按照本发明的印刷电路板的插座(插孔)的插入面基本上已由技术规范所确定,它具有四个在一平面中彼此并排的带状接触弹簧,当总线插件插入时,这四个弹簧就与安置在总线插件上的四个彼此并排的接触轨或轨配合,从而实现电接触。这些接触弹簧安装在一绝缘体上的插塞座中,该绝缘体实质上为一具有矩形截面的塑料舌。这些弹簧的后部被弯曲而成向下伸开的可插进印刷电路板接触孔中的连接腿。插件和配合插件通常都装有一个金属屏蔽壳。在该屏蔽壳的顶部和底部都各有两个锁钩,以之与适当的适配连接器的屏蔽壳上的凹穴相啮合,从而实现接地点和在拔出插件时提供紧固。
图4示明,在按照本说明的插塞连接器配对情况下,上锁钩7是如何安置在适配连接器14的屏蔽壳13的凹穴11中的。除取决于弹簧的刚性外,力的作用大小主要地取决于锁钩7卡进凹穴11多深。覆盖深度越大,则在拔出适配连接器时弹簧的应力就越大。就已知的连接器来说,覆盖深度受该适配连接器的金属片厚度的限制,这是因为锁钩7这时处在插塞座的塑料舌1上。
本发明的目的是提供一种开头提出的那种增大了拔出力的插座连接器。
按开头提出那种插件连接器,这个目的是通过以下措施来实现的:在塑料舌的上侧上设置两个凹穴,两个上锁钩的任一个都可由上而下地插入该凹穴中。
下面将根据一个实施例并参照附图来详细说明本发明。附图是:

图3图1和图2所示的插件连接器对处于一起插入状态时的示意剖面图,
图4与图3所示相同,符合技术现状的插件连接器对。
在图1~3中,可以分别看出:一方面是带有屏蔽壳13和凹穴11,12的电缆连接器,另一方面是具有典型插入面的插座。在屏蔽罩2的盖4和底5上,可以看出配对安置的锁钩7,8和9,10。此外,还可以看出做成一体的塑料舌1,它构成绝缘体的一部分。在这塑料舌1的上侧3上设有两个凹穴16,上锁钩7,8可由上而下地插入该凹穴中。特别是在图3所示的插到一起一插件连接器对,可以看出锁钩7,8和电缆连接器的屏蔽壳13的很大的覆盖度,由此大大提高了拔出力。在所示的位置上,锁钩7是可靠地卡定的。尽管在塑料舌1的上侧3上有凹穴16和在塑料舌1的下侧6上有用于接触轨17的缺口,塑料舌仍有足够的稳定性。当然,也可将按照本发明的上述凹穴16有利地设置在适配连接器14的互补塑料舌的下侧。

Claims (1)

1.屏蔽的插入式插座连接器,
●它具有一个绝缘体,在插入区内该绝缘体设计成其截面基本呈矩形的塑料舌(1);
●它还具有一个基本上具矩形截面的屏蔽罩(2),上述绝缘体被这样安置在该屏蔽罩中,使得在塑料舌(1)的上侧(3)和屏蔽罩(2)的盖(4)之间形成一较窄的第一自由中间区,并在塑料舌(1)的下侧(6)和屏蔽罩(2)的底(5)之间形成一较宽的第二自由中间区;
●它还具有几个平行的沿插入方向伸展并设置在该塑料舌(1)下侧(6)上的接触轨(17);
●在屏蔽罩(4)和底(5)上分别设置了两个并列的和向里凸伸的锁钩(7,8,9,10),这些锁钩卡进一个已插入的适配插入连接器(14)的屏蔽壳(13)的盖(15)上和底上的凹穴(11,12)中;
●已插入的适配插入连接器的屏蔽壳(13)的盖(15)贴靠在塑料舌(1)的上侧(3)上,
